Solved

I routinely copy clips from my Premiere timeline and paste them into my After Effects compositions. AE usually accepts them and all the effects keyframes, etc., intact so they appear just as they did in Premiere. But, now, for some reason I can’t figure out, AE won’t allow me to paste the clips into my composition at all. Note that I am using the same AE project file I have previously pasted clips into before. What is happening? Is there some setting that I accidentally changed?

I have an index for which all of the numbers have increased by 2 in the middle of the book (page 336). The index was created manually, not using InDesign's built-in tools. The book is 848 pages long. I've been searching for a way to do this. However, I don't know scripting or GREP. I'm hoping that someone here may be able to help me with this. Thanks!

I created a esign web form with participant role as form filler. After filling the form and submitting it shows a pop up in the end to enter name and email. I already captured the name and email in the form using text input. Can I avoid showing the pop up to enter name and email while submitting.Attached the pop up image. Thanks,

I'm a graphic designer. If it's difficult to create images, I want you to tell me why it's difficult.

I frequently use this panel and for some time the angle field does not mirror the requested positional change. Example if the command is to move the object up the artboard the angle should read 90 degrees and on moving down should read -90 deg. In my app this so often fails to register. so I have to manually change the angle field adding time and irritation. Is this a know bug will it get fixed or is this a new issue?

hello, Whenever i export images even if it's just one lightroom freezes and then i see the following: After this is just closes. I've tried uninstalling, doing a clean uninstall etc. I think the problems started when i updated windows or when i updated lightroom.. not sure. Is anyone else having this problem? I can also send the crash report if that's needed. I don't think it's an issue with the ram, i have 32gb's of DDR5 ram and a 4060 for my gpu.    Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,I use Adobe sign for invoicing and when I get the fnal PDF after all signee's have signed it still says unsigned and stays in the worklist? This has happened on muliple occasions and does not give me the final page of the document with the information from creation to completion? Whilst it isnt happening on ALL docs it does appear to be happening more frequently. Can anybody shed any light on this please? Thanks,

I noticed that I can no longer update the information on the link that redirects to my Instagram, since the function no longer appears on the profile editor. Only Facebook and YouTube appear to change the information, not Instagram anymore, and because of that my button that redirects to Instagram has the old @ information.

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue with a filled in pdf form that was saved in macOS opening blank in Windows 10. I've adjusted security settigns in Adobe DC Reader and tried opening in a web browser and printing to pdf but still only half of the information saves with that workaround. I know it's not a corrupt file because I can view the information in Outlook preview and on various web browsers with all the information displayed. Any thoughts on a workaround or solution? Thanks!

I have a MacBook Pro.  I am running Mac OS 10.13.6.  It appears that Adobe Reader was never on this laptop previously.  I subscribe to a few CC apps, and they all work fine on this laptop.  Some of the sites I need to use for work require their plans to be viewed on Adobe Reader.  Every time I attempt to download it fails.  I click the disc image in the downloads folder to start the install and immediately get the error: The following disk images couldn't be opened - AcroRdrDC_180112005 - Reason: Image not recognized". I have updated the laptop, rebooted and attempted to download again.  Same error.  I attempted on both Safari and Firefox.  Same problem, so I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the disc image download from the browser. Any suggestions?

Hello! With the newest update for After Effects, I encounter that when opening any project that has either a missing font, file or effect searching for the content missing in the project search bar, ends up with no results. Searching the word missing as a stand alone, also finds no results despite having missing content within the project. If anyone could provide any helpful information or insight that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm working as a professional wedding video editor and regularly handle multi-camera edits with 3 angles. I'm trying to automate my timeline structure using Automation Blocks to streamline the color correction workflow. My Editing Setup Camera 1 (Main Cam): Center camera — always goes to V1 (and A1 for audio) Camera 2 (Yellow Label): Cinematic — should go to V2 (video), A1 (audio) Camera 3 (Brown Label): Secondary — should go to V3 (video), A1 (audio) What I Want to Achieve: I need two Automation Blocks scripts   1. Insert Logic During Editing When I select a clip from the Project panel: It should detect the label color (Yellow or Brown) Then automatically insert it into specific tracks (V2 or V3) based on label Audio should always go to A1 This should work on the active sequence, at the playhead position  2. Sort Logic After Editing Once the edit is complete: Script should loop through all clips in the timeline Detect their label co

Hi..A client has given me a word document converted from epub to word, to be typeset in indesign. The word document is a complete mess and there are random carriage returns inbetween sentences. This is making the sentences break in the middle. Is there any quick fix for this using grep? I'm able to find all the broken sentences using this find grep :  ^[a-z]. But to join them back I'm not sure what to put in the replace grep. So I'm having to manually delete the carriage return, add a space and join the sentence. Any help would be appreciated. Please find a picture attached.

