Solved

I subscribed adobe firefly.. although i finished my project, i forgot to cancel the subscription and i just did. can i get refund?

I discovered as I was quickly trying to use Lightroom Classic and Photoshop that many of my selected preferences for file handling, naming, image size, pixels per cm instead of inches, were changed. Some things like my watermark remained. I have not gone through both apps to check color space, and my copyright info and metadata settings and info, or if it has done the same to all my computers. Why no warning or permission asked? Why no instruction or way given to save all of this and put it back without spending a lot of time going through the over-complicated menus looking for hidden switches like playing a game?

Am I able to convert a youtube video to mp4 to save on a flash drive using the free version of Adobe Express?

Does anyone know of any fonts that act as "bullets" ?Basically, numbers (letters ok too) within a square or round shape, like this:I'm not sure if there's a term for them, but haven't found any in Adobe Fonts.Thanks!

So I shot my project in 16:9 as a guide, but I want the full frame in lightroom to work with.  Whenever i scrub through my shots, it automatically crops the image one by one to "as shot" - do I really need to INDIVIDUALLY reset this for EACH shot? Like holy moly, what an awful feature to begin with. Why wouldn't it do it as a batch when imported? Secondly how do i turn this off. This sort of thing is exactly why a 10 year old version of lightroom is better than the current days.

Hi there, I already contacted Google play store about this issue and they just decline me for a refund which I have the right for a refund because first, I did not authorize this transaction and I did not use this app, it just happen that I tried the 7 days free trial and it charge me automatically without my permission.  My transaction is still within the time frame of refund policy, I would be grateful if you could help me because the money you guys charge is my monthly budget and I got no money to pay my bills this. Please help me, I really need this money.  Thank you!

I use Adobe PDF Services API (Document Generation API) from November 2023 with success, but today when generating document the status is "in progress" and never changes.My flow is:I call POST https://pdf-services-ew1.adobe.io/assets and response is ok. I receive assetID and uploadUrithen I upload my docx template file by calling PUT to uploadUri this also ends up with status code 200then I call POST https://pdf-services-ew1.adobe.io/operation/documentgeneration and this ends up with correct response where I receive `location` header with urlBut the thing is that when I call this url the response is `{"status": "in progress"}` and never changes.Since all was working fine for almost 2 years and nothing was changed in flow on my side I assume there that maybe you face some issues on your side? I would be grateful for any information

Good afternoon. I recently used acrobat & opted for a free trial but a monthly subscription fee was deducted from my bank account. Could you please help me get a refund because I immediately cancelled everything.

HelloI cancelled this subscription long time ago  but I have been charged on for this cancelled subscription .multiple months

After being prompted to log in using Google, I appear to have created a new account, not logged into my usual account.I cancelled the trial subscription for the account, but it has taken payment. I can't find live chat, or an email address for customer services. How do I resolve this?

I'm not sure what to call it, and I've been stuck on google or Adobe tutorials for far too long trying to figure out what I am sure is basic 101 of "after effects.  Clearly I am new and this is my first assignment.  Which is to move text from behind a shape to out in the open after 1.5 seconds.  I have clicked on anchor point, opacity, and position.  No matter what I try the word never moves.  I can get the box shape to move, and the colors that represent the stoplight to go from 0% > 100%, but nothing I try does anything to the words.  I have been googling for over an hour.  Been scowering Youtube.  I'm not on adobe "unhelpful" article since the customer support number is only open M-F.  I don't kwow what this is called so not sure what to goole, search or even ask ChatGPT.  Don't know which buttons to click to anchor the text so when I move the playhead I can re-anchor it somewhere else. SO it does what I need it to do.  So I

I'm writing code to move the contents of a layer to another layer. Moving pageItems alone works fine, but when sublayers and pageItems are at the same level, I don't know how to move them while preserving their order.   As far as I know, the only way is to retrieve pageItems and layers separately, which results in two clusters after moving—like beer liquid and foam. How to solve this problem? (function() { if(app.documents.length <= 0) {return ;} var doc = app.documents[0] ; var srcLayer = doc.layers[1] ; var dstLayer = doc.layers[0] ; var pageItems = srcLayer.pageItems ; for(var i = pageItems.length - 1 ; i >= 0 ; i--) { pageItems[i].move(dstLayer, ElementPlacement.PLACEATEND) ; } var sublayers = srcLayer.layers ; for(var i = sublayers.length - 1 ; i >= 0 ; i--) { sublayers[i].move(dstLayer, ElementPlacement.PLACEATEND) ; } })() ;   Update:Added the test data (.ai) and before/after image.

using Mac with sequoia and the latest version illustrator 2025 in sept of 2025.For the past several months, when I drag or place a scan (jpg or tiff) into illustrator (2025) the image automatically shrinks down to 12% of actual size.   It's not because of resolution that I can tell. The actual pixel dimensions of the jpg are not matching up and I can see that by looking at the pixel dimensions in bridge and then comparing to the pixel dimensions in the links advanced panel. In this panel it's showing the size is only at 12% of actual size. Trying to then get the jpg to 100 percent size involves having to copy the correct dimensions and transform the jpg up to the correct size. Why is this happening and can I fix it? Is it a setting somewhere?
