Solved

I want to add a privacy policy in my footer, that links to an internal page that states the policy. I have done this, with no problem, using the html : <a href="https://myname.myportfolio.com/privacy-policy.html ">Privacy Policy</a> However, I do not want the said policy page to be in my navigation bar. The minute I hide the page from the naviagation bar, (even though it is still active), the link in the footer takes you to my homepage. When I go to the URL of my home-page in the browser, it says https://myname.myportfolio.com/privacy-policy instead of  https://myname.myportfolio.com/home. When I check back in the editor, the home page shows the correct URL of  https://myname.myportfolio.com/home. What is going on? Is this a glitch? (I have tried a couple of browsers), or does this feature only work when a page is showing in the navigation?

I've been doing sound editing of a film project on Audition with multitracks with video reference. Now, I want to export everything as a video file with audio, but for whatever reason, the "Export with Adobe Media Encoder" option in the Export drop menu is greyed-out (but funnily enough, the "Export to Adobe Premiere Pro" is not). Does someone has a clue as to how to "ungrey" it, so that I can export my video and audio tracks together with Encoder?Note: The project was created from scratch in Adobe Audition, it's not coming from Premiere Pro through Dynamic Link.Thanks!

Hello AllI have a question when using c++ to develop AE export plug-in,Set the mask in AE and use AEGP_GetLayerNumMasks to query the number of masks,The return value is 0,The specific code is as follows：AE Version: 2025System version: M3 Pro,macOS 15.3 A_long numMasks = 0; RECORD_ERROR(suites.MaskSuite6()->AEGP_GetLayerNumMasks(layerHandle, &numMasks)); for (int i = 0; i < numMasks; i++) { AEGP_MaskRefH maskHandle; RECORD_ERROR(suites.MaskSuite6()->AEGP_GetLayerMaskByIndex(layerHandle, i, &maskHandle)); auto mask = ExportMask(context, maskHandle); masks.push_back(mask); RECORD_ERROR(suites.MaskSuite6()->AEGP_DisposeMask(maskHandle)); }Has anyone encountered similar problems?

Hi all, sorry if this is a really obvious question. I need some help with downloading my CC apps as the email link just isn't working. When I click 'download' next to the app, it takes me to the 'send me the link' page. I then put my email address in and send the link to myself. But when I open the email, it just takes me back to the SAME 'send me the link' page. I've tried copying the link before sending the email but that takes me to the same page as well. I've tried this several times on both my Chromebook and iPad Pro and get the same result. I can't find any option to just download straight from the 'Apps' page as the download link just makes me do the email thing. I'm so frustrated with this, could anyone tell me what the issue would be or how to solve it? It should at least work on one of my computers right? I've looked through the download help pages but even the links there to 'download the app directly' take me back to the same email page.The apps I've been trying to download

When I add Arabic text to a text box in a PDF document, it shows separated Arabic letters which may indicate that Arabic is not supported. Is it something expected?

Absolutely reproducible, always occurs: I create a mask, use the spot color picker and lightroom crashes. I deactivated the use of the graphics card and reorganized the catalog (occurs with all catalogs). The face search is also closed. The system test of Lightroom after the test shows no problems. Use the full Adobe Suite, no problem with any other program. Has only been occurring for a few months, even the new version (14.2)  has not helped.So Lightroom is no longer usable for me. Terrible. Enclosed pleas find the crash report.

Hi - I need to get an agreement signed and witnessed. I want the witness to complete the signature box electronically (after the signatory) but not to receive a copy of the agreement afterwards (for confidentiality reasons). How do I switch this functionality off? Thanks!

I bought 2 days ago Adobe convert from pdf to word. BUT I can not convert my document. Then I want to cancel membership. I did not see the option. Please help me How to cancel the membership? Thank you.

One site requested additional verification of my signature on a document. I found it possible to save the signature certification document in adobe acrobat only in .fdf, .cer and .p7c format. But the site asked me to upload the file in pdf format only. I could not find any converter to convert these files to pdf, just like I could not find any option to save this document in pdf. Could you please advise me how I could do this?

After my PC was autoupdated to InDesign 2023, I lost my version 16.4 which is critical to align with an InDesign 2021 Server. When I choose to install an older version, it only goes back to version 17.0. Is there a way I can install my old version 16.4?

I know this has been posted before, but I've been having major issues with runaway memory use in AE 23.1. I'm using a M1 Max 16 inch Macbook Pro with 64gb. Running a fairly simple project with some pre-rendered .movs with alpha channels comped into scenes using Illustrator assets. Will run fine for 20-30 minutes before the system gets overloaded and I'm out of memory. You can see how much was getting used when it last crashed - 432gb!! Wasn't an issue before M1 native update... looks like I'll be going back to an older version of AE for now

Hello everyone, I am setting up an archiving NAS containing all completed work.I am wondering about the viability of the files in the long term (and after multiple Adobe updates), especially the .indd filesCan opening .indd files created with a much older version of inDesign cause problems?If so, what kind of problems?How can I avoid it? On old files, I have already noticed that inDesign offers to "convert" the file to open it with the latest version of inDesign, but I do not know if this is a reliable solution or if some files risk becoming completely unusable despite everything.Does systematically saving a copy of my .indd files in .idml format have any interest?I do not understand these .idml files and their use, but I have read that .idml files have better compatibility between versions. Maybe I'm asking too many questions and a simple .indd record is enough, but I'd like to be sure to do something clean and sustainable. Thanks 🙂

So I've been having this problem where some of the png images in a sequence are missing. When importing a png sequence from another software (Toon Boom Harmony) I faced this problem. So I attached some files to demonstrate the problem. In a 24fps file I numbered every frame with a total of 68. I exported them as a png sequence and everything was alright until I imported it in AE in 24fps composition. Few images were missing, making the footage not 68 frames long in AE