HelloI am having performance issues with Dreamweaver that has been going on for weeks. Namely extremely slow response to loading-file-to-scroll times and extremely long response times for editing.Typically loading a small standard html file takes 40 seconds, 20 seconds of which is a white screen in the editor and the other 20 seconds waiting for the mouse to be able to scroll. Then I enter a single letter and another 20 second lag before the cursor updates. It is unusable for development work. I have been using DW for fifteen years on my site and it has never performed so poorly.I have 16 GB RAM and the total computer typically uses 11 GB with DW taking up 3.5 GBHere is what I have tried according to the forum and AI assistance1. Do not have live view enabled - I never have, so irrelevant2. Switch off code hinting - no effect3. Switch off site cache in the site console - no effect, bad with and without cache4. Cleared site cache and rebuild - done several times - no effect4. Check late

As we expected, monopoly leads to price gauging.  So nobody should be surprised about the 50% increase of the basic photography plan.  Even that basic plan is a bundle, including a score of stuff which I do not use and do not want.  I only use Lightroom Classic. But wait: there is more: Now in all the haste and hurry we have to add a cost of a new computer to the fold, because silently in a Night and Fog action Adobe introduced a module using AVX2 instruction set, and that's that. This move will potentially cause a pile up of hundreds of thousands of working computers in a land fill.  I suppose its an action benefitting hardware manufacturers.  Compares to Microsoft's requirement for TPM2 (Trusted Platform Module 2) for W11, what also forces many people to purchase a new hardware.Of course we have recourse. Maybe an action law suit will be filed, but even that will leave Adobe cold.

Crashing every single time I try to export my image. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and updating to the latest version (8.3.1), but nothing. After clicking 'export' a separate window appears saying that "Lightroom has encountered a problem and needs to close." Apart from that, it doesn't give me any details apart from a box in which I can type in the exact issue and send an error report. What gives?

Hello!Im trying to make twisted wires in substance designer, Ive gotten the twists well enough with spline nodes.I cant figure out how to add colors to the splines/wires, everything I've tried adds color uniformly and not per-spline. Might anyone know how to solve this? Thank you!I've attached a screenshot of my current setup

I'm trying to create an a design using text that arches, but the text is never centred and can never be large enough to fill the path I've designated. In order to fit all the text, I have to minimize the size, but as you can see, there is still lots of room on the path, so I don't understand why making it a bit bigger in turns makes the words dissapear and I get an overset text error. Even with large text, it seems to me there should be room for the "to a" used in my example. How can I make the text go the whole way, while keeping it a decent size?  I think part of the issue is there is a lot of lost space as the text does not start at the beginning of the path, how can I fix this issue? I am not using a circle since I want the rounded rectangle look, so using the direct selection tool to adjust the angle of it so it appears centered/alinged does not work for this project.

Anyone else getting this? Whether I go through Bridge or open as RAW through PS, that Enhance command seems to have gone - not even greyed-out, just plain gone? I've tried it on a few different files now. Colleague hasn't yet updated to newest PS and they're still seeing the Enhance option.

Hi,I'm trying to install InDesign Server CC 2018 on a windows 11 (ver 24H2) OS, but I only have a blank window.Anyone can help?

how can I change the default font COLOR in "edit PDF".  thank you this would be a huge improvement to our workflow.

So, this just happened randomly. I'm pretty sure I didn't touch any settings...Anyhow, the problem is that whenever I use my color picker, it picks a more saturated and brighter version than the color I chose. If my color is darker, it will pick a more saturated and darker color, until it is totally black. Can someone help me? I cannot find a good answer anywhere to fix this.
