Solved

Hi everyone,I currently have 4,000 Premium credits in my Adobe account through my Creative Cloud plan. I’m thinking about adding a Firefly Pro subscription, which also comes with 4,000 credits. My question is:If I get Firefly Pro with its 4,000 credits, will those credits be added on top of my existing 4,000 Creative Cloud credits, or will the Firefly Pro credits replace/cancel the credits I already have from my Creative Cloud plan?

Hi there. I would like to do this.https://youtu.be/Vzvv0DfvJm8?si=0kXVTHXUFwMWA6zZTo paste a (black and white) image into a layer mask.I've got it once to work and all the other times it doesnt work. I dont know why it works or why it doesnt work. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks a lot!!

I'm dealing with opening many file copies on daily basis and clicking on checkbox with mouse is very slowing me down.Is there any other way how to open copy? I have tried modifier keys on keyboard while clicking to Open, but no success.

I'd like to create a line that gets fatter as it lengthens from left to right, but I want the previous thicknesses to remain unchanged, so at full length it will look kind of like a stretched out triangle (one pixel on the left, 25 pixels on the right). I've tried combining the stroke width property with the trim path property, but that fattens the entire line as it grows (see attachment), not the effect that I want.I realize I could draw the final shape and reveal it with an animated mask, but I was hoping to do it just with properties for simplicity. Is there a way?

Hi As stated at the bottom of website, invoices that are no longer accessible through a customer account can be provided by Adobe Customer Service.I need copies of my invoices dated prior to January 31, 2023. These invoices are no longer visible or available for download in my account.I contacted customer support, but the agent left the chat before resolving the case. Perhaps I could email someone instead.Best regards,Raf

After upgrade to version 26.0.0 the effect “Blend” is missing. I used it to change the opacity of source clips. Does this effect now have another name or is there another way to change blend modes/opacity of source clips?

Hi all,  I have a contract that I need to send out. I am in the "request e-signatures" area. I have added the proper fields in the correct places of the form, including two signature fields.  When I click "review and send" I am prompted by a message that says "Add a signature field: Go back to show recipients where to sign by adding signature fields. Select continue to automatically place a signature field for each recipient to the end of your document." But it's there. I made them. If I do click "continue" additional fields are placed under the area I want signed.  What am I doing wrong? I've never run into this issue. My app is up to date, and I am on the most recent version of Windows. Thanks for your time.

Hello,I have already asked this question once, but the post does not seem to be available at the moment following the migration of the community server. The image above was created in Firefly with the symbol ‘Fi’ and the note ‘Commercially safe’.The image below is the same image, but with a background enhanced in Firefly. It contains the ‘Cr’ symbol, but NOT the ‘Commercially safe’ label. What is the difference? Can I use images from Firefly that only have the ‘CR’ symbol for commercial purposes?Kind regards

My main computer is a 2019 Intel Mac Pro running Sonoma and the latest version of DW.I am being forced to move ALL my 50+ DW sites to my MacBook Pro running Tahoe and the latest version of DW.I have read some articles on how to Export/Import .ste files. I want to copy ALL my server connections (user names, passwords, i.p. address settings, etc.), so from what I gather I should choose the Backup vs the Share export option… is that right? My main concern (if I understand the process correctly) is Export Backup option also retains pointers to all the actual site root folders for each of my customers’ actual images, assets, etc. used on their websites which now all 50+ of those folders are located on my Mac Pro. So if I export my .ste files on the Mac Pro and then import those into the MacBook Pro, those pointers will no longer be valid? I am guessing I will need to copy all those website root assets folders manually onto my MacBook Pro before I do the Import, BUT how will DW locate those r

I'm running LRC 14.1.1 on a Macbook Pro M1 Max / OS Sequoia 15.3. Three issues are recurring, all tied to Helper.lrdata file. 1) Keywords are still in the catalog (I can search on them), but they don't show in the Keywording box when selecting an image.2) I am unable to do ANY Edit-in from Library, even tho the images are on the internal SSD where they've been fine to edit in PS / Topaz, etc. by invoking the Edit-in command. The files are NOT missing, and are NOT Smart anythings. They're just RAW files.3) assigning a color green to an image previously assigned a color doesn't change the color of the frame around the image. Instead of green or red, etc.  it remains blue.4) Auto-tone in Quck Develop / library module doesn't work. But DOES in Develop module I deleted the Helper.lrdata file as recommended, and the keywords and external editing options came back but then disappeared again after some time, but not sure what triggers this, but it can happen within an editing se

I have a problem which adobe "help" was unable to help me with. I need to get Creative Suite CS6 licence deactivated, but I don't have access to the computer where it was installed. How can I do this? Is it possible? Creative Suite CS6 can be installed in maximum of two devices and I had the product installed to my laptop and also to my desk computer. But I just bought a new computer and I installed this creative suite CS6 successfully to it - but only then I realised that I forgot to deactivate the program from my old computer. I can no longer do that, since some part from the old computer were used to my new one. Now I can't use the creative suite cs6 before I deactivate it from my old computer - which doesn't exist anymore. Is there anyway to do this? This is really important tool for me so I would be very very thankful for all help with this.
