Solved

Hi,I just updated after effects (2017.2 release - 14.2.1.34) and I'm noticing that I no longer see the anchor point and bounding box in the layers, the mask and shape toggle are active and responsive as i can see the masks but I can't see the anchor point or the bounding points of any layer. it briefly comes up when I press Y and drag around in the comp but I can't change it's position. The only way I can change the position of the anchor point is by double clicking on the layer to open it and there the anchor point shows up like usual, but in the comp view the anchor and bounding box no longer show. Is there a setting that changes??

Steps to reproduce: 1. Import a 32-bit PNG image with alpha.2. Drag the image onto the timeline.3. In the Effect Controls panel, click the clock icon next to "Position" to set a keyframe.4. Click and drag on either the X or Y position values. Expected: i should see the image moving left/right or up/down in the program monitorActual: The image vanishes from the program monitor while the position values are being adjusted, and reappears when i release my mouse button. This makes it extremely difficult to position the image, as i have to guess where it is, and then release the button to see if i'm correct.i don't know if this happens only with 32-bit images, or only when animating Position, but these steps are 100% reproducible on multiple systems, and the bug has been in the software for at least the last 5 years.

Hello, I designed a website with adobe express and ever since last fall I cant access it. It has disappeared from the projects folder. I thought it would be a maintenance or update issue, hence I waited a few months, but it never showed up again.  the website can be accessed under https://thilogrimm.myportfolio.com/home if that helps? Best regards,Thilo

I am using the current "Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF" app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 with One UI 5.1.1 and Android 13. When I open a PDF manual for my camera, the AI Assistant button displays on all 409 pages giving me RIDICULOUS SUGGESTIONS: "Simplify this document for me", "Provide a brief overview of this document", Outline the main sections of the document". WTF? Fujifilm KNOW HOW TO WRITE A USER MANUAL !!!! AI is so stupid that it cannot detect that. Instructions that I have seen up to now are useless: I cannot access "Preferences" anywhere. "View Settings" also ignores removing the AI Assistant. WHAT - quite honestly - IS ADOBE THINKING? Why is ADOBE so mis-informed that the AI Assistant must be expressly enabled for the few users that see some benefit in it? Please tell me how to get rid of it permanently. (I have been developing software since 1971 and I know what is useful: commercially and academically).

Hey Adobe Forum Community,I am a student, and I have been using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 to develop a new design for my school's assembly presentation (since their's is extremely outdated). I decided to create a typography animation gif for the project, and exported it as a gif through Save For Web (Legacy) and the result was below (notice how it flashes twice). I tried changing the resolution down/up a bit, but the issue persists. Example down below:Any help or tips are welcome. Thanks in advanceKhoi

Hello, I'm trying to render and replace a dynamic linked clip, but I keep getting this error message: "Transcode Failure: Unable to Match Video Aspect". I've tried every kind of video format to encode with and they all come up with the same error message. My timeline is 1080x1350 (for Instagram). Would love for this to be fixed, I know I can export through After effects and click replace clip, but then I lose the option of switching it back to the Dynamic Linked version. Even then, this should be working inside of Premiere anyway. Thank you!

Hi, I'm stuck in PS, I don't see any adjustable lines of the TILT-SHIFT(blur). How can I get those adjustable lines back? Here is a clear example below(See there are no lines to adjust). Thanks

Hello all, Attempting to export a flyer from InDesign to an accessible PDF.Text effects like stroke, fill, and drop shadow export as separate tagged instances of the same text.Is there any way correct this in the export settings, or do I just have to export to an interactive PDF from InDesugb and then artifact those duplicate instances of the text in Acrobat Pro?

Hello I haven't used indesign before I am making a photo book using letter page in half. I know that it has to have multiples of 4, but for some reason it either makes the cover page and back cover page disappear or it just orders everything incorrectl I even tried it on a test book.

I manage our Intune environment and have applied App Protection (MAM-WE) policies to all unmanged handheld devices.I am trying to test the Adobe Acrobat app, but when I try to launch it, it just states:"Protecting this app"then"this seems to be taking longer than usual"then"Still trying" endlessly.I have tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling after a device reboot. When I do this, I can log on with my corporate account (going through Microsoft Authenticator for the MFA), but when I close and relaunch the app, I get the above messages again and cannot get into the app. Has anyone else come across this, and if so, what is the solution?

Hello Adobe! We are having a strange issue where the video transcripts are not generating correctly. We are able to select the video/audio clip and it looks like it starts transcribing, but then seems to fail out without an error message or crashing Premiere. It looks like it just stops and goes back to the menu from before starting the transcription. We are on Premiere Pro 2025 and went through he uninstall/reinstall process and got the same results after reinstallation."

I sent a form out to be signed by 2 parties. The first person signed his portion. On Nov. 24 I received the standard email notification saying he'd signed and it had been sent to the other party to sign. I checked back today and the doc is nowhere to be found on Adobe Sign. I searched through the out for signature section, the cancelled/declined section, and the signed section -- it's nowhere. I've also searched using his email address and hers (signer 1 and 2). It's like it disappeared. I've used Adobe Sign many times and have never had this problem. How do I find that doc and get the signing done? How did this happen?

One of my colleagues has an Adobe Standard 2020 perpetual license on her old laptop. She recently received a new laptop, and we're trying to transfer the license to the new device in these steps:1-Signed out of Adobe on the old PC.2-Signed into Adobe on the new PC.3-When prompted, we entered the license key—but it keeps asking for the key in a loop.Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi, I recently installed Indesign and other Adobe apps in a new PC. I also did a cleanup of my fonts in Asobe Fonts, but now for some reason some of the fonts (Minion, Graramond Premier and Myriad) appear divided as different fonts. Minion, for example, show once as "Minion Pro (OTF)" with 62 fonts, and next to it also as "Minion Pro (OTF)", but only with Bold and Bold Italic. It's even worst on the pther fonts. I tried reinstalling both the fonts and all the apps multiple times, but nothing has worked. Also I'm 100% sure that none of the fonts are anywhere else in my PC, so that can't be it. It's super annoying, because now Minion Bold appears as not available every time I open a file, since Adobe recognizes it as a different font from the Minion I'm using. Is there a solution? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I'm asking for help with a problem involving a text box with a stroke and inside I have text with paragraph lines in Indesign. The problem is that the paragraph line is below the edge of the text box, and not above as I would like.If I apply a fill to the text box, the paragraph line covers it, but the same thing doesn't happen for the text box line.Basically I would like the paragraph line to cover the text box line, and avoid using two objects, like a text box and a rectangle. Can anyone help me?

Looking for this online, but I can't find a clear answer. Out of nowhere, channels one and two are of subtitles no longer shown, and I can't make them appear again.     Also, there are active, since there are almost 1:50 minutes of "ghost" subtitles.   Any guide about this?
