Hello!I have a ticket that has a QR code on it that the customer wants in their color (blue). When using datamerge, the QR codes are colored black. The DB has 25,000 records. Anyone have a Javascript to accomplish this?  Thanks in advance! Bud

Is there anyone at Adobe that can get this to STOP coming up?I guess Adobe doesn’t know what DECLINE MEANS.

When I drag a music track into the timeline, I get a pop-up saying “adding to library” but the bar doesn’t move at all.

When applying a text effect I get a "no entry" mark on the cursor when dragging to the timeline. I have re-installed Premiere and deleted the prefs. Am slowly going crazy 😱

I am in the process of recoloring an SVG icon set that has 155 separate SVGs.When I place these SVGs into a new Illustrator document by shift+dragging them into Illustrator’s window, they all get placed inside the document as expected, but each SVG object gets a generic name like “<group>”. See this image: This is a nightmare because I have to now rename all of the exported SVG files back to their original names after exporting my changes.Does anyone here know of a way to place multiple SVG files into an Illustrator document and retain the SVG filenames?Any help greatly appreciated.

How do I remove a stored signature? Although I have used the stored image of my signature, most of the documents I sign for the organization I work for I just type in my name.I removed my stored signature image from it's previously used file location on my computer. Today I signed a document and suddenly the image of my signature pops into the field. It's never automatically filled in the signature field, if I wanted to use it I had to go get it.I have not intentionally stored the image of my signature anywhere in Adobe Acrobat, Reader or Cloud nor can I find it in any of those apps. I will no longer be working with this organization soon and don't want my signature available for anyone else to use. Thank you,Kelley C

The latest screenshots from “Lightroom Queen” talk about Generative Expand in Lightroom Classic and new “Flatten AI Edits” options in LRC.https://www.lightroomqueen.com/whats-new-in-lightroom-2026-08/I’m not seeing any of this in the 15.5 release. Maybe this information was not intended for public release? It is causing confusion among Lightroom Classic users.

Hi! I’ve noticed that QR codes generated with some free online tools have stopped working after some time. Does anyone know if the QR codes created with InDesign’s built-in tool are permanent? Will they continue to work indefinitely?

When applying color to my type, color works just fine in the appearance panel however, when I go to add a gradient, it turns my text black. I also tried using the bottom panel, as seen in the photo and it still does the same thing. Please help 😞Thank you

I emptied my caches, and every time I try log into my account this is what I get.

!!! URGENT !!! Hello Authorities, I signed up for an Adobe Reader trial in June 2025 and a payment was deducted from my account today because it was the first time money had been deposited. As soon as I saw this, I immediately canceled my account. AND UNTIL TODAY'S PAYMENT, I WAS USING ADOBE FOR FREE, SO MY 14-DAY REFUND PERIOD HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN. I request that the amount be refunded to my account.

I just got off the phone with a customer service representative that was more than willing to cancel my services rather than give me a discount that I asked for since I've been getting billed annually back in 2018. It certainly does not pay to be a long time subscriber so I'll be using one of the many free services that are available online now.

I signed up for the free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus. The seven day free trials expired and i hadnt noticed. it charged me two days ago but there wasnt enough in my bank account. Im trying to cancel the plan so i dont pay for it but it says i have to update my payment method before i do that but its going to make me pay then. How do i cancel my subscription

When I start Photoshop I see that I have to pay for the next month, but when I click for updating my payments a popup screen appears in which I can choose the way I want to pay. But this popup screen is completely white and I can not choose or change anyhing anymore. Even when I choose https://account.adobe.com/ for my memberships I also can not Edit Payment. It gives a white popup screen which disappears and it gives a error message.Does anyone has the same problems ? [Moved to Account, Payment, & Plan by moderator authority]

I am experiencing severe and increasingly worsening copy/paste issues in Adobe Illustrator. Copying and cutting works, but pasting fails almost every time, making normal work impossible. I have tried everything: resetting preferences, restarting Illustrator, using the toolbar buttons instead of shortcuts, disabling GPU performance, testing with and without plugins (Overlord uninstalled), clearing caches, testing scaling and high-DPI monitors, reinstalling Illustrator via Creative Cloud, and even trying older versions. None of these solutions have improved the problem. This issue is persistent and escalating, and it completely prevents reliable workflow. I need a solution, as this behavior is not normal.

How do you request a refund on Adobe? I do not see any link to  request a refund on their website. I cancelled a Adobe Pro subscription before the trial period ends but was still charged several amounts despite not having any active paid subscription.

I have a new macbook pro. I tried to install creative cloud and it stalled at 45.5% (stuck there for over 45 minutes).  I quit installer, and it hung up trying to clean up the install(?), so I force quit and rebooted.I am trying to install it again and it again is stalled at 45.5%, been an hour at that percentage so far. I searched the support database and it tells me to run the uninstaller included with creative cloud.  Um . . . how do I do that if it won’t install Creative Cloud?I am inclined to force quit again and install the individual apps that I need, but WTF?

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on 26th June 20206.  I noticed the credit card charge on 26th June 2026.  As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.  Please assist with this request?

Dear Adobe,i subscribed to a 7-day free trial 2 months ago and even though i cancelled my subscription before the 7 days were over i am still being charged 35 € every month. There is the possibility that my card is being charged by another account as i misstyped my email when creating my account and you dont require any kind of email confermation to activate the trial.Nevertheless please cancel any subscriptoins that are still open so that i do not get charged again this month. Furhtermore be so kind and refound the amount that was charged to my card over the last two months as I do not have any active subscription which i use or have been using that would authorize my card being charged. With best regards,an unhappy customer.

I am trying to redeem the 12-month free Adobe subscription through the Airtel offer. My Adobe ID was originally created while I was on a short trip to London, so it appears that my account region was set to the UK. I have since returned to India, and I am an Indian resident. When I try to claim the Airtel offer using this Adobe ID, I receive the following error:"This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID."Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a way to change my Adobe ID's country/region or otherwise resolve this so I can redeem the Airtel offer? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

In mid August, my PC Tower did not turn on.I took it too a store to have it looked at. They replaced the power. They also cloned my PC, and upgraded it from 1Tb to 2Tb.Everything seems to be functioning… until I went into Adobe Premiere Pro.When I have a project and I click play, it automatically stops after a millisecond or two. It is just as if someone or something presses stop. This makes editing painful. So I got into a ChatGPT loop… and went through so many ideas. One thing I did notice that is strange is that the Device Manager when it opened flashes everything on and off quickly. Not sure if that is something else or if it is tied to this problem. Finally I gave up on Premiere 2026 and tried Premiere Beta. Same thing. Then I gave up on Premiere Beta and downloaded the last version of Premiere 2025 and same thing. So all three apps… same problem.ALSO ADOBE PREMIERE RUSH IS ALSO EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM.I have run speed tests and everything. It all seems fine but there is no answe

Recently I have had issues with Adobe programs missing links (specifically Illustrator and InDesign). For reference, all my files are on dropbox and I work directly from there. I will work on a file, save, and then the next day when I open it again it tells me all my links are missing and I need to relink them. It NEVER used to do this and it is getting very frustrating. Is this the result of an update? Is there some secret setting I can turn off?
