Solved

My lightroom classic crashed. I restarted my computer and when it opened back up it said my catlog was corrupt and I can not get it to open. So I followed online advice to move it out of the folder and then create a new one, but now all of my existing work is gone.

Thanks in advance but I am flustered.  I have a Macbook for travel and a desktop PC for home.  Recently cam home with about 950 images edited on the road with LR Classic.  Tried to import this a few times into the catalog into my desktop.  Each time, after hours of seeming to imp rt (scrollbar SLOWLY moves), get an error message and task is not successful.  So then, I tried to export the laptop catalog to the external HDD without “negatives” and previews.  The catalog moved to my external HDD.  But, when I open it, all the images are greyed out.  If I open an item under the develop module, it appears (complete with metadata and edits), but the disappears if another image is then opened.  I don’t deem sable to get this catalog in a working state to the external HDD so I can move it to the desktop PC. Pertinent information…...folder exported to external HDD contains folder with images and .xmp files, {XXX Helper.lrdata}, {XXX.lrcat}, {XXX.lrcat-data}, {XXX Previews.lrdata}, and 3 files I

I took the 7 day free trial of acrobat adobe on 20th may 2026 and created an autopay but i got to know about a free website to do the same work, and that's why i deleted my autopay on 20th may at around 4 pm but when i checked my bank statement it said that my 2600 rupees are deducted on 20th may 2026 at 3:22 pm , and asked me to talk to bank , then bank told me to ask to phone pe, and then phone pe asked me to talk to the merchant that's adobe, but when i cancelled my subscription i got an email saying I won't get a refund according to the refund policy, but when i went through it , it was mentioned that if i cancel my subscription within 14 days then i will get a full refund, and i cancelled within 5 days only. So how come you can say I won't get a refund. Check it and give me the refund , also i can share images

I have saved several documents in Adobe...Now when I open them,it altogether opens a different document..Even if I recently save a document,it shows different document as saved..

Hello,i am trying to roll out adobe “creative cloud pro plus for teams” for my users. The OS is windows 11 24H2.I want to set the “auto update” option so the applications always stay on the latest version. To enable the automatic update i need to configure the product profile, but no matter where i search, there is no product profile option in my admin console. Are there different types of admin consoles for different adobe clients, or does that feature not work right now?

I have recently got my pc fixed, and After Effects was working fine but clicking on "clear cache" when I had low storage is when the crashing problems started.I had my SATA cable changed, and my memory is working fine with the AF files backed up and collected- AE is up to date- I have Windows 10 on a custom build- 16 GB of RAM- 172+ GB of storage What I have done:- uninstalled and reinstalled After Effects- disabled "Enable Compressed Frames (Lossless)"- restarted pc and ran AF in safe mode (didn't change anything as I don't have any third-party plugins) I had different types of issues, some being.-Sometimes I hear 4 rapid beeps that start quiter and grow louder, then don't see any problems until it suddenly closes after less than a minuteAre the 4 beeps a warning message? I haven't heard it before, and now I hear it while having these issues every time I start AF-I hear 4 rapid beeps, then my monitor screen turns black temporarilyturns back on, then the error "After Effects can'tconti

Hi, I want to cancel my plan (CC All Apps), it's a yearly plan, charged monthly. It will be renewed in one month. When I go to "Cancel my plan" I get the following:It says "You'll lose access to premium apps and services after Dec 3 2024", but it also says "You'll no longer be able to access most of your favorite apps". So, I don't understand if I cancel my plan, do I lose access in November or December?Thank you in advance everyone.

After I cancelled the plan today, I was told I will get a refund within 5 business days. is it true or have other conditions? I just cancelled the plan today, I just wanna confirm that I will get a refund or not. You can check my account with my email to see my transaction and my action about cancel plan earlier. Please answer me😖

Cancelled trial two days before the trial period ended. My Adobe account said no plans were active but today I was charged. Still, even after I was billed, my account says no plans are active and doesn't even give me an option to cancel my current plan that I was just billed for. This is wrong, I need a refund due to website/account error.

