Solved

I don't understand the real reason but every one of my images are being rejected because 'Quality issues'. Every image I uploaded are 24 MP, top quality in JPG format with sharp focus, sRGB colors, and without any editing. I don't know what could I do with my images to meet your quality standards but the quality shouldn't be a problem.  I attached some of the images.I would really appreciate if someone could help me solve this problem.

After updating to the new LRC version of 14.3 , I am unable to copy pics from SD card nor add pics to the new catalog. LRC is not responding. There is no problem with the system, Mac Os sequoia 15.4.1. Kindly help    [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

Adobe Sign is already an extremely irritating program to work with, especially in the new experience as it creates additional steps to many of the tools in order to get them to post correctly.  It makes me physically sick to know I no longer have access to the classis experience.  In my opinion this is a step BACK, not a move FORWARD and terrible customer service.  I wish my company would consider DocuSign.

I have a brush tile that I cannot get to space correctly when I make a pattern brush in Illustrator. I have an invisible rectangle behind it, like I always make for brush objects that need a specified spacing. But for some reason, it is not working for this tile. I have 2 different versions of the tile in the attached file. I have tried:to make the tiles w/out the clipping maskto eliminate all but the bare minimum of objects outside of the clipping areadifferent combinations of group/upgroupputting the tile into a different document in case there was a bug in the documenteliminating individual objects from the clipping area (it never worked, even with just one object extending outside the rectangle)I tried making a brush tile with JUST the two rectangles from the top and bottom of "brush tile 2". Even those 2 rectangle won't clip to the invisible rectangle.BUT any other brush tiles that I make work fine. Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong? Thank you!

I started a free trial paying with my personal card on my corporate account, now I'm trying to cancel it and I can't because there's always a mistake when asking to cancel. When I open the support page though the account is changed and the bot tells me I don't have any active subscriptions on my account (not even the corporate creative cloud). It's as if I had two accounts on the same email: one with corporate creative cloud and stock free trial, which doesn't work when I open the support center, and another account with no subscriptions that comes out only when I open the support center. As I supposedly don't have any active subscriptions, the bot won't let me write to a real person. I need to cancel this free trial ASAP.   [Moderator deleted private information. Dear community, could anyone please give me a clue how to solve this problem? It is about a book for learning French as a foreign language, it is aimed at mother tongue English students. My task is to make this book accessible. The main language of the document is English, the second language is French. In this book there are several vocabulary lists. Each word and its translation are in the same paragraph: they have the same paragraph style in InDesign but the translation (English) has a character style applied. Through the 'Object Properties Pane' in AcrobatPro, I'm try to designate the FRENCH language to the specific words, but it doesn’t work, unfortunately. As both words belong to the same paragraph it seems that these could be read (assistive technologies) either in English or in French. Is there a way in Acrobat Pro to split the paragraph and make possible to assign a second language for the words in French?I really hope there is a solution …&nbs

Hi!  I'm very new to GREP styles but created one so that all numbers in this paragraph style are bolded.  In many cases, some numbers are superscripted. I do NOT want superscripted numbers to be bold. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance 🙂

Windows 11 Pro - version 10.0.22631 Build 22631AE 25.2.2 (Build 2)GPU: 4090 - driver: Studio 576.02New update to AE has caused my UI to be extremely slow and locks up my computer. Screenrecord of issue attached.Closed AE and restarted a new clean file. No assets imported. When cursor is moved through top tabs (file, edit, composition, etc) there is extreme lag. When I actually have a project file open and click file, sometimes it takes 5-10 seconds to respond.Let me know if I can provide any other information.

I added several Adobe fonts from the family AgencyFB, and then used three of them (Bold, BoldWide, and BlackWide) in an InDesign document. A day or so later, InDesign started claiming that the Bold version is missing, but it's definitely not. I removed and re-added it on the Adobe Fonts page, but there was no change in InDesign. I can still choose that font variation in the pulldown, and InDesign will render it properly and even embed it in exported PDFs, while continuing to claim it's missing! I did notice that in the list of embedded fonts in the PDF, Bold is rumored to be TrueType while BoldWide and BlackWide are Type 1 Open Type - it seems unlikely that different fonts in the same family would be different types, so that got my attention. In InDesign's Find/Replace Font dialog, the More Info area says the font is supposed to be OpenType CFF, not TrueType, so that's definitely odd. What should I do to try and fix this? Here are three screenshots to support what I just wrote: (1

Hello good folks at Adobe, Please make the Adobe Photoshop Express available for MacOS as well. It is available on all other operating systems including Windows, Android, iOS, iPad OS then why not on MacOS?

I appreciate that Illustrator supports right-to-left, but I work mostly in English and I cannot find a way to have the text tool default to left-to-right. How can this be done. I don't want to have to reset paragraph and allignment every time I select the type tool Thanks
