The latest Beta has broken an action I created for focus stacking. This has been working for 15 years. Not sure why it no longer works. I now have to manually do the steps in the action. attached is my action.

Hi, I’m having a problem with a video I was editing. I worked on it about a week ago, and when I came back to continue editing, all the media I used (like videos, images, etc.) now show up as red screens with an exclamation mark icon. I can’t make any more changes, and it looks like I’d have to start all over again. Is there any way to reconnect or recover the original files so I don’t lose all the work I’ve done?

Hi All, Previously our user is able to add/edit her pdf fields using Adobe reader Fill & Sign function. But just few days ago when she try to edit using the Fill & Sign, the "type text here" appears instead and unable to edit the text.We tested by typing the some text inside "type text here" , and then saved. We go back to the document again and try to edit and it works. But it don't work for the other fields that created from the past. Any advice or solution that we can apply to allow the fields to be able to edit again for the pdf forms?

Hi. I deleted rush from my iPhone to free up storage. After reinstalling it I cannot access premium features. I have tried logging out of my Apple ID on my phone and logging back in. I have tried logging in to my profile from my google accounts, but that doesn't work either. I have record of making the purchase paying for the year - still valid. Purchase does not reflect in active subscriptions in App Store. I am currently overseas and it is difficult to reach any support online. Bots, FAQs and articles don't have any answers for both Apple purchases and Adobe. Any ideas?

I have a form that has data entry field called SW (setup as required, number to 1 decimal point) then results field (SW6, view, number to 1 decimal point) simplified field notation 45/SW, the form does the calculation but i get the error "the value entered does not match the format of the fieldSW field will only have possible entry of 1 thru 8In the same form I have another data entry field AW (setup as required, number to 1 decimal point), then another results field (AW6) which does a simplified field notation AW*45, which does not get the error.I've tried various things like removing required, or view, does not make a difference.  Not sure what to do.  Why does it work in one spot and not the other?

I was disappointed to find out that aspect ratio no longer shows under the metadata in lightroom classic. I don't know why Adobe removed that, but that was a feature I used constantly. Is there any other way to select a group of photos by their orientation?

How do I get the Photo Downloader to order my photos by Date Taken?  I read somewhere this is how the Photo Downloader is supposed to be but, sadly it is not the case for me.  I have an SD card with photos that I would like to import into Photoshop Elements 2025.  When I view the contents of the SD card in File Explorer (Win11), I can sort the photos by Date Taken, Ascending or Descending.  This is not the order that the Photoshop Elements 2025 Photo Downloader presents using the same SD file contents.  It makes importing a huge time committment.  In previous versions I've owned the file order was as expected so I remember a time when this actually worked well.  Any ideas?  I am super frustrated with this broken feature.  Thank you.

Is there a way of converting a Photoshop file into a workable word file?I dont want the photoshop file in word as a picture I have done that but I cannot work on the file in Word which I want to do.

Hi Adobe,Subject: Request for Refund—Recently Renewed Adobe Subscription Dear Adobe Support, I hope you're well. I’m writing to request a refund for my Adobe subscription, which was renewed recently. I purchased the plan on 05-8-2024/05-08-2025, but have changed my mind, as my college has ended and I will no longer need the software. I was unaware that the subscription would renew automatically. Since I no longer require the services, I kindly ask if it’s possible to process a refund for the recent charge. I would appreciate your understanding. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader (on Android) to read books with the read aloud feature. Current option for reading speed are "0.5x", "1x", 1.5x" and "2x".If faster speeds could be added with increased granularity, it would be immensely helpful. I usually watch YouTube at 3.6x so 2x feels relatively pretty slow. A simple "2.5x", "3x", "3.5x" and "4x" addition would be wonderful. Thanks.

Unable to contact Adobe developers directly, but it's pretty poor that the word 'Portrait' is misspelt in the InDesign document set-up drop-down menu...maybe it's an American thing?

I'm having this issue on indesign and illustrator except is says "line 2798: { No matching closing brace found"   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there,  I need help creating a JavaScript calculation that will pull in 120 consecutive dates based on the initial date. The code I am using only pulls the next date. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  var date = util.scand("mm/dd/yyyy", event.value); if(event.value == "") this.getField("Date1").value = ""; else { date.setDate(date.getDate() +1); this.getField("Date2").value = util.printd("mm/dd/yyyy", date);}  Thank you,Angela

Hello,Since the latest update to Photoshop 2020 (21.1.1), any photo/file I save as a PSD does not show the photo in the icon.  It only shows a solid blake rectangle.  This happens in any app.  If I open Finder the thumnail is black, if I open in ACDSee it shows as black etc.  However, when I open it in photoshop the file loads and is displayed properly.  I'm using an iMac 27 inch with macOS 10.14.6 (Mojave), a TB HDD with 600GB free.  I have 32GB Ram and my graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512 MB.  Any App that shows thumnails will show the PSD file icon as black.  All PSD files that I save before the update correctly show the photo in the icon.  I've not changed any color settings in Photoshop.  They are the same as before the update.  I'm using ProPhoto as my color space at 16 bit and that's the way I save the PSD file. Any ideas and work arounds on correcting this will be greatly appreciated.  Oh, the same thing

Hi! I was part of a Teams license by my company which has been terminated, but as the person responsible for this somehow overlooked that I need the license, we have decided to create a completely new Teams license for me. In the meantime I set up a 7-day-trial with my own PayPal account, but the same work email.   The new Teams license has been created last week by me so I am the admin and I have canceled the 7-day-trial successfully, but I still get the notification in InDesign etc. that I am still in the trial period and that it expires in two days. When I look into my account I see the Adobe for Teams license though that is assigned to me, so I don't get it why I still get the notification...

I have Photoshop 2024 installed, and I can't uninstall the 2023 version. It's taking up over 9gb of disk space. Note: the old version is NOT listed in Adobe CC, it only shows up in Windows "Installed Apps" (see pic). When I choose uninstall, it will open Adobe CC, where it appears as if it's uninstalling, but the process goes by in a flash and then nothing actually gets done.  I already tried uninstalling the 2024 version and then tried uninstalling 2023. No dice. Reinstalling the 2024 version also didn't fix it. Help?  Edit: SOLVED. I finally fixed it -- I found a way to reinstall the 2023 version (in CC, next to Photoshop 2024, click on the three dots and look for "other versions". Find the specific version that needs to be reinstalled.). Then I was able to completely uninstall it after. I have been trying for such a long time and I can't believe I finally thought of the solution minutes after posting this question, LOL.  I'm leaving this up in

Hi thereNever heard of braintree and now I have been charged....Can u help me with thhis? My Adobe suscripition have had no change in a while,,,Idk why is this.... Thank you

Hello, A few days ago, both the "signer - recipient" and "approver" (Me the notary) were available when using the Request e-signatures Tool. However, the "approver" seems to have disappeared, and there is only the option to send the document for the signer/recipient's signature.  This tool is required as I am a notary in Ontario and need to e-sign the document and include my stamps after the recipient signs it.  If this tool does still exist - where do I find it. Thanks, Catherine