I’m having issue with a specific video file being able to be added to my sequence as a video file.  All other files from the same shoot date are reading appropriately, and load video and audio. I’ve imported it twice, and also transcoded it from .mov to .mp4, and none of this does anything to permit me to drag it into my sequence as a video file.  The .mov file itself in my bin reads as a video and audio file that plays both in the source monitor, but I cannot drag the video down.

Hi friends,This file was rejected due to "similar content". I hope to receive criticism about the file so that I can improve in my future project.Any suggestions are appreciated.

I subscribed to the free trial and cancelled the trial before subscription start , but somehow I got charged INR 849 . I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks

I’ve recently noticed two monthly charges to my credit card ($47.99AUD and $10.99AUD) from Adobe Systems.  So I checked in my “orders and invoices” within my account and there’s nothing showing.  I do have a Photography Plan which I pay for annually, I want to continue with that, just not these additional random payments. Can anyone advise where to look to find out what these payments are for, or any way of contacting Adobe billing other than through this community? Thanks

Hi there! I'm having trouble trying to solve this problem concerning color correction. The image on the top right is in Photoshop and shows color corrected, accurate colors. The image on bottom right shows the exported JPEG in my computer photo viewer. The image on the LEFT is the upload to social media (Patreon). When I go to share this exported JPEG on email or social media, it becomes OVERLY saturated. What is happening, and how do I make them align?I am using these color settings in PSD:Any help is appreciated!

Adobe stock didn't accept my this EPS File... Any reason?

There should be an option in the accounts to use two devices at once. When I have several SD cards after a shoot I tend to import them at the same time (one on a PC, one on a Mac). Batch denoise is also something I start and at the same time continue my workflow on the other device.  I was told by Adobe support that this isn't an allowed practice. Their solution was that I should take a TEAM account (way too expensive for a pensioner like me). There should be an option to have a personal account on two devices at once. Maybe adding 50% to the price of what a personal account is now. The point I’m to make is that there should be an option between a regular personal account and a team account. The difference in price is huge, to say the least. There should be something in between (the difference is like two months team cost the same as a whole year personal). An option to have two devices on the same IP address for something like 150% the price of a personal account seems fair to me, as

Can you change or make the space bar the hand tool again please?  I’ve been using Photoshop since nice the very beginning almost every day and it’s super annoying to lose this.thank you.

I am an Adobe Stock video contributor and currently experiencing the weekly submission limit restriction. Because of this, I am temporarily unable to submit my prepared videos for review. At the moment, I continue uploading my content as drafts and carefully preparing titles, descriptions, and keywords in advance so they are ready once my quota becomes available again.I would appreciate if you could kindly provide more information about:how the weekly submission limits work, which factors affect contributor quotas, and whether there is a way to increase my current submission limit over time.

I’ve been wrestling with Adobe Fonts for several days now, and none of the workarounds have fixed anything. Creative Cloud shows that Adobe Fonts are synced and installed, but none of those typefaces show up in InDesign or Photoshop. All apps are up to date (including CC), I’ve tried disabling fonts, logging out, and enabling them again, restarted my computer multiple times (2019 iMac running Sequoia 15.7.3), clearing the font cache in Terminal, validating fonts in FontBook—basically anything that I’ve seen suggested, I’ve tried, and nothing has worked. Typefaces outside of Adobe Fonts are all working perfectly fine.I currently can’t work on any existing InDesign documents because it has “adding fonts” as a never-ending background task. I’m once again (thanks adobe!) paying for software that’s locked itself. Is there some other magical workaround I’ve overlooked? Ideally something that you don’t have to do every time you launch a program.

Hello Adobe Team, I found a third-party site “AdobeTrack” claiming to track Adobe Stock contributor downloads and analytics. Is this allowed under Adobe policies since no official contributor API exists? Please clarify if this is safe or violates terms.

Premiere Pro V 14.7.0MAC OS Mojave 10.14.6 I've never had an issue with audio ducking - it's always worked great.  Now it does not adjust the music when it gets to a lower keyframe - even if I drag the keyframe to zero, it will still play music at a high level.   Is this a bug?  Or have I hit a setting somewhere to disable it?  Keyframes throughout are ignored.  All music and dialog are categorized properly.
