Solved

I'm a jr. network administrator and I have multiple users of Bridge 2025 running MacOS Sonoma reporting that when they load Bridge, all of their SMB network drive mappings disconnect.  (SMB maps are connecting to Windows servers).  Inversely, when they have Bridge already operating and try to (re)connect a network drive, Bridge crashes out.  There are no error messages in Console, and no popups or anything on screen stating a problem, just things closing/disconnecting.  This issue occurrs whether the comptuers are using ethernet cables or wireless, in-office or remote. I'm told Bridge used to be able to read those network drives, and I'm told this started happening when they updated to 2025," but 1 the system is auto-updating Adobe software, and 2 the team involved didn't report the issue until it had been ongoing for apparently several months, so I can't point to a specific update.  However, since this issue is applying to all our users with that Bridge20

I had a fresh install of Illustrator 29.3.1 on a fresh install of Windows 11 on a new PC. Almost immediately I began having issues when opening files. It doesn't matter where the files are saved- I have issues opening files form a network drive, issues opening local files, and issues when opening an Illustrator Template file.  When this happens, Illustrator will freeze, I will get a spinning cursor, and only task manager will kill it. So, I rolled back to the previous version 29.3. I'm still having the same issues. When I reopen Illustrator from the crash, I find that it will not open to my saved workspace and my custom Actions are deleted.  I can save files just fine, and once things are open, Illustrator works normally.  My PC specs are- HP Z4 Workstation with a Xeon 3.6GHz processorWindows 11 Pro for Workstations128GB RAM1TB SSD and a 3TB SSDNvidia Quadro P2000

Hello everyone...   I need to create an youtube faceless videos.. Any tutorial to do this in premiere pro...   Thank you

I'm quite nervous about this---I have about 35000 images in my LR Classic catalog, that I've worked with for years on my dear old iMac. The images themselves, though, are on a couple of 2TB drives in a two-tray box from Mac Gurus, and I hope to keep them right where they are. These drives have been connected via Firewire 800 to the iMac, using a Thunderbolt 2 to FW800 adapter. I'm about to update the drive box from FW to USB 3.1, for faster data movement when connected to the Mac Studio. When I got the Studio, I used Migration Assistant to bring all my files and folders from the iMac to the Studio, but I continued to use the iMac just for Lightroom work because its screen was better than what I had for the Studio. I've just acquired a Studio Display as well, so I'm ready to start using LR on the Studio at last. When I started LR on the new Studio, Adobe apparently copied my existing library to it, via the Cloud, I assume---nice! I didn't realize that would happen. Since I have alw

Hi all! I'm working on a huge catalog file that I did not create. The master pages are full of greeking. It takes me forever to spell check because of these pages. Is there a preference I can set to skip spell checking the master pages? Thanks.

Unlike the earlier versions of PSE that I have been using (11 and 14), I find that when I increase canvas size with  Image | Resize, PSE 2025 generates a new layer which I then have to flatten if I only want one layer (to save as JPEG, say).  It's running on Windows 11.I would like to prevent that auto-creation of a layer; is there a setting for this?

I work for a law firm and, since last week, a few staff members are having this issue. They download medical records from a certain medical records company. It opens in a Google Chrome tab and it is fine. They click the Download button and download it...when it opens in Adobe Acrobat Standard desktop app, a lot of the text is little black outlined white boxes. I know it is a font issue somewhere...I just don't know where. I highlighted some of the white boxes and right-click, copied and then pasted into Word using the same formatting. It is only an arial font...some bold, which our Windows 10 computers certainly have. So, why is Adobe Acrobat desktop not able to recognize it? Thanks in advance. Dave G.

Rien n'a changé.

Hello, i cannot use Lightroom Classic dev module. I tried everything but it's not possible to get it working.   Error message in LR Classic (german): And in my account is shows that abo is valid until 01.03.2026.   How to get it working again? Br Christian

I am running into a very frustrating problem on Photoshop 25.12 running on Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1 on a 15" M1 Macbook Pro. I have an action recorded for finishing portraits that completes the following steps: switch to 8 bit color save full-res jpg downsize for web save web jpg step back to full resolution 5"x7" 300dpi portrait crop close My problem is that the Crop Overlay is not functioning correctly when the action runs. I have the action set to require confirmation during the 5x7 step so I have the opportunity to properly frame and size the crop, but when I get to that step in the action the Crop Overlay never pops up. It doesn't show the handles around the outside of the bound area and is not showing the thirds overlay lines, just the Crop Shield. I cannot make any of the different overlay options work despite switching between grid/thirds/diagnol/triangle/etc.   The weirdest part is that the Crop tool functions normally in basically every other context I can test it. If I us

Couldn't find an answer to this, as my settings are already set to whatever answers were suggested in other posts.I'll describe in photos:Trying to align the anchor point point of the middle red object with the light blue in the back:Tapping the up arrow a single time to nodge it up, but its giving me this:My setting are as followd: (all snapping is turned off) And also this icon in the top bar is not activated: For some reason the left object did agree to align exactly with the blue.

Hi AllIs there a possability to disable the AI Assistant in the Adobe Reader plugin within Microsoft Teams?I want this for all users in our organization. Thanks!

Hi, As you can see, my numbered list looks off after it reaches 100. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? Thank you.

I know this is probably easy, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.  I have ~200 images that were saved with a quality of 12, but I want to reduce the quality to 10.  I've tried to create an action, but it will always try to open the file I opened when I started recording.  If I have a file already open and I start to record the action, I select "Save As' which bring up the dilaog box.  I reduce the quality to 10, select save as, but then the action records the name of the file I'm saving as, so every file I run the action on gets renamed to that file. I just want to be able to go into the batch menu, select a folder to run the action on, and have the action reduce the qulity to 10. Any help would be appreciated.  On the most current version of PS on a win10 machine.

I'm having a problem with making panel lines in Painter. I can't get the line to go all the way across half the time, even when I go well beyond the edges. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hello!I did my book design recently and now I'm working on a reflowable epub (e-reader kindle) version of it, however I'm having troubles with space between my paragraphs. I have a few music quotes between my texts, but when I export they keep having this weird giant spacing between the quote lines and when I try to set the space before them smaller, they get really close to the text before them... 1st image is how is turning out in InDesign (and how I wanted to look like) and the 2nd image is how is turning out after exporting with EPUB 3. Does anyone know how can I change this?

I have added the following rule in my CSS file:.wpb-content-wrapper:has(.firmaPost) { width: 100%; max-width: 600px; }The first line gets highlighted in red and this error is detected by DW:Exptected RPAREN at line...However, according to W3 Schools, the syntax is correct. Why is the error shown?

I have an iMac with OS Sierra, and a Cintiq.I usually use Photoshop on the main screen, however all the pop-up menus and dialogues always open on the Cintiq screen. Even if I move the dialogue box back to the main monitor, then close it, then open again, it opens again on the Cintiq screen. Even if my Cintiq is turned off, it still opens the menus outside of Photoshop, on a presumable Cintiq screen! How can I change that?

I have been using Acrobat Reader for a long time. Today, I paid for and used Adobe Acrobat Export PDF. Now when I try to use Acrobat to read a PDF, I get a window "Start your free trial of Adobe Acrobat."  If I don't select Buy Now or Start free trail, Acrobat reader closes. When I tried to cancel Export PDF, it said that my Adobe Portfolio would be deactivated. I have a paid subscription to the Photography plan (20GB) which includes Portfolio. What is going on? I just want to read PDFs without affecting my Photography Plan functionality, including Portfolio. I can do without Export to PDF.Alan Hunt
