This is the first month when I sign into my account and go to Plans and Orders and Invoicing then to show all invoices it returns a blank screen with no invoices.I also noticed that under Plans there is no option to change my payment option (credit card).Has a process changed with Adobe or am I doing something wrong.

Hello! Hoping someone can shed some light on this for us. We have a series of JSX scripts we use in InDesign that were working in MacBook Pro Intel but not in MacBook Pro M4. Same verison of InDesign too. When we run the scripts in Intel they execute but when we run the same scripts in M4, they do nothing. Are we missing something here? We also tried the Open In Rosetta option which did not work. Please advise.

I updated to LRC 15.0 and whenever i click on the import button the cull pop up window appears, but i cannot get it to close so therefore i cannot import any photos, anyone offer any help please? see photo below

Good afternoon,I'm experiencing an issue after our IT department recently upgraded my system to Windows 11 Enterprise:Version: 10.0.26100, Build 26100 (24H2)System: Dell Precision 3660, Intel Core i7-12700K (12th Gen, 3600 MHz, 12 Cores), 64 GB RAM Initially, I was unable to play back any MTS (AVCHD) files in either Premiere Pro or Windows Media Player. IT installed the necessary codecs, and I can now play the files with both audio and video in Windows Media Player as well as Premiere Pro 2024. However, Premiere Pro 2025 still plays these files without audio. I’ve reviewed several forums and tried various troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the issue so far. I understand this may be a legacy codec issue or a deprecation of support in newer versions, but I’d prefer not to keep Premiere Pro 2024 installed indefinitely or transcode all existing MTS files to MP4. I do have a new camera on order, so this is primarily about maintaining access to older footage.&nbsp

Was using the Review Panel and the Frame.io panel in Premiere for the first time (23.5.0). I could access my Frame.io account no problem directly from Premiere. All the files and folder structures appeared to be in order. However, when I logged into my existing account in the browser I realized it wasn't linked to my Adobe ID, so my space was capped at 2GB. I created the account before the Adobe aquisition, and haven't used it in almost 3 years. As far as I could tell the only way to fix the issue was to reassign my old account to a new password, and create a new Frame.io account using my primary email that is linked to my Adobe ID. I did that with no issues. However, now I get an error in the Frame.io panel in Premiere that reads: ErrorSomething went wrong while loading the data. Please reload the extension and try again. When I click 'Ok' the loading circle spins and never stops. Nothing happens. It just spins forever. I've restarted Premiere. I've restarted my computer. I'

When I select "Setup" in the InDesign print dialogue, it takes me to another dialogue which is apparantly a Windows 11 setup, which resets everything to defaults, including the system default printer (which I am not using for this job.) Then I have to select "More Settings" and make adjustments there from the traditional printer settings dialogue. My other Adobe products don't go through this. And searching online for a fix did not come up with a simple solution. Is there a way to bypass this stupid step? If not, can Adobe fix this?Version 20.5 x64Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26100

I have installed the new After effects 26.2.1Specifically to use Depth of field in Advanced 3D, but as ya’ll can see, i cannot enable the depth of field option, nor do i see it in my properties of the camera when i add it on my timeline.Anybody knows the solution ?

I generated my video, but then clicked edit and the video won’t reappear. I click back to generate and it won’t appear there either. It seems to have disappeared, but my credits are still gone.

Hey, y'all. This may be a couple of different problems, so please bear with me. I'm working on a MacBook Pro with an M1 chip and Ventura. I'm trying to print booklet at 6x12, which I have done plenty of times before, but not with my current OS. I have the printer set to PostScript file and when I choose Device Indepentent as the PPD, all of the page adjustment options are grayed out. When I set the PPD to any other printer, I can adjust the page size/layout to what I need, but the PostScript files and resulting PDFs have been coming out at 8.5x11 instead of 6x12. I think I used to have the option to set the PPD as Adobe Acrobat, but I believe I read (in trying to trouble shoot this issue) that Mac has removed support for the Adobe PPD. If this is true, has anyone found a work around for this? Or some other PPD that allows for PostScript files to generate PDFs that actually stay the dimensions you set the page to?

Is it possible to export HTML content from InDesign for use on a coding website? I'm looking for the best methods to ensure the design translates well to web format, especially for responsive layouts.

How to get start and end position value using extendscript in path text (any shapes)?

How do you ungroup or expand a pie chart in Adobe Illustrator CS6? This functionality seems to have been removed. Say I'd like to remove the legend: before, I could ungroup the chart, release its link to the data, and then delete the legend with my white mouse. Object > Expand no longer works either. This is supremely frustrating.

Photoshop Ver 27.6 is giving me this error saying it cannot load measurment scale presets. I can open old files but if I save them or make a new copy I cannot open them again. How do I fix this?

Dear Adobe Support, I would like to seek assistance regarding an issue with my subscription cancellation. Previously, I cancelled my trial and subscription plan, but I am still receiving charge-related emails. After reading discussions in the Adobe Community, I understood that users could make a payment first and then request a cancellation within 14 days to receive a refund. Based on this understanding, I proceeded with the payment for a product, expecting that I would be able to request cancellation afterward. However, I am currently unable to manage or cancel the plan from my account, and I am unsure about the subscription status and charges. Could you please help me check my account and advise on how I can resolve this issue and request the cancellation/refund if applicable? Thank you for your assistance.

It’s now 2026 and I can’t seem to find an easy way to save a PDF so it’s in preview/read only mode so when someone opens it all they see is the PDF, no menus, bars, tools, etc. How is this not an easy setting at this point?

If a new construction home is photographed with staged, furnished interiors, and a release is obtained form the developer/owner,  is a property release required from the buyer, as the home will be delivered empty and unfurnished?  Thank you-   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I occasionally have to enter Hebrew into the documents I create. I set it as World-Ready Paragraph Composer so that it reads RTL (just the Hebrew). I'm currently working on a doc that has NO Hebrew and only English LTR copy BUT when I try to set tabs, the ruler is RTL! I have already uninstalled InDesign once and redownloaded it. HELP!

Hello, I'd like to register but I keep getting a card error. I've tried with four different cards and they all give the same error. There's nothing wrong with my cards. I can make purchases from other websites.

With build 58, I notice a .prin file is created with the project. Windows says it's an "Adobe Media Intellegence Project Index File." What's that supposed to do???

Using the Action Wizard, I am trying to setup an action that initiates a Preflight profile to flatten digital signatures in all PDF files located in a folder. The Preflight profile consists of a custom fixup that targets type:Signature form field and applies action:Flatten. The Preflight profile works as intended when run normally via the Preflight menu, however, it does not work when it is added to the Action Wizard. Specifically, I receive the error: "Preflight is unable to perform any fixups on this document as its author did not grant the necessary permissions." So, it seems that by running the Preflight profile normally it somehow bypasses the security settings to apply the fixup but this is skipped when running via Action Wizard. I have tried adding a "Save" action before the Preflight is run to no avail. Does anyone have suggestions on how to solve this issue? Thank you in advance for your time.

All I said was "the character should turn his back to the window."You see the result. I have nothing else to say.

I have a set of PDFs that I send out for signatures regularly. Same files. Same computer. Same browser, etc. All files are under 5mb. Never any issues. Today I have been getting this error on 4.8mb, 1.1mb and 271kb files. This has been going to for hours and my business process is crippled.  I’ve done the proxy check - have none. I’ve rebooted. Installed the update and rebooted. There doesn’t appear to be an issue with the files as I was able to upload them adobe.acrobat.com and get eSignitures sent from there. How do I fix this issue? Thanks
