Solved

It's a few years since the last comments on this... do I really need to build my own bullets/sub-bullets/sub-sub-bullets/etc. heirarchy?  Is this another simple, basic thing that this tool lacks and I need to recreate or find a source to import from?

I don't know if I'm saying this correctly.  When you purchase stock images (backgrounds) that have multiple images (backgrounds).  How do you separate them so that you can use 1 of the 3 images that you really like.  I am trying to make a book cover but I licensed a collection of 3 but I only want to use one of the backgrounds.  How do I separate it from the collection to use the one I want.  Please explain the steps or process.  I am a beginner with adobe illustrator, indesign and photoshop.  Any help will greatly appreciated. I have attached an example

The screen flickers when have Indesign & Photoshop or Illustrator open at the same time. It is fine when you quit the program. Its moves everything from one screen to the other until you quit the program. The laptop is connected to two screen with the docking station. Laptop SpecsProcessor1x 10th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-10610U vPro® Processor(Core i7-10610U vPro)MemoryProcessor1x 10th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-10610U vPro® Processor(Core i7-10610U vPro)Memory1x 16 GB DDR4-32001x 16GB DRR4 3200Operating SystemWindows 10 Pro 64(EN:English)Hard Drive1x 1TBPCIeNVMeOPALGraphics1x NVIDIA P520Monitor14.0 FHD 45%CG

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone can shed some light on a persistent performance issue I'm facing with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The application feels surprisingly slow and laggy on my system, even for basic tasks like opening files, scrolling through documents, or zooming. My usage is very simple – I only use Acrobat for viewing PDFs, not for editing or any other heavy tasks. I would expect it to be very responsive, especially given my hardware specifications:Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565UInstalled RAM: 16.0 GBStorage: 256 GB SSDSystem Type: 64-bit operating systemAs you can see, the system should be more than powerful enough to handle a PDF reader without any lag. I've noticed that other, more lightweight PDF viewers run perfectly fine.Is this slow performance normal for the latest versions of Acrobat? Are there any known settings I can adjust to improve responsiveness, or any common fixes for this kind of issue?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Hi, Saving is not completed. How would I do? Hosun

Is it possible on a Developer account to have more than 2 WebHooks? We have many development and testing environments and would like to have a WebHook pointing to each for consistency. We will have a fully licensed account for production, but do not want to have a licensed account for these development and testing setups as we do not want to burn through our transaction allotment.

I'm trying to create an expense reimbursement form that auto calculates amount subtotals based on the selection of expense types. Essentially, I want to have all Travel go into one subtotal field, all lodging to go in another, all per diem in another, etc. Is there a way to perform a SUMIF function in a PDF that will distribute those expense amounts by expense type? Thanks

Hello. My Acrobat updated itself to Version 2025.001.20756 (on MacOS Sonoma) and now the file thumbnail is missing from the title bar. My typical workflow for getting notes from client PDFs into photoshop entails clicking and dragging that thumbnail into photoshop to place the page I need. Similar to the attached screenshot, which is instead dragging a file from Photoshop since Acrobat no longer lets you. Is there a way to get this back, and if not, Adobe please add back this functionality. I have a 27" monitor, the 20px that was saved by removing the title bar is not helpful.

Cuantas gigas necesito??    [since writing about catalogs, it seems to be Lightroom classic - moved to the correct community - Mod.]

Hello, I have the new Adobe Acrobat but I cannot see the AI Assistant in Adobe Acrobat & Reader on the Desktop version only on the web version. How can I enable it to desktop version too? Thanks

How do I embed a PDF in a Word document to send to others outside of my office

My TOC is two pages long. When I update it, the second page disappears, I get overset text, and I have to add a page at the end and place the overset text. This happens every time.I'm using a book file. Windows 11InDesign 20.5 x64

I am saving a Microsoft Words file which has few tables in the file to a PDF (Sample rows below).PTPVA  OTPVB  STPVC While printing and saving it as PDF, the PDF arranges and shows the tables in right visual order of  PT, OT and ST. However, when we select the text and paste details in notepad, the order of tables read is not the same. Like PT is selected first followed by ST and then OT.  We do not have missing table rows, just order seems to be disarranged. Are there any changes needed to word file which will save and select the tables in same order. Due to this issue, PDF to text reading programs are reading table details in different order than as seen in the PDF creating confusion to readers.

I can’t understand why my work isn’t being accepted, because it’s good.

Hi all  I'm trying to login to adobe community. But each time I pad in this restricted view page. After some Google, as far as well could see the posts. It looked  like I'm blocked coed or banned. I've checked my email and never received any messages related to this. This is my regular profilehttps://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11060664 Does any one know if this can be lifted? I find it awkward, that we don't receive a notice for this. Possibly, I would want to adjust any wrong doing I perhaps did. I'm not even sure why I was blocked. I've tried deleting cache and cookies. Still happens after that.

Is it possible to apply JPEG attributes, such as color labels and ratings, to RAW files with the same name in Adobe Bridge?I searched a bit but couldn't find anything, so I'd like to request a feature like this if it's available.

I need to request electronice signature in Echo Sign- just the signature name but without date and time stamp.  how to do?

Não consigo salvar para web no Photoshop. Aparece a seguinte mensagem "Não foi possível concluir essa operação. Ocorreu um erro de permissões de gravação" Isso aconteceu depois que eu atualizei o aplicativo do Photoshop para a última versão.

I am having a strange issue that I never had before. I am working in a PowerPoint presentation and need to send my client a PDF. I "save as" PDF using settings I have used a million times before and when I open the file in Acrobat X Pro all is fine except the background color will not show. I previewed the same file in Reader and all is how it should be. I have used this template hundreds of times with no issue. Here are some things I have tried in my troubleshooting:1) used export feature instead of "save as" -- same problem.2) Copied background color boxes from master and pasted into a new master in a new file -- same problem.3) Opened an older presentation with a different template and did "save as" to PDF and it is showing perfectly in Acrobat Pro.I have searched online for answers and can't find anything that could be suddenly causing this. I have made no new updates to my computer. Also, is there a way I can attached screenshots so you can see more clearly the issues I am having?A
