Hi, My Acrobat Pro 2020 perpetual license keep asking to sign in. It should not required to sign in for perpetual license as it's already activated using Serial Number. Any advise? Anyone faced this issue too?

I recently went to add a (many times) previously used text watermark and the font is SYMBOL - that is my only choice. I have uninstalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled twice today and still my only choice of font is SYMBOL.

I'm trying to figure out how this WW2 map animation revealing Japan's occupation of China was done in Johnny Harris's video. Can anyone here in this forum tell me what method you would use in After Effects to do this?  Thank you very much in advance. https://youtu.be/TOJQkhzpLyQ?t=31

Hi, i have a issue since some time ago and contacted many times to support but they never fixed it. The issue is when i try to login with my google account on PC never completes due a issue/hang of the app. The process:Click to login. The app opens a window for login, then i click to google and opens the login web, logins ok and the window opened in the app closes ok but here comes the issue, the Adobe Acrobat got stuck/hang on that point forcing me to close the app using task manager because got hanged. I need to force close the app because got stucked/bloqued the UI.When u try to click on the UI, sounds windows DING, DING, DING like something is blocking the UI.Doesnt matter the time u give to the app, it dont respond or fixes. I reopen again and the app isnt logged... I talked with support time ago and i never got a solution for this. (they told me many times that issue is fixed, but i check for app updates, saying my app is updated and still got that issue a

When generative fill was introduced, I remember it only filling the selected area.Right now, generative fill goes beyond my selection and sometimes "destroys" areas that I didn't select. Is there a way to limit generative fill to only fill my selected area and nothing else?

I started a free trial at first then wanted to continue for a monthly plan but realised i payed for an annual plan AFTER i cancelled after 1 month already. Ive been charged the full amount for an entire year after i cancelled the plan. I was wondering if i can somehow get some money back since I didn't choose the right plan? 516 is quite a lot for me so having cancelled the plan AND not being able to use the apps doesn't seem right

Despite having activated all 18 Montserrat fonts (see img 1) on Adobe Fonts, only the Montserrat Thin iteration (see img 2) is showing up in Acrobat DC.  I've tried to deactivate and reactivate the fonts (both with and without reboots), I've tried activated all of the regular Montserrat fonts and also the Montserrat Alternates, and I've also tried to manually select each individual font except Montserrat Thin... and yet it still defaults to Montserrat Thin. Where are all the other fonts? And why does it keep defaulting to Monsterrat Thin? Adobe Fonts indicates they are all active! Any ideas?

Not sure why this does this. Same border settings for both Item & Description, yet the block does not merge. There is clearly overlap, so they should merge. Other styles in this document merge fine. Just this particular one does not. Styles are based on Item & Desc. If I change the Desc style to be based on Item / HL, it will work, but then it doesn't update properly should I change the base Desc style.  Thoughts?

I have had acrobat pro for years. Converted it to the PDF Pack (because I wanted to pay annually), thinking it was the same, but it is not, it does not allow me to create pdf's (on computer) or set passwords on existing pdfs. Now I want to convert back to Adobe Pro, but that is not possible? I am only offered a package solution much much more expense. Any ideas? Thank you

Hi,I'm using InDesign to create a memory book. Many people get one page each to fill with content. As past projects have shown, people are really keen about using Emojis, which I'd like to support. But I just can't get Emojis into InDesign via Data Merge, only when I copy&paste them manually. My workflow so far:In InDesign, I create a layout with sample texts, including Emojis.I create a character style for Emojis, using the EmojiOne font.In my paragraph style, I define a GREP Style to detect Emojis in any text and apply the character style created in the above step. This works. But as for the data merge part:I provide a sample page to help people get an idea how to fill it and what it will look like.I provide a Google form. People fill it with text and upload images.Google spreadsheet magic: I'm using a few formulas to prepare the texts for InDesign, and a script to determine the file names of the uploaded images.I download the resulting spreadsheet (tried several formats here).I us

I do a lot of 20-30 camera multi cam edits. Once you nest the sequence, and enabled multi cam, it used to say what camera you were on as well as the file name. Now it just says the file name and it's driving me crazy. How can I get it back?

I have scanned a large volume of correspondence, in date order, starting with the oldest and finishing with the newest date. However, I need the finished file to have the newest dated correspondence at the beginning, instead of at the end. Is there an easy way to reverse the page order without invoking any scripts? I work in a large organization where every little change needs to be approved by an administrator.I was thinking of doing the following -- extract every page as a separate document, then recombine them into one document with the order sorted whichever would product the result. Thanks!

Hello, new user here.  Is there any way to automatically make each document I scan with my phone save to my computer without manually sending it there?  Preferably straight to OneDrive.  I have figured out how to send it to one drive by manually and individually for each file selecting where to send it to. But this seems combursome.  I can't find a 'save to' setting.  Thanks!

Hello guys,I recently started a new project and i have to use a lot of spotlights, but my problem is, when i have more than 8 spotlights, the last one (lowest) in my timeline doesn't work. I don't notice anything if I turn it off or on. Please help me.

I currently have a jQuery ajax call to a third-party API, which checks a vehicle's licence plate against a national database: $.ajax({ type: "get", url: "https://test.carjam.co.nz/a/vehicle:abcd", data: {key:key, plate:plate}, dataType: "json", success: function(res){ // display message validating license plate and save response data into database } // other code }); However, the third party now requires the call to be from the "back end", as any attempts to use browser code such as JS or juery will result in a "cross-origin" related error. What would be the most effective way to bring this into the back-end? Via a cfc? They also give the option of using node.js, which I know nothing about.

I just subscribed to Activate Premium but the features don't work.

Hi Is it possible to permanently stop the "This appears to be a long document ... save time by reading a summary" popup header bar from appearing when opening a PDF in Acrobat Pro?   It's becoming a nuisance when I am working on a document which requires frequent exporting, to have to hide this message every time, as it usually appears a few seconds after opening the PDF, by which time I am already in the middle of checking/proofing and it breaks my rhythm. ThanksRIchard

Hi, Everytime I open a PDF I get the message saying ´Preparing the Document for Reading´ and it freezes my screen. The files arent even that big. 500kb to 3mb. Ive goolged the fix and all I can find is the following:   1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Reading. 2. Under "Screen Reader Options" select "Only read the currently visible pages".   This only for that one document and as soon as I open another email with an attachmeent the same thing happens???  It doesnt seem to save it as default?   I´ve opened Acrobat Reader and I have the latest version, (2023. 008. 20458) no updates available, continuous release and using a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 10.    What can I do?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

（環境）PremierePro2025 25.2.3 (ビルド 4)Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2
