Solved

So I canceled my membership today , within the 14 day window and I haven't got an email for the refund

Our mother (a great photographer documenting the lives of her 9 children / grandkids from 1948 to 2010) has left us over 30,000 negs, slides that are now all scanned.  About half are scanned/edited/curated by her, the rest we need to do the work.  We now have over 200 descendants we want to share this with most use iPhones. some iPad. / Mac and some other smart phones/tablets.  Looking for a great photo editing / organization and sharing solution to do this.   Is Lightroom good at this?Is it decent at batch tagging people (up to about 50 different people across the 30,000)?There is no metadata on vast majority but our mom was diligent in identifying each roll with year, month and event type / location when availableWhat happens if we share html links for finished albums with the 200+ direct family descent? Thanks for any insight you may have.   Frederic

Every time I go to create proxy files, in premiere it says "creating proxies," but when media encoder loads, nothing happens, and none of the files load into the queue. I have the most recent versions of premiere and media encoder. I tried multiple clips from different projects, used custom ingest presets, and I even tried some of the default premiere ingest presets (which I usually wouldn't do because I like to create my own proxy ingest presets) Every time I give it a go, "creating proxies" comes up, media encoder loads, but then nothing happens.  Does anyone have any advice on what they think could be the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Could you please send me all invoices for the year 2025? I was advised to contact support directly regarding this request.

Since the update to v. 27.9.1 my gradients are all different. I know you can access the legacy gradients (Adobe hides classic and older preset libraries by default. To get them back, open the standalone Gradients panel via Window > Gradients, click the panel's fly-out menu (the four horizontal lines icon) but only a few of the many legacy gradients load. Is there anyplace online where I can download the complete legacy gradients from the version just before this current update? Thanks for your help.

I'm on Sequoia 15.7.3 and Illustrator 30.1, working on a 2025 iMac.  I can't seem to get the Tilde key to produce copies. Are there shortcuts I've forgotten or am missing?

My Adobe Acrobat account is on my phone. And for some reason does not seem to be on my laptop. So I was wondering if I can use the same login credentials I use on my phone to log into Adobe Acrobat on my laptop.

I’m getting the message, “Whoa there, speed racer!” It happened yesterday too. It worked fine for most of the day, but it’s happening again today, and it has been like this for a couple of hours. Also, in Boards, the Generate button has been replaced with an Upgrade button. I have unlimited generations for Nano Banana Pro with my subscription, and I still have all my credits. Is there a problem with the servers, or is there a limit on the number of generations I can make? I have the Firefly Pro Plus plan.

Entiendo q por error me descontaron la suscripción anual en lugar de la mensual. Si bien ya anule la suscripción necesito q me reembolse en dinero.

I’ve done this before, but now I can’t get it to work (Windows 11 Pro; InDesign: 21.5.1). The font is Aviano Flare. I want to always substitute a specific “A” glyph. None of the Open Type Stylistic Sets work. How do I set up a new one? Also, do I need a style for both upper- and lowercase “As”? What am I forgetting or doing wrong? Many thanks for your help!

Working on an animation project and I ran into an issue with a piece of text where the percentage was supposed to be listed. The text read “...greater than or equal to %25 of...” and I flagged it as a typo. However, when I tried to fix it, no matter what I did or where I copied the text from, my “25%” formatted to “%25”. Was working in v26, but the issue carried over when I downgraded to v25 as well.Haven’t had this issue with any other project. I just tested it in another recent project (also v25) and was able to type the percentages okay, so not sure if this is project specific, v26 specific, or user/formatting error. Saw another couple posts on the Photoshop forums with the same issue, but no real fix.Two things I noticed/did to resolve the issue. For some reason, Hindi digits was checked. I got my project file from another editor, so maybe they had it enabled. Unchecked that box. It may help others, although I saw no change. I selected all my text, went to the Text settings on the s

Hi There,I'm doing a School of Motion tutorial, and am a little confused on a very basic function. When I hold cmd, the anchor point of a shape layer does not snap to either the center or corners etc. When I hold cmd on other layers, like a vector shape or comp, the anchor point snaps.Would you have any idea why this isn't working for shape layers? I've tried toggling the snapping box on the toolbar, and that doesn't seem to change the functionality. Thanks!

When asking a question on the Premiere Pro user-to-user forums, you can make it easier for folks to help you by proactively providing the answers to the following questions: What version of Premiere Pro? Include the minor version number (e.g., Premiere Pro 2019 (Version 13.1.2)). Have you installed the recent updates? (If not, you should. They fix a lot of problems.) What operating system? This should include specific minor version numbers, like "Mac OSX v10.10.5"---not just "Mac". What kind(s) of source footage? When telling about your source footage, tell us about the codecs, not just the container types. For example, "H.264 in a .mov container," not just "QuickTime". If you are getting any error message(s), what is the full text of the error message(s)? What were you doing when the problem occurred? Has the same media with this computer system ever worked before? Did you update your project from one major version of Premiere Pro to the next, and then saw problems in the project? Tel

Hello!First, apologies if my terminology is wrong, relatively new to the broadcast space. We’re working on a project that uses lots of old scanned documents. Not always the best quality and some already jagged lines/edges on the original files. When exporting as H.264 for online streaming, everything looks great. When exporting for broadcast as MXF OP1a, XDCAMHD 50 NTSC, I keep getting these issues with some lines and some patterns with fine lines (old pictures from newspaper scans) when there is slow movement of the documents on screen.I’ve attached some images of sequential frames showing what I mean. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello. As soon as I open photoshop, version37.9.1, even without opening a particular photo, the following message is displayed: "A required view could not be created, because the definition file is missing or corrupted". What to do? Merci.
