I'm trying to create a "date selection" in InDesign. i.e. date of birth, request date. So far it seems like there isn't an option. My initial test was through using the interactive buttons to create a date selection but that is not an option.Any suggestions?

Hi: Decided to give Bridge a try again although it only opens correctly in about 75% of tries! But my main problem, whern it does work, is that I can't find how to show a histogram for an image. Seems a bit odd to me.Thanks

I’m trying to automate some production steps in IllustratorMy script uses:app.doScript(ACTION_NAME, ACTION_SET_NAME)to trigger pathfinder and offset actions. When I run it manually (File -> Scripts -> My Script) it works perfectly. However, when I make an Action that runs this script, Illustrator freezes as soon as it reaches any app.doScript() call.I understand that Illustrator Actions and scripts run in different execution threads, and it seems like running an Action that runs a script that runs an Action causes a standstill.I’ve tried alternatives like:app.executeMenuCommand("OffsetPath") //OR app.executeMenuCommand("Live Offset Path") //Then using expandStyle()but these don’t allow me to apply predefined offset settings automatically, so using an Action is still the only consistent and accurate approach so far. I've also tried using effects and even then that has shown unsuccessful results.Ideally, I’d like to give my script its own keyboard shortcut so I can run it direc

-------------------  Hello everyone,I'm getting this screen when I start every Adobe product right now.I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything via Adobe Cloud, and it's the same process, but nothing changes.I even used Revo Uninstaller to remove (almost?) all Adobe-related files

Hello,. Creative Cloud is not allowing me to login with my crendentials. The Creative Cloud app is forcing me to login in with a Google organization account, which doesn't work because that is not how my Adobe CC login was setup. (I do not have an organization account, I do not know why it says this). My credentials do not work from this page, because I do not use a Google organization account, but there is no option to NOT login with Google. On top of this, Creative Cloud App will NOT uninstall because I have other Adobe applications installed. But the other apps cannot be uninstalled, because I can't login to my Adobe Creative Cloud account. So, basically I cannot login or reinstall any software no matter what I try and I am completely locked out of my account.

When i opened the help system, the navigation panel looked good but the content page looked small. I went to the font settings and switched to Largest, BUT all the text on the screen became smaller, around 6pt. I switched to Larger, Medium, etc, the font was much smaller. How can i make the font bigger? I hate to read small text.Is this help system generated through FrameMaker? If yes, i am very very disappointed with FrameMaker.

In the Windows explorer, video with differnt extensions are placed in the same type. What is the reason?

When attempting to edit an image in Adobe Acrobat Pro, I receive an error message saying "Adobe Acrobat cannot start the imaging editing application you've specified. Verify the image editing application location on the Content Editing panel in Preferences."  This happens even though "Adobe Photoshop" appears as an image editing choice in Acrobat. I checked Content Editing (Image Editor location) in the Acrobat Preferences menu and the program location is correct. I've tried reinstalling both Adobe Arobat Pro and Adobe Photoshop, but this has not helped. Any solutions to this problem?  Thank you.

When I erased a portion of a layer and expected it to go transparent, revealing the layer beneath. Instead the erased portion went white.  What am I doing wrong?

As seen in the screenshots below, when I re-opening a  file the links are broken with a missing letter in the file extension. e.g. "jp" instead of "jpg" and "ti" instead of "tif". When re-linked the assets display at 100% scale instead of retaining their scaled down size in the document. Has anyone else experience this issue and know how to resolve it?

HI,I believe I've found a bug in the 2025 and 2026 releases when working in a film & video preset and importing into After Effects.I'm seeing that when importing in to any recent version of After Effects the Illustrator files are being imported with dupicate empty layers. Is not an issue with 2024 release of Ai. I've made a video showing what is happening and a workaround. But the idea is to not have to do this silly workaround when past releases this wan't an issue. Thanks!Andy

The latest version of Lightroom supports Fujifilm camera Tethering, but the file names of the photos taken after connection are changed to file names such as DSC_0001.raf instead of the file names originally set in the camera. This makes shooting very annoying. Even if you use the old version of Fujifilm Tethering plugin, you will get two files with different file names when taking a photo. If Lightroom cannot save the original file names in the camera, I would rather let us only use Fujifilm Tethering plugin, at least it can ensure that the file names of the photos taken on the computer and in the camera memory card are the same   Camera: GFX100iiLightroom Classic 14.4 for Mac

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to enable the contextual alternates for Mazurquica Variable https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/mazurquica-variable as it looks great with the ligatures but they are not available in illustrator when i try to use the font. I have tried going through opentype, nothing works...ThanksJ

I had problems with Photoshop not working yesterday, I think there was some bug or file missing and it kept crashing. I didn't save any details. So I thought I would uninstall and re install PS, but once it was uninstalled I couldn't re install it so I thought maybe uninstall Creative Cloud too which I did and then it too couldn't be re installed. I ran cloud cleaner tool and then decided to uninstall Lightroom too thinking maybe all need to be uninstalled to re install Creative Cloud, but still it doesn't do anything when I open or run as administarator or change compatability settings. Tried with anti virus off, without firewall settings, default firwall settings allow it anyway. It's only a new PC a couple of weeks old with Windows 11. Everything I've found to try with no success. Ran the Log collector program, not sure who or how I send that to support to check out.

Is there a way to "clear" character color instead of reset all other character style settings? I know it looks to be a silly question. Thanks!

the page numbering was fine up until page 100. As I neared that page in my document I had to eliminate 2 pages. After that the page numbers on the right side of facing pages doubled and blurred. How do I fix that?

Hello, I have a customer they have query "It was possible to add PDF files directly as attachments to a Microsoft Outlook mail up until last week." A new button has been introduced where a link and a file can now be shared via Adobe's cloud service.   Can the option to send the file as a link (and subsequently upload it to the cloud) be disabled by default? so that once more, all files are automatically sent to Outlook as attachments?     Best regard,Amber30079514tnch [Hidden spam links removed. I open a new project. I add a shape (or whatever) to the project. I change my mind, need a different thing there. *There's no way to delete the shape.* I google/search/adobe help to find how to delete a shape on a project. I find nothing relevant.

Idea - enable non-AdobeCC members to edit text and only text (no design changes) and approve and download for use.

Used quite some time ago, manual brushing and then filling in with AI, cant find in the new UI anymore, impossible to do small patches with just text prompts. Am I blind or was it removed? Any known alternative?

My I Mac crashed and I had to start from scratch and reinstall my operating system. Now everything is up and running. I would like to reinstall adobe photoshop elements 2018 that I bought online but I'm not certain how to get this done. any help would be appreciated.
