Solved

I am using Premiere Pro 25.6.2, an Nvidia 1070, Windows 11 Pro, Intel i7-9700K processor and 32 GB Ram.Whenever I open an extension, the panel is undocked and blank.  The contents of the extension are affixed to the upper left corner of the screen and I cannot select anything.  This happend in the Beta version too.See attached image. Any idea what the heck is going on?

I’m looking for some advice. It’s been over 10 days, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m not sure what the next steps should be.Additionally, I haven’t been able to find any option to contact Adobe Support or create a support case from my account.Could someone please help or guide me on what I should do?Thank you.

Good morning, I currently have the Photoshop + Lightroom 20GB plan, and Photoshop gives me 100 generating credits. If I upgrade to the Photoshop + Lightroom 1TB plan next time, I've heard it comes with fewer generating credits. Is that true?

Hello, I was given a psd file for an advertisment for social media at 300dpi (4500pixels x4500 pixels...I need to get it to 1080). I have tried all the methods I can think of to export it at 72dpi without issues but every time there is something wrong with it (e.g. block color borders around images growing slightly, text/logo becoming bolder or moving slightly etc.). I have even tried rebuilding the file in a new 72 dpi file but that doesn't even work (if I turn a logo with text into a smart object then use the free transform tool to downsize it it looks different from the original 300dpi file on export). Is there any way to export the file so that it looks exactly as it does at 300dpi? Thanks

The video timeline was there when I was working on another project, it is gone now. Did I press something wrong?

I'm using the paid version of InDesign and the "export package" button in is not clickable.I've already tried closing the file, and even closing the whole program and reopening it, but it doesn't fix it.

How to move an entire hard drives worth of photos and their folders from an existing hard drive to a new hard drive while maintaing their folder structure?

I am a subscriber, and have been for a few years. suddenly I can no longer convert pdfs to pngs or jpegs. I get a message that I "need to subscribe."also, i received an email from Adobe stating they had been trying to contact me ( incorrect!) and they were freezing my account because of payment. Hah! Adobe is automatically paid every month. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will admit that I'm new to text-based editing here, but I've watched dozens of tutorials and went through settings over and over.  I have a 30-min interview. My settings are to transcribe when added to the sequence. I did that, and it transcribed the interview. All good there. I know it's a text-based transcript, not a static one. I click all around the transcript, and it updates in the sequence. But if I highlight anything in the transcript, it does nothing. It doesn't delete from the transcript, it doesn't delete from the sequence. I can click the "edit active text" button and delete from the transcript that way, but it doesn't affect the sequence at all.  I'm stymied. I went through step by step what it says in the tutorials, and nothing lets me edit the text and have it update the sequence. I have found zero answers to this in the community history, so I'm sure the issue is me, but I am at a loss for any other techniques other than the old school method of wat

Bought a product from Bracken Design which contains a 1GB .asl file with styles. It took 10 min just to import the styles. I immediately closed it after it imported them. Now, when I try to open PS, it stays on the splash screen. I'm on macOS Catalina 10.15.7, Photoshop 2020.

Firefly refuses to animate this graphic of a fierce warrior.  No details, it just won't.  I made a JSON prompt to get him walking towards the camera.  No dice.  What's wong?   [Moved from the CC Desktop forum by moderator]

I have a form with several required fields, all circled below.  On all of them, the red border is removed upon signature, except the one circled in orange.  Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it has a script in it.  Thoughts?

I'm close to running out of space on my 4TB Sandisk SSD portable data storage disk.I thought the solution would be to just buy another SSD portable disk and run two at the same time off my laptop. This, it seems, was not such a good idea. It's almost impossibly slow, with constant "Lightroom not responding" error messages and I've created a mess in my folder structure. What I'm thinking is to now go out and purchase a desktop data storage solution, something with 10TB storage which seems pretty standard and surprisingly cost effective.I would combine both of my SSD drives onto this desk top system. My only hesitation is the speed issue.A HDD drive is apparently a lot slower than my current SSD drive. However, if I store my Lightroom application and the preview file on my laptop hard drive and just have my images on a desktop HDD drive will I be frustrated with the slow speed.Any user experience would be appreciated. Thanks

I use Photoshop exclusively for manipulating scans of philatelic (stamp) material added to my databases.  Not sophisticated alterations but....essential for visual presentation ergo I am an amateur notwithstanding some 15 years of basic usage of the program. A couple of recent updates of Photoshop have made my work problematic. 1.  The size of saved images are crucial if I embed them in articles I prepare for publication.  Previously, when I  saved an altered image I could see, prior to saving it, the size in the "save" window.  As I reduced the image size the new value would be displayed on the right side.  That feature is no longer displayed.  See appended image grab. 2.  I frequently use the "Exposure" popdown to enhance the quality of my images.  Previous versions of Photoshop had a triangular symbol (quite small) that could be moved to adjust the exposure levels.  That has now been replaced with a considerably larger

I posted before but maybe i asked the question in a bad way so hope this is more concise, im trying to animate the background of a live footage recording where the foreground character stays human and the background changes. Can someone advise me on how they would animate this, (e.g. try and key out the background, manually rotoscope the animation around the character frame by frame)I HAVE ATTACHED THE STORYBOARD FOR REFERENCE, ANY INPUT WOULD BE MASSIVELY APPRECIATED, THANKYOU

According to Adobe, the NanoBana 2 Pro produces images of unacceptable quality. What do you think about that?

Hello,  In the office there a large indesign doc that is being passed arround - numerous people are adding media to the file, packaging it and then passing it on.  However, I have noticed that some media, by some a lot, of media is missing.  What cuases some images to not be packaged and some to be packaged, for example on my work PC all images are linked nothing missing yet, the packaged file is missing a lot if images.  They are sorced from different places, some my work desktop, others on company servers etc does this cuase the breaking - although even images from my own work pc failed to package etc  Any experience or tips useful, thanks  Smyth
