Solved

Hi, i just received from adobe the email "We’re writing to inform you that since you have not subscribed to Lightroom in over a year, your entire catalog, including unsynced local assets, saved presets, and purchased premium presets, will be permanently deleted in 30 days.". Now, i have lots of presets saved in lightroom, but i can't save them on the mac because i dont have an active plan so they wont let me enter in the "develop area" and i cant even speak to the customer support for the same reason. Do you have any ideas how to avoid losing all the presets? preferably without purchasing an annual plan  thanks!

What's the keyboard shortcut to change the status to complete for review comments. I'm sure there is one—I have used it ages ago but I forgot. Can anyone please let  me know that?

At the beginning of September, I wanted to use Adobe Firefly for a few generations. However, I was informed that my credits had been used up and that I would have to wait until September 12 for them to be reset. I waited a few days, and then a few days later I was told that the limit would not be reset until the end of the month. I'm pretty sure that the date has simply changed and the system wants to force me to buy more credits. Besides, I haven't used the image generation feature that often and I hardly believe that I've reached the limit. Does anyone experiencing similar things?

I have an Illustrator file that contains some text*. I enabled Show Hidden Characters and noticed that they only appear in certain text boxes, while others don’t display them. When I switch to Outline View, the hidden characters are visible in all text boxes. If I move a text box around, the hidden characters briefly appear, but then disappear again once I stop moving it. This wasn’t an issue when I previously worked on the file on the 10th. I’ve attached a screenshot showing both Preview and Outline View. In Preview, the top text displays the hidden characters correctly, but the bottom bulleted list** does not. In Outline View, however, all the text shows hidden characters. Restarting Illustrator and adjusting settings/styles hasn’t fixed the issue.  * I’m aware that InDesign is more suitable for text-heavy documents, but this setup was requested by the manufacturer.** The bulleted list was created manually, not using Illustrator’s built-in bullets feature.

Hola, buenos días, a todos cómo puedo insertar una página a cualquier documento de Adobe desde un escáner.Desde una computadora Mac , Alguien me puede ayudar con eso?

hi, in the past i was able to trigger AI denoise hundreds of pictures at once, now it seems i need to trigger it picture by picture... used the previous functionality to run during my dinner or night, now seems i need to trigger the AI, then reduce from 50 to eg 37 per picture and wait for every shot to be completed before moving on to the next one...  As this impacts my "working time" quite a bit wondering if there is a way to select all the pictures wanted, select the AI denoise % for all and then apply somehow on all at once? Thanks.

Hello, I have paths inside a layer and when I entered the isolation mode (double clicking until reaching my path in the hierarchy), I couldn't use the 'Collect in new layer' option from the layer's panel. So, I was wondering why this happens, and if it is intentional, why we can't make it work in isolation mode.Thank you for reading!

All I have is the "share" option, which does not work for our business needs. I have Acrobat 24.002.20895

Hello, I am developing a UXP panel for Premiere Pro (v25.0 or later) with manifest v5. I am trying to get the active project object, but I am having great difficulty. The object returned by "new Application()" consistently has a null or undefined ".project" property, even when a project is open. Here is a summary of what I have tried: require('premierepro').app and require('premierepro').project are both undefined. new Application() returns an object, but (new Application()).project is undefined. await new Application() also returns an object, but (await new Application()).project is still undefined. Here is my minimal test code: JavaScript   // index.js const Application = require('premierepro').Application; async function testProjectAccess() { console.log("Attempting to get project object..."); try { const app = await new Application(); console.log("Application instance created:", app); if (app.project) { console.log("SUC

Context: Windows, Photoshop 2025. Horizontal guides already placed; need a vertical black→white gradient between the 3rd and 2nd guides from the bottom, drawn in the active layer mask. What works: recorded Actions (mask; gradient via pattern workaround). What I need: a reliable scripted solution to (a) add a standard layer mask if missing and (b) draw that guide-bounded gradient inside the mask.I’ve tried various snippets found online, but none were reliable (often hitting “Make is not currently available” or “<unknown> menu item not currently available”).Question: Could you please point me to an official, up-to-date reference of Action Manager events/keys for layer masks and gradients in PS 2025?

