I'm looking for a way to change the two default settings in Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 2024.002.20687). First, is there a way to set it to default to the Select tool instead of the Pan tool? I truly have never once used Pan, only Select, and it drives me *crazy* that I have to switch it over manually every time. I did at least turn on "Always display the keyboard selection cursor" under the Accessiblity options, but I'd rather just have it always be the Select tool in the first place.  Second, I have Single Page as my default as page layout. Adobe, by default, turns on "Enable scrolling for all view types" for every document. I really hate this too. I like to flip through pages much faster than scrolling. Is there a way to remove this as the default?  Thank you so much for any help.

Hola comunidad de Adobe, estoy tratando de encontrar en el interfaz de after effects 25.2.0 la ruta de recorte (trim path). ¿Alguien me la puede indicar, por favor?

Hello, after switching from Windows 8 to Windows 10 (on same hardware) I'm struggling with clone / heal:Most annoying issue: Taking the source (ALT + click): It works erratically when using wacom tablet (intuos5)ALT + click only works in about 30 to 50% of clicks (extremely annoying and a no-go for fast prof. retouching with taking source points all the time)It happens both when I use the ALT-key of normal keyboard, a button on the Intuos5 set to ALT-modifier (maybe a bit less often though), and a button set to ALT on ShuttlePRO v2 input device (I loved to use while working under Win 8.1)ALT + click ALWAYS works when using the normal mouse to click instead of the wacom pen (it's not a hardware problem of the pen though)Strange: Sometimes the ALT + click results in a context menue (after some little lag). So somehow a right-click is triggered?? Why??Strange: Sometimes the ALT + click is accompanied by a little lag + a short standard windows sound. Why??By the way, probably another issue

I am having trouble importing a 72GB MP4 file into a Premiere Pro Project. When I attempt to import the file, the software just sits there “importing”. I have tried drag/drop as well as importing, and get the same result.85GB Three days ago, I imported a 85GB mp4 file with no problem. But today, the 72GB  mp4 file won’t go. My Premiere Pro is up to date. I’m on Windows 11 and it is up to date. I have cleared my Premiere Pro media cache. I normally work with files stored on my NAS that is connected to my computer via 10GBe ethernet.  I moved the file in question to my computer hard drive and I get the same results. Any suggestions??? So I got the free trial for my phone and laptop plus the AI subscription for $7.99. I got the annual trial at $32.  I also got the adobe scan for $16,49.  When I try and find my subscription it says iit can't find any except for what is in my apple subscriptions which is the scan app.  This is the third payment I've now had come out and it's not even been two weeks that I've had these apps or accounts.  I need to be able to view my account so I know when and what to expect to come out.  Can someone please tell where to find this as it's not through my iPhone App Store

Hi Community, I am facing a little problem.I don't see the 3d layer, as in the photo, but a triangle with arrows. What should I do? I am trying to do a zoom in a video. Thanks for your helpFabio

From Indesign I would like to generate a pdf-file to be distributed to a group of representative (they will be using the pdf file for presentations). Now I would like my users to be able to hide selected (individual) pages in the file - without having Acrobat Pro to organise pages. Like in powerpoint where you can choose to hide a page and then un-hide it later on for a different purpose. Is this possible in the pdf format (and preferably from Acrobat Reader)?

Do logos on buildings need to be removed from cityscape images?

I used to change pages on the Adobe PDF viewer on Windows by pressing the right and left arrows, but now, in the updated version, the typing cursor is constantly on the screen and I don't know how to get rid of it! I tried going for the hand tool, but the cursor stays.  What do I do?

Select all footnotes on all pages or Select all footnotes on the current page.It seems like you can only pick one at a time, or use a lookup.

Hi Adobe Support Team,I'm experiencing a critical issue with Photoshop where attempting to save or export a file containing artboards results in a black screen . The file doesn't save correctly, and no preview is shown — it just displays a blank or black screen in the export dialog. Here are the key details:Photoshop Version : [2025]Operating System : Windows 10 (64-bit)Issue Summary : When I create a file with artboards and attempt to save or export (including “Export As”), the preview window turns completely black. The exported file is either blank or corrupted.Tried Fixes :Disabled GPU accelerationUsed "Save for Web (Legacy)"Removed artboards (it works fine without them)Reset preferencesUpdated GPU driversReinstalled PhotoshopResult : None of these fixed the issue consistently. This seems to be a Photoshop bug related to Artboards and GPU rendering .Kindly advise how to resolve this, or escalate to the technical team for a bug fix in the next update. I am a media instructor at a college, so lots of students on Adobe. We are noticing that it takes 3 or 4 tries before a Color Matte and the Black Video will appear in the Project window. We have tried it through File>New, and right clicking in the Project Bin to add them there and I feel like we had better success with the latter.  I am seeing the answer to this question is reset preferences and that is not workable for 90 students who all have individual adobe accounts and are new to the software. In fact, I think I read it is in the C drive and our students don't have admin rights to change anything in the C Drive or near the software. This new version is full of problematic windows that won't close, uncomfortable UI workspaces, absolutely absurd changes to the text functions and windows. What does resetting preferences do to other things we have already set for the semester?

The next issue I'm having is with subtitles: I’ve created SRT files for several films, and I want to add them to sequences, but I’m running into multiple problems.1. If I do get the file import dialog to appear, only the first 5 minutes out of 45 are added correctly.2. But in most other sequences, I either don’t get any subtitle import dialog at all — and I couldn’t find an option to add subtitles manually anywhere else.3. Or automatic transcription starts on its own and I don’t need this transcription, because I’m adding a translated version and not the original. But once the transcription starts, I no longer have the option to import subtitles. How can I fix this?

When I double click on a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or a .png, I am asked to select an application.  Photoshop is the top choice, but when I select it, it just repeats asking me to select an app.  So I click on "More Apps:, and then "Look for mor eapps on this PC".  I surf to the Photoshop directory and select the exe.  But it still won't open the files.  The only way to open these file types is to drag their icon to the open Photoshop window.  When I click on a .psd file, it opens in Photoshop with no problem. After rebooting my laptop, the same problems remain.  I tried using the Default App control panel to set the errant file types, but this didn't work either. My laptop recently installed an upgrade to Windows Pro, specifically to 10.0.22621 Build 22621.  Also, I think Adobe Creative Cloud updated Photoshop, specifically 24.0.0 which seems to be installed at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023 I hope someone has a solutio

I'm trying the new After Effects 3d model import workflow on my Studio M1 Ultra and when I import a 12mb .glb model it all works fine. However, when I include environment light with cast shadows enabled and create a shadow catcher, the shadow appears for the first frame but then the render is stuck and doesn't render any of the remaining composition. Fast scrubbing along the timeline sometomes renders a frame or two but I switch to Draft 3d mode to be able to render the composition and the shadow is completely gone. Finally, when I want to do a final render of the whole composition, the rendering process takes forever and the progress bar (both in AE and MEdia Encoder) doesn't move at all, even after 30min trying to render a composition that is 30s long. When I deisable shadows completely the rendering works as expected. I know that the Studio Ultra M1 is no super computer but I I was al least expecting to be able to render shadows on the lowest setting. Also, I have no

Getting loads of my photos removed all of a sudden. Some years old, with little assistance in the rejection as to why. Seems really frustrating the process, for something that gives pittance anyways. insert loads of poor quality photos on Stock,l. I have read the terms and still confused as to why some of these photos are all of a sudden ombeing pulled. is the internal audit just an algorithm?

hey guys! Please someone explain the function of the Page Isolated Blending command in the Transparency panel menu.
