Solved

I can no longer drag pages from the Pages Thumbnail sidebar onto my desktop to make a new PDF of those pages. I haven't tried to do this since the last update came through... Is anybody else experiencing this? It's extremely slow and frustrating having to manually right click extract, select the pages, open it in a new adobe window, then have to save the file through the menu. Posted bug report here: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/40454974-drag-and-drop-to-desktop-to-extract-stopped-workin

I have a paid adobe account but my mobile adobe scan is saying it's the free version not sure how to sync

I love it so much. It's the only editing software I've been using for the past 2 years. Thanks to Rush, I have multiple accounts with a combined total of 340k followers. Rush is perfect for my lazy style of editing. Also, Rush has an audio feature that lets you maintain pitch or not maintain pitch and premiere doesn't have that feature (I don't think). Everything on Rush is so simple and fast to use! Please don't delete it. If you do delete it, can you give me some special access so I can keep it please

Dear Adobe,I understand that you are discontinuing RUSH soon. I loved this editing program and have used it over the last 5 years to make hundreds of short videos.  Just recently I lost access to everything, and seem to get back into my account.  Please 1) assist me to retrieve my files under the name - Michelle Baruch and 2) Advise me how I can save them/back them all up before you guys close up shop.Sincerely,Michelle - a very worried Adobe client

When I finished my video it was all black and wouldn’t let me see anything I had made.

Hi, Now that Premeire Rush has been discontinued, I am wondering how do I go about accessing the projects that are stored on my device (this is an iPhone 13) I do not want to loose them.  Thank you

There is nowhere that says what the desired reference image aspect ratio is. I've given 9:16 (900x1600), 16:9 (1600x900) and even square (1024x1024) and nothing got accepted. Please write better error messages.

I been trying to install my photoshop again after i had to reinstall my pc and windows and it keeps giving me a silly sign in and log out constant loop always. i tried to fix everything and enter the credential manager but i cannot get a permission for it and tried to search that too nothing works.

I have been trying to move and drag selections and found no solution on here. When I use the select tool to move my object, it simply drags a rectangle out and then de-selects. I didn't click on a negative space. As you can see my layer was selected. The layer is unlocked.I updated to Illustrator 2026 in hopes of resolving this, but the issue continues. When I try to edit preferences, that option in the drop-down is gone. There's only "My settings > Import / Export Settings" in 2nd image. What is going on here?I’ve looked through dozens of other posts under the terms “select,” “move,” and “drag” and found nothing. No one seemed to have exactly this issue where I’m able to click, but it just brings up a selection rectangle and de-selects.

I have an indesign document with a ton of different images, 1 on each page of the doc. I’ve updated a few of these links today and the newly linked updated images have this icon on the bottom left corner which I’ve never seen before. Any idea what this is or what it means? These are not text boxes, there are no primary text frames in this document and no threaded text.It is definitely attached to the linked image and nothing else, as it moves around with the image when I move the image.

This is the 4th time now I've wasted time searching for ways to stop the constant attempts from Adobe to push this Acrobat AI Assistant down my throat, what seems like every time I open the app. Yes, I've turned it off in preferences, twice in 2 different places!  Today I get hit with another invasive prompt window popping up "Ask AI Assistant to summarize" or some nonsense. (Failed to screenshot it unfortunately). So into the preferences I go again, to find another 'ticked box' under "Generative AI features in Acrobat", which I'm positive wasn't there before as I can't find the previous options that I deselected, leaving me to believe this has been turned back on by Adobe during an update. Surely that must be the end of it?WRONG!Not 20 minutes later...  This is definitely one of the options I turned off previously (that I now can't find), so why is this type of thing popping up again?  It should be simple...AI Assistant on: AI Assistant off:&nbs

Hello, iam deciding wether to Logi MX Creative Console because i dont know if it is or will be compatible with new color mode system introduced in PP Beta. I have a 2017 iMac running macOS Ventura 13.7.8. According to the forum, the best version of Photoshop is 23.x. Where can I download this version?

