Solved

As a contributer I have according to Adobe respect the local copyright laws for my photos. However when I do so often my works are refused because of Copyrights according to North Ameria by your AI tool (I suppose) In The Netherlands the law says:Building from the public roadPermitted: According to Article 18 of the Copyright Act (freedom of panorama), you may photograph buildings and works of art permanently placed in public space without disturbance.Condition: This applies only if the building is visible from the public road (for example, from a sidewalk or street). In the Netherlands, copyright lasts until 70 years after the death of the architect. Is it possible fot Adobe to respect le local copyright laws so my work isn't rejected by your AI? Thanks in advance.Kind regardsFred Bervoets

My masking panel is basically gone. The default is that the panel opens separately from the other tools and thereby, sometimes, it will cover a part of your image. I grabbed the panel and drag & dropped it into the column with the other tools but cannot get it back out.  If I select >Tools >Create New Mask then it will open all the masking tools in the right column above all the other tools. However, it says “No Mask Selected” at the top in the grey bar. And, there isn’t a bar to ‘grab’ at the top and drag it back over onto the photo part of the screen. Has anyone seen this before? What is the fix? Thank You!

The generated images files are not showing

I was trying to generate images in Firefly and it just didn´t do anything until I realized it says “Get Credits” at the top of the page which means I´m supposedly out of credits but I have unlimited access and I checked my account and it says i still have 4000 credits, so I should have no problem but I do. I already cleaned history and caché on my browser, I already signed out from adobe sites and the Creative Cloud Desktop app so it would recognize my account settings but when I signed back in, same thing happened. I am paying a monthly plan and it´s not ok that I cannot use the tools when I need to! Please help me resolve this issue.

Adobe didn't offer individual plan for pakistan and having payment issue for purchasing from pakistan so I want to ask that can use turkey or any other country region to purchase individual plan is adobe allows it or not??

There are allOjcetStyles, but there is no 'allObject StyleGroups'.Is there any way to correct the following code so that it can recognize all situations of groups, including nested groups within groups.var creGroup = newGroup("myGroup", "objectStyleGroups");function newGroup(grn, sgc) { var d = app.activeDocument; for (var i = 0; i < d[sgc].length; i++) { if (d[sgc][i].name == grn) { return true break } } return d[sgc].add({ name: grn });}

This was an option just last week… use it often.. I need to convert image files and combine pdfs.. but now those options are missing..

My Adobe Stock contributor account, active since 2019, was deactivated on March 19, 2026.During six years as a contributor, I never received a warning or suspension and I have always complied with the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms and Submission Guidelines.I submitted an appeal on the same day and have since sent several follow-ups through the official Contributor Support channels. Most recently, Adobe Support advised me to contact Contributor Support directly, which I had already done.It has now been over three months without receiving the outcome of my appeal or any update regarding its status.Has anyone experienced a similar waiting period, or is there another way to confirm whether my appeal is still under review?Thank you.

I only recently discovered the LrC ability to edit filenames during import.  However, LrC has no Filename Text Editor in the right pane of the import window. The two panes available are File Handling and Apply During Import.Adobe Help keeps referring to “Restoring Filename Editor in Adobe Learning Manager Desktop Application” but I have never used Adobe Learning Manager! I’m a newbie to LrC. Maybe I have missed something, or my search input is misworded but is there a human out there who knows how to solve this dilemma? I really could use this feature in  LrC.  Thanks.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 26.1.21677 on Windows 11 64-bit.Recently, Acrobat started showing a white screen issue. The application launches normally and PDF files can be displayed briefly. However, after 1-2 seconds, the entire Acrobat window turns white and becomes unusable.Troubleshooting already performed: Uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat. Reset Acrobat user profile folders. Restarted the computer. Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is installed and up to date. Photoshop and other Adobe applications work normally. PDF files open correctly in Edge and Chrome. The issue occurs only in Acrobat. The application starts, menus and PDF files are briefly visible, and then the entire window turns white.I would appreciate any assistance in identifying the cause and resolving this issue.

I signed up for Adobe two months ago and unfortunately do not have the time to use it.Upon signing up, there was no mention of a $99 cancellation fee. This should have been mentioned in the terms.I feel that this is bad business practice, especially when they do not notify their customers of this.I am writing to have the cancellation $99 cancellation fee waived and to have my Adobe Illustrator product cancelled. If Adobe cannot honor my request, I will be reporting them to the BBB and visiting the bank to stop payments immediately as this is fraudulent.

Hello, Today I was charged for two subscriptions, which I meant to cancel, but couldn’t due to card issues. My subscription was supposed to renew June 1st, but I only purchased it yesterday. I understand the 14-day period has began with yesterday’s date  - could you please confirm? When can I expected a refund?

Payment Issue payment issue as described

I am trying to see the pricing plans for adobe firefly but they show prices in EUR instead of USD. I am located in the United States, so this is rather strange.

I am trying to import a video file I am editing on the Adobe Premier Mobile App into the Adobe Premier desktop application. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, I can't get the timeline for the video I am editing to import from my phone to the desktop? It will transfer over the elements for my video but do I need to essentially reassemble the full video? I mainly want to edit the timeline on my phone and then bring it into desktop for the text since I am having challenges with Adobe fonts installing directly on my phone and it is much easier to edit things like text with a keyboard and a mouse (you know, for a 40 year old). In the past I would have done this with Premier Rush all on my computer but that is no longer an option and I find Adobe Express too limited

Hi there.I'm completely new to indesign. How do I make a folded greeting card?

All four of the new filters that allow to filter by EXPORT status, STACK status, LIKES and COMMENTS need to be manually toggled off to disable them. None of these allows to select the NO FILTERS option from the drop-down menu to reset them, especially when combined with other filters. When any of these filters is enabled, the drop-down menu only shows choices CUSTOM FILTER (which this is), SAVE CURRENT SETTINGS AS NEW PRESET and RESTORE DEFAULT PRESETS.This is a bug or overlooked necessity. LR Classic 15.4 on Windows 11, all latest everything.

Anyone know how to smooth a path in illustrator for iPad ? On the desktop version you can run the pencil tool over a path and it will edit and smooth a path....does the iPad app have an equivalent since running the pencil over just creates a new path...

Hard to describe without showing an example. 😎I’ve used many methods in PS over the years to colorize an image, but I see this look in print design a lot lately. It looks like only the magenta (or cyan, or yellow) plate only got printed. How do you do this?

My editing is extremely slow.  Copilot says "Your Lightroom editing feels slow because several well‑documented performance bottlenecks affect both Lightroom Desktop and Lightroom Classic — and many of them match exactly what Adobe and other photographers are reporting right now."  How do I fix it?

I want to try Photoshop Elements 2025 to see if it will meet my needs before I buy it.

Can someone please tell me what intellectual property is in this totally made-up fantasy image? Created on ChatGPT.It is made up. It is a fantasy. I don't get it. This is the second rejection from two inspectors. Please help. During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords.

My Google account was disabled, so when I try to cancel my plan, it asks me to sign in, but it doesn't let me anymore, so the account doesn't work, and I don't know any other way to cancel the subscription
