Hi all, Hopefully some geniuses out there, as I've spent 2 hours with customer support with remote access being helped by 2 different people and they've been unable to resolve the issue. It is my understanding that more file types than this should be supported. If you mouseover 'create a PDF' it even lists word documents as a viable file type. Yet, my Acrobat refuses to do so. I'm aware there are workarounds, and I can still find the file in file explorer etc, right click it and convert it, but I'd still like to know what the issue is with the actual program. To a semi-competent computer person, my only guess is that the program files are missing that are supposed to support those file types, but if it's not that then I haven't got a clue. The whole program has been deleted (every last tiny hidden file) and reinstalled by customer support. Help.

How can I remove a static item from a video using Light room? I should have premium features but the eraser tool is greyed out. Any ideas? I thought it would be simple... I am using an android device.

New Windows 11 pc installed last week. When grayscale is selected, the preview is colour and prints in colour.

I am facing an Issue that I sometimes cannot copy or move sequences from one project to another inside of a production.  Normally I open two projects inside the production and I drag one sequence from one project window to the other and the sequence moves or gets copied if I press CTRL while I drag the sequence. But sometimes it does not work, showing me the "forbidden" sign. It seems to have something to do with the size or complexity of the sequence which fails to copy, or move.I am on PP 25.1 (Build 73) Regards Florian

Hi,I have this JavaScript which saves each layer of Photoshop as a Separate PDF. I want an addition to this script so that all the separate PDFs can be merged into a single PDF. The objective is to convert a GIF into a PDF. Here's what I do:1) open a GIF (containing layers) in Photoshop.2) execute the JS, which saves each layer of the GIF as a separate PDF at the same location within a temp folder.3) The third part requires merging all those PDFs into a single PDF. Currently, I'm manually merging those PDFs. It would be nice, if the merging of the PDFs can be done silently, without bringing the Acrobat in front.PS: I use both MAC and PC.  // photoshop // Export GIF layers as PDFs function exportLayersToPDF() { if (app.documents.length === 0) { alert("Please open a GIF file first."); return; } var doc = app.activeDocument; var filePath = doc.fullName.parent; var fileName = doc.name.split('.')[0]; var tempFolder = new Folder

I am having a major issue with the pen tool. I find that putting anything above the lowest fidelity setting is smoothing the path too much. Yet if you put it on the lowest then it is much too rough with hundreds of anchor points.I want to be able to create lines with details in it, but allow for some slight smoothing, but although there are a number of settings on the scale, it seems to go from rough to very smooth and no inbetween. Is there another setting that may be skewing this effect that I am missing, because it is making sketching extremely difficult and somewhat impossible to achieve the level of detail I need.Thanks.

Hello, I just updated my OS (on mac) to Big Sur, in order to update Premiere as well. My old 14.5 version opens without problem, but if I try to install some new versions (15.2, 15.4.1, 22), it never opens, and I see that it quits always when looking for "BCC layerdeformer.bundle"... Have you an idea about this ?Thanks !Florence

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to add a track in a sequence with a script. (as the last commands from the menu list "sequences", add or delete tracks). Fab.

Hi,I'm trying to set a New Action in Actions Panel, it is grey, not selectable.Besides that, thaction I've made are colored, and I don't understand the meaning of that colorsAny idea? Thanks in advanceAurelio

When using PS Elements 2024 – 25, to cut an object from the image using the manual selection tools where the auto has failed to grab the outline, the cursor will disappear in certain colour backgrounds. That in turn, makes accurate selection of indistinct edges where the object colour blends into the background, very difficult, particularly in Macro Photography. I would like to be able to select a colour, and the density in pixels for the cursor to keep its visibility under various conditions and background image. Unfortunately I have recommended your software to over 30 archaeologist around the country, regrettably we all have the same issue.  Please respond.

I would love to see Flick Panning (inertial scrolling) implemented in Adobe Illustrator and Indesign, just like in Photoshop. Currently, when using the Hand Tool (spacebar + drag), the canvas stops immediately when releasing the mouse or pen, which feels unnatural and less fluid.Adding Flick Panning would greatly improve the user experience, making navigation smoother and more intuitive, especially for users switching between Adobe applications. Thank you for considering this improvement!

Hello everyone, I'm trying out the new generative fill feature that uses artificial intelligence, and it's truly impressive! However, I'm currently experiencing an issue, and I'm not sure if it requires specific settings or if it's a problem that still needs to be resolved since it's in beta. The problem I'm facing is that when I generate an AI-assisted edit, the resulting image is blurry and unusable. I'm attaching an example here. In this case, I enlarged the original image and had the AI reconstruct parts of the background that didn't exist. If you zoom in, you'll notice the clear difference between the original photo and the reconstructed part. Am I doing something wrong with the settings? Please let me know. Thank you. I am using a Macbook Pro M1 MaxMac Os 13.3.1 (a) (22E772610a)

Hello, I am taking over the Adobe Acrobat account from a woman who is retiring.  The license on her desktop was deactivated and activated on my laptop. I have changed the name on the Adobe account everywhere possible - manage account, profile name, Adobe screen name, account name - and still, when I send an Adobe E sign document for signatures, the name comes up as "Jane Smith via Adobe Acrobat" in the email subject line, then in the body of the message, it reads, "Jane Smith requests your signature on (document name)." I have looked everywhere throughout the account, account management and settings for where her name might be and cannot find it at all. I've deleted, re-entered and saved my name on the profile and elsewhere several times. Nothing is working. I have Adobe Standard.  Please advise. Thanks!