Hi, Our IT department wants us to switch to Windows 11. Users should not have admin rights. Here in this forum participants always comment that admin rights are needed, especially for the Adobe PDF printer. However, Adobe does not mention admin rights in their system requirements: https://helpx.adobe.com/framemaker/help/fm_system_requirements.html?promoid=XKMMH7MW&xProduct=&mv=other&mv2=ahome&xProductLocation=&x-product=AdobeHome%2F2.0&x-product-location=Search%3AForums%3Alink%2F3.7.4 What is correct? Do I need admin rights or not? Best regards, Winfried

I will be upgrading an Azure machine from ColdFusion 2021 to ColdFusion 2025. As Windows Server 2025 has been out for almost a year now, I would like to configure the new server with the latest version of ColdFusion and Windows Server. The latest ColdFusion 2025 support matrix (https://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/coldfusion2025-support-matrix.pdf) was last updated February 27, 2025. Has anyone had the opportunity to test ColdFusion 2025 on Windows Server 2025? I reached out to Adobe and was told to submit a bug request. Figured I would ask the group here if they had any success or experiences to share. Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I'd like to extend the lines/waves to the left (like in the attachment of the watercolor), creating the exact same texture and color gradient. It should resemble a watercolor, but digitally. Any tips are welcome, thanks in advance!

I made a line & gave it a stroke colour & thickness. When I alt-drag it, the new line is a thicker black line like the first one was before I formatted it. I assume I have something set wrong. Can anyone help me get it so that an alt-dragged line is an exact copy of the first one? (It also happens when I use the Transform tool.)

Adobe,   Please remove the AI Assistant from the top tool bar in Adobe or give the app users a way to hide that feature.  I'm sure there is a group of people who find this tool useful and I am well aware there is a check box in the settings page that claims to remove the AI functions but it does not.  I'm kindly asking that the Adobe engineers just make that check box work so when it is selected, the AI features tool stops poping up in the top corner when ever I open a document, the tool bar button can be completely hidden, and make the AI just hide in the background for when there is a chance the end user would like to enable this feature.  A lot of mature, professional, and understanding software developers take into consideration that feedback from the end users is paramount to developing a viable program.  What is happening now is not just pothetic but  unprofessional and detrimental to most people who use Adobe Acrabat.   Please upvote this in th

I have Creative Cloud All Apps with 100MB I can only install "Acrobat." I cannot install "Acrobat Pro." If I try to do a free trial on Acrobat Pro, it tells me that the purchase is unsupported because I already have access to Acrobat Pro...  but I never see a place to install Acrobat Pro or Acrobat DC...  only Acrobat. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I've logged in and out. I ran some kind of registry repair tool (or something like that). This problem is taking time away from 'important work delivery,' and I'm left feeling very frustrated. I need to flatten a document for printing, and I'm led to believe that Acrobat Pro has some flattening capability that Acrobat does not - it seems that text is still editable after I print to PDF from Acrobat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,The "Preflight" tool is not working for me. I have the latest version of Acrobat. When I click on the "Preflight" option in the "Print Production" panel, nothing happens. All other items in the "Print Production" panel work fine. I got a new computer two weeks ago, and our admin installed all updates. Everything else works correctly. Even in the "Standards" tab, there is a link to "Open Preflight," but that doesn’t work either. Where could the problem be? Could it be connected to some Windows 11 permissions? But then again, the "Edit PDF" tools and text editing work without any problem. Additionally, after starting Acrobat, I sometimes get a popup window about a "manual installation." When I click on it, my browser opens but only shows a 404 error page. Could this be related to the issue? I really don’t know what else to try, and I use Preflight often, so this limitation is quite problematic for me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Can anyone tell me how I can achieve the efffect shown in the attached image in Illustrator?  Rather than rotate each dash individually it would be good to be able to find a quicker easier way.