Issue: During playback of projects, Adobe Premiere frequently stops updating the playhead (line that follows playback) in the Timeline Panel until the user stops playback. Once the playback is stopped, the playhead will jump to the correct location.   Verions Affected: Multiple versions of Adobe Premiere   I've seen a bunch of other forum posts about this and some mention "fixes" that include doing things like resetting your Workspace Layout, Resetting view settings, and even completely resetting your configurations - DON'T DO ANY OF THESE, SOME ARE DESTRUCTIVE TO YOUR LAYOUTS! AT LEAST GIVE MY FIX A TRY FIRST, AS IT'S ONE CHECKBOX!   Work-Around Fix: Go to EDIT > PREFERENCE > GENERAL and uncheck the bottom box that says "GPU accelerated UI rendering (restart required)" and then restart Adobe Premiere:   Re-open the project you were working on and you will notice immediately that the project will play with any Workspace Window setup selected, and any settings

I am having a huge issue with Adobe Premiere Pro in which I can't export/render and sometimes even preview files that need HEVC decoding/encoding. I get an error stating that: Unable to install:"C:\User\Public\Documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\4.0\mc_enc_hevc.dll"It suggests a permission issue, but even if I give the proper permissions to that folder it does not work. Also, the current Windows directory is actually "Public\Public Documents\" NOT "Public\Documents", so I don't know if this is part of the problem. Most of the time I can edit, but once in a while it will throw the error when editing and my Program preview will fail to display. Restarting Premiere solves this issue until it happens again. Runing Premiere Pro as an admin or not has no impact. I have also deleted the "\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\4.0" folder and Premiere does recrete the folder, but not the .dll file. The .dll in question is in the "\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\3.0", but if I copy and

I created a fillable form that is being used as an application to a training program. We have just started using this form, and have gotten two returned. When I view the files that were returned, it looks ok, but when I go to print it, we get the following error:An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem. Then, the document prints but some of the fields have duplicated text (so it appears like a second identical set of text is overlapped, but ever so slightly off center. So it gives a "double vision" effect). This double vision effect happens with some of the fields, but not all of them.Any idea what might be going on here? This fillable form was saved as a Reader-enabled document and I don't know what program was used to fill out the forms. Is this something on the user side, that they maybe used a non-acrobat program to fill out the form and it is corrupted? Or is there a printe

i got a subscription which I registered on my school account which made it so no one was the provider. Then adobe blocked me but i couldn't cancel the subscription now i have been trying to contact them for a long time but i just can't seem to be able to have this reverted i lost access to it in september 2025. Can anyone help me with this i dont know if this is the channel were i can get help with this but im officially out of options

Someone at our organization created a PDF with fillable form to send out. Some of them come back normal, but some come back showing the text entered in the fields duplicated or ghosted. I checked the original and there are no duplicated fields. On my own computer, they look normal in Acrobat Reader, but when I print them all of the fields text is doubled, impossible to read. The user can manually delete the text if they highlight and click delete.

The most recent update (or at least it's recent that I noticed) created this "edit page" or sometimes "rewrite" menu bar that lies directly onto the project. At first, no worries, I will just zoom my project out for the time being so it is not overlapping with this new menu. However, there seems to be some bug that prevents me from zooming out past 30% without it readjusting back. So, I try to zoom out and edit something that is being covered by this new menu pop-up, which already horribily placed, and after 2-3 click it reverts to being annoyinging covered again. Example attached. Please, fix this.

Hi,Every couple of weeks, Acrobat goes screwy.  I'm using Acrobat 64-bit, all current updates are installed - the IT team ar work uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat last week and today it happened again. When it happens it slows my laptop  down for 10-30 mins - laptop only intermittently responsive, no taskbar, black screen coming and going.  Generally the laptop seems very close to crashing and once it did crash/reboot.I managed to open task manager and it showed that Acrobat was using 20GB of memory (yes, that's GB, not MB), even though I didn't even it open when the problem started.  If i'm quick enough I can use task manager to close the Acrobat process and the laptop recovers back to normal.Maybe Acrobat was going through some sort of update process, but that shouldn’t have caused it to use 22GB of memory and the problems I experienced.I think maybe it was the updater running in the background – but it shouldn’t be using such a ridiculous amount of memory.Has a

I updated to PS v27.8 and it will not open, no matter how I try. I've restarted my desktop, tried opening directly, tried opening a file, tried opening through Creative Cloud, and I only get a Crash report to fill out. I did the upgrade a couple days ago (Sunday 6/21/2026), and haven’t been able to open Photoshop since. I REALLY need to be able to use it ASAP.
