Solved

Lightroom Classic (version 14.2) appears to launch correctly on macOS Sierra 15.3.2, but it freezes once it opens. However, version 14.1 of LR Classic does not freeze and opens fully. Are there any fixes I can apply? When Creative Cloud Diagnostics is launched, it finds no issues with my system.

I can't duplicate+split layers with the CMD+SHIFT+D shortcut and it's slowing down my workflow massively. I have tried trashing preferences, restarting AE and changing the shortcut for splitting the layer and none of it has worked. Has anyone got any suggestions? It would be really helpful. Cheers.

I am working in MacOS Sonoma, using Adobe Illustrator. The challenge I am having is that I am unable to find recently created photoshop files that I need to place into illustrator. (I can see all the previous files created days or weeks before when I go to place, however I cannot see files that I have just created when I go to "place" in Illustrator) I known the photoshop files are in the folder. I can see them otherwise. I have tried restarting the computer but that has not work. I am not sure what is causing this problem.

I'm on macOS 15.5.  In my home directory I have a folder named:Creative Cloud Files Company Account <myuserid) <long decimal number@AdobeID> It has what I think is my Adobe Cloud Files.  I don't want it in my home directory for sure.  Where did it come from?  What can I do with it?

I've saved up enough for a couple plans, but before going ahead with anything, I'd like to ask; Can I purchase two seperate plans?  They'd only be used by me, but it would be significantly less expensive to get the Photography and Premiere Pro plans seperately than to get the Creative Cloud All Apps plan... Is this an option? Thanks

I'm two weeks into learning Lightroom Classic (Version 9.3) and I've created a few custom watermark presets. It appears LRC doesn't "allow" you to delete these presets. I had to create a new one in place of the one I ended up not wanting. Anyhow, I looked up how to delete watermark presets that I've created and I cannot find a solution that works. The last info I found on this was from 2014. Can someone help! Thank you very much.

I just updated to Camera Raw 17.3.1 and Photoshop (Beta 26.8). Camera Raw is working normally, but I open the file in Photoshop beta, it appears completely black. No matter the file format (psd, tiff, jpg, etc.) or whether it goes through Camera Raw first or not, Photoshop vBeta 26.8 opens a black image. NOTE: If I open the file in regular Photoshop (v26.6) everything works normally. Mac Studio 2023, chip M2 MaxMacOS Sequoia 15.4.1

I know I can't count the number of redactions in a pdf after they've been applied. I tried the suggested java script from try67 given to kimberlyt8816 on Mar 31, 2017 with both applied and unapplied, saved redaction boxes and it returns "0" redaction annotations. Is there a way to count saved, UNapplied redaction boxes in a pdf document?

In firefly clicking any download menu item or button gives me an error "some files could not be downloaded ".it's after the second download dialog, not the first. I have an iPad Pro 13" M4 running iOS 18.5. In order to transfer the firefly images to my iPad, when the download dialog box comes up I click "view". I can then save to my iPad.  The only thing i do that is a bit different is that I have my downloads folder on iCloud., not locally on my iPad.

I recently relogged into my adobe account and for whatever reason I am unable to delete pages in adobe acrobat because I do not have the pro edition. Is this a new limit on the standard edition or do I have some error with my account? From what I could tell online for adobe's standard plan, I should be able to delete a pdf page, but when I try to in the application it gives me a pop-up to upgrade to pro to be able to delete the page. What is going on here, I have only had the standard plan for 6 months? I have reference screenshots of why this situation makes no sense to me. - Popup in the application - Plan items for Standard and Pro

Sorry to bother, but I'm still struggling with GREP! I need an expression that superscripts the numbers at the start of a string of references - for example: 1Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto, ON, Canada; 2University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB, Canada; 3London School of Economics, London, UK; 4Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre Madrid, Spain. The references need to remain a single line,  each reference separated by a semicolon, and the digits can typically include up to 2 characters. As in my example, the names can include digits at times, so those would have to be excluded from superscripting. Help!

I think a quality control feature would be funny, where you could make something low quality or high quality, or change audio quality so you can make it sound like a computer or a 3DS

Is there a way to use the Minus back on the Pathfinder on mulitple serperate objects at once without it just deleting every other object/shape? I've tried everything i can think of such as seperating the top shapes and the bottom shapes into serperate layers and grouping and merging the top and bottom shapes into one shape among other methods. Despite this the Minus Back always gets rid of every other shape selected. I can't use Divide or Trim as alternatives cause they dont subtract as smooth and cleanly as Minus back for some reason.

I have several questions about assembling a multi-chapter book in InDesign. The book exceeds 100Mb, so I don't think it makes sense to try to do it as a single indd file. Because my questions deal with different aspects of the process, my sense is that I should make them separate threads rather than bundle them into a single query. Does that make sense?

Salve, dopo aver elaborato il video e salvato mi compare tutto scuro, si sente solo l'audio. Come posso fare per recuperare il video?Grazie in anticipo

Am I missing something? I am new to audtion so I fully accept that possibitity. I am having two issues with Audition's Generate Speech Function:1. I am using largish text files, so each time I open the Generate window, it has to told the previous, completed text file into the editor, even though I am going to delete and add a new one. This is a laborious waste of time. Is there a way to a new Generator window with each open?2. I frequently find that the AI does not translate a word or sound as expected, so I must edit it. If I open the Generate window it is going to reload the entire set text sequence, wasting valuable time, and dropping most of the effects I have applied to the file. Is there a way to edit the text without this happening? I feel like I must be missing something obvious here. I am guessing the expectation is to not use large files but dozens of small files, but that just does not seem efficient. Though, granted, it anything would have to be more efficient to than

Seems like a simple thing that couldve been kept in the features to allow sharing files between premier rush and pro. Why get rid of a useful feature?

Gostaria de gerar uma imagem e o prompt é este: A glossy yellow mannequin with a smooth, seamless surface and no visible facial details, designed with a neutral, non-gendered form. Photographed from the waist up at a 3/4 angle, standing between classical white marble busts placed on Greek-style columns. The background is a soft grey studio setting with diffused lighting and daylight tone. I have edited a transcribed interview with ChatGPT and then exported it as an EDL. After some trial and error, ChatGPT creates an accurate EDL. When I import this into Adobe Premiere and open the new sequence, it shows the clips trimmed in the timeline. So this obviously worked well. However, the clips have no audio! But the original clip (interview) has audio.Hence my question: Does anyone know the exact specification for an EDL for Premiere Pro? Is there a specification within the EDL that ensures that video and audio are displayed in the timeline after importing into Premiere?

Can anyone help me with the issue I am having relating not being able to open 2010 premiere pro prproj files in the current 2025 version? i cannot find an old copy of prem pro anywhere! I just need access for a day to open and resave all the projects so they will open in the current version. Thanks in advance of any assistance or advice you can offer me.
