I've tested this in PP 23.2, 23.1, and 23.0 all seem to have this same issue. I'm on a Macbook Pro M1 Max 32GB with my media on an external SSD that reports 2.5k+ MB/s when tested. I've closed all other apps to ensure it's not a memory issue. I don't see any large spikes on Activity Monitor when this happens. Here's a video of the issue: https://vimeo.com/800713336/dcb5b66d6e You can see that performance is fine as I scroll around the timeline and move clips but as soon as I trim a clip it lags big time and then every other action lags for a short time after. Steps to reproduce:1. Create a new project importing 4k footage.2. Create a new sequence. Mine happens to be 9:16 1080p sequence for IG Reels.3. Drag one of the 4k videos into the timeline.4. Attempt to trim the clip. I expect that PP doesn't lag when doing that. In actuality, it lags.

Gracias!

I've been using and paying for PS for years, but according to the chat assistant I don't have a subscription. However, I can see from my invoices (and my credit card) that I am charged monthly. I can't update my payment options because I don't officially have a subscription. But I'm still being charged. How can that be? I changed my email address years ago, so maybe that has something to do with it. But I can't see anything in the old email address either, especially not the current invoices. What can I do? And who can I contact?

Hi,I can make a object, do some warping or transforming, and it looks good. Then If I try to rotate it later, it distorts unpredictably. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.I started with a shape made with the Rounded Rectangle tool.Applied a Warp Effect. The resulting warped image looks fine. When that image gets rotated later using the Selection Tool, it weirds out.

heres a video for better look. https://youtu.be/woWX84zLRM0?si=HPPfZOmgYQiAO_c4

Hi I am trying to do something that used to be very simple and the old Win10 VideoEditor did it very quickly and efficiently with no problems.  Now I cannot find any tool that does this very simple task of animating a short time frame 5-30 seconds simulation animation clip from a series of TIFF image files produced by my dynamic simulation software. what am I missing with Premier Pro ?   can't seem to make it happen.

Hello, I’m encountering an issue when trying to import a video recorded on my iPhone 16 Pro into Adobe Premiere Pro. The software shows an error saying: “This file is not supported.” The video cannot be added to the timeline or previewed. Here are the details of the video:• Device: iPhone 16 Pro• Resolution: 4K (3840 x 2160)• Frame Rate: 30fps• Codec: H.264• File Size: 31.4MB• Duration: 5 seconds• Camera settings: “Most Compatible” mode (H.264)• HDR Video: Turned off• Transfer method: AirDrop using “Keep Originals” option The file appears to be a standard H.264 .MOV file and should be fully compatible with Premiere Pro based on the official supported formats. Other videos work fine, but this particular one (and a few others shot similarly) trigger the unsupported file error. Could this be related to a compatibility issue with the iPhone 16 Pro’s latest encoding or metadata? Please advise if there’s a workaround or if a fix is planned in a future update. Thank y

Whenever I type a lot of texts in a cell of the table, the cell moves to the next page from where the cell was. Is there the way to let the cell flows between pages?     <Title renamed by MOD>

Hello,I'm a contributor and I have submitted images which are not reviewed since I uploaded them 8 months ago. Will they ever be reviewed by someone or should I delete them now?

Hi,using cfoauth at amazon to access selling portal api.If I hard code my clientid, secretKey etc everything works great I get the access_token.  I have a query in the cfc component that gets these but if I use them in the <cfoauth tag the process fails - "invalid_client".  I tried this <cfset x = "typed my client id here" />then in cfoauth    clientid = "#x#"  and this worked also. I tried adding toString() to the query result of clientid, that did not help. Wondering if anyone else has had problems with using query results inside cfoauth?

I've got a perfect ecxport from INDD to Epub except for the fact that two pages, the first page of chapter 31 and the first page of chapter 59 have been duplicated and inserted at the end of the EPUB. There is nothing different about these pages concerning layout or paragraph style from all the other chapters. There are no blank pages in the document. Has anyone run into this problem before and HOW do I fix it?! I have done all the things I know to do and nothing is helping.   <Title renamed by MOD>

Hello!I am trying to recreate a meme using images from Adobe Stock and other websites specifically as a gift for somebody, however, I am having a bit of trouble regarding the conditions of the Standard license.Am I allowed to crop and edit multiple images together? I want to make sure I am following the guidelines perfectly. Thanks!

I file my images according to Year NNMonth Day; so my tree inside the Organizer looks something like this:SEE ATTACHED IMAGEMy QUESTION is:  If one of the subfolders (in this case, the 1981 folder) is empty, it doesn't seem to show up in my Catalog Tree. If I don't see a Year folder in the tree, I try to make a new folder and PSE tells me the folder already exists. HOW do I "see" the folder IN PSE so I can sort my images into the proper Year folder?

I keyframed a zoom out on scale using the default motion but switched to transform(want that motion blur). Then it started zooming in and out from the top left instead of the middle. Anyone know how to address this issue??

How do you draw an arrow on an existing creation in Abode Express? I want to draw several arrows free hand in one screen already created for a presentation. Thank you.

El tono en el panel de color no se cambia al seleccionar el tono en el selector de color, tampoco funciona restablecer la herramienta pincel.

Intento descargar la imagen en alta resolución, pero no encuentro la opción; la imagen se descarga en baja calidad.

As you can see in the attached video, the text transformation tool seems to be bugged and doesn’t allow me to resize the text box once it’s created. This only happens when I create text with a single click. However, if I click and drag to define a text area, I can resize it afterward without issues. My laptop has an Nvidia 3050 Ti and an i5-11400H. Does anyone know what might be happening?Lastly, I’ve made sure that "Show Transform Controls" is checked and also tried enabling View > Show > Layer Edges, but none of this seems to work. I hope someone can help me. Thanks a lot!

I have the prompt text figured out using this script taken from this forum: Is there a way to add instructional text to my text field that will disappear when clicked? (PDF Forms) // Custom Format script for text fieldif (!event.value) {event.value = "Instructional text goes here";event.target.display = display.noPrint;} else {event.target.display = display.visible;} Is their a way to change the prompt text's size and make it different from the type size I have set for them to fill out in the form. I want the type size of the prompt to be smaller than what size they use to fill it out.
