Solved

First time posting here; hoping someone from Adobe can help. I recently discovered that Adobe Fonts are no longer syncing to my Creative Cloud application. I'm able to sign in to fonts.adobe.com in a browser and activate / deactivate fonts just fine. But when I open the Creative Cloud desktop application and click the Fonts tab, none of the activated fonts appear; I just get the attached window that says "Loading Fonts Panel" with an endlessly spinning wheel. What's odd is that fonts that I'd activated months / years ago in Adobe Fonts (some activated back when it was still called Typekit, I believe) are still available to use in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. However, fonts that I just tried activating today won't display in those applications. Here's where I suspect my issues are stemming from, but I'd appreciate an expert diagnosis: I'm on a Mac Pro Early 2008 running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6.I'm on Creative Cloud App Version 4.9.0.504, and using InDesi

I have lost the ability to open Intel based photoshop for some reason on my M1 mac & I am not sure why. All of my other M1 versions have the option to open up the Intel based versions, but my photoshop has now stopped. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck. Has anyone else experienced and fixed this issue. Really needing access to some of my plugins that havent been updated.

Suddenly I realized that using auto line spacing works well when inserting formulas in a line. But sometimes I want the auto line spacing value to be the line spacing I want.It has a calculated relationship with the line spacing, can I change it? It would be great if I could change it.

Hi there,I'm searching for a way to save, export and reimport my custom workspaces due to the fact, that I'm working on different computers and I'm not able to sync my settings via the cloud. Is it possible to save a certain workspace as a file and then importing it on a different computer? Thanks a lot for your support.

Hi, I’m looking for some guidance. I’ve uploaded a PNG into Adobe Illustrator (version 2025), and while the file is unlocked and not inside a clipping mask, I’m unable to move it freely by clicking directly on the image. I can only move it if I click on the bounding box.I’d really appreciate any help or insight into why this is happening and how to resolve it. Thank you in advance!

I have created a form that has a working submit button when used from a computer.  It will email me the completed form when it is clicked on.  When I open it on my iPad or iPhone and the submit button is pressed, nothing happens.  I have spend hours sifting through threads about this, and have tried everything.  It still will not work.  Has anyone found a solution for this?  I need the form and submit button to be available via an iPad.

Premiere Pro 25.2.3, macos

@Peter Kahrel Aren't these the same scripts written by the same person? Not sure why they aren't merged into one.https://creativepro.com/files/kahrel/indesign/grep_query_manager.htmlhttps://creativepro.com/files/kahrel/indesign/grep_editor. htmlThey each have their own advantages and disadvantages. It would be great if they could be merged. Also, the “Editor query in Grep editor” in “Grep query manager” seems to be disabled, and you can only right-click on it. You can only right-click on it, and you can't change the lookup box in the ID.It's a pity that the font can't be enlarged.Thank you very much.

How can I edit masked parts of a picture and only them in Lightroom Classic version 14.3.1? Whenever I try with the tonecurve, since the basic sliders are gone it affects the entire picture.

My simple audio file of 1 line of sound to edit has doubled and has FOUR empty lines beneath. How can I shrink my file back to a more manageable size to edit?? Thanks!

Hi all! I tried a bajillion brushes and nothing is giving me the look I'm after. The attached "washmi" comes close using a handwritten font and a paint brush stroke. I'd like to be able to write "washmi" or anything else on my track pad and have it look like I wrote it on a dirty window like the "washme" image attached. I'm not sure if I need a specific brush or if my brush settings need to be altered. Please advise if you've done this before, are aware of an existing font, or have advise on how to recreate the look. Thanks!  Kico

Hello, how many sales do you make per day without exception? I have 15 thousand assets in my portfolio and I can only make 2-3 sales per day. Don't you think this is too little? (All are Ai images.)I wanted to ask if I'm doing something wrong.

How to place a color gradient & BG in a PSD file to Ai file? Both files are uploaded. I replicated this video work. As no voice in this video it is diffcult to understand. Please see time after 4.50.Letter A Logo Design With Circle Following is a gradient color & BG in PSD file Above gradient color & BG is placed in logo created in Ai. Ps and Ai files

Hello, I changed my personal email which was (1) to my work email (2). But for some reason messages from adobe stock come to (1), why is this so? my new work email (2) is already indicated everywhere, but letters do not come there, although I verified it.

When I start all Adobe programmes including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator from my office computer, it has not been working at all, which had worked well for a couple of weeks. It shows only white screen without anything as shown in below screenshot:  I tried my best to find out the solution, by (1) uninstall all current Adobe product including the Illustrator, (2) install them again, (3) Press and hold "Alt," "Control" and "Shift" at the same time as the program launched, and delete all current settings (4) press print screen to capture (5) uninstall current products and install old version and upgrade it..... all measures I tried, but no vail.  I desperately need to work Photoshop and other Adobe programmes on my working computer in the officer.   Thank you for your support.

It looks like the latest update to Illustrator has removed the file path outlined in this document: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/recover-files-after-crash.htmlAdobe\Adobe Illustrator <version> Settings\<locale>\x64\DataRecovery The "Adobe Illustrator <version>" folder no longer exists at this location. Instead, there are version number folders within a folder Named "Adobe Illsutrator". Since my lasy update I think this has caused Illustrator to default to my desktop for Data Recovery and then gives me a "Data Recovery Disabled" message. Has anyone else had this issue? How do I fix it?

why do most of my ID docs show as converted and images no longer appear
