Solved

My employer has a subscription to Adobe Acrobat. For years, I've used this to combine PDFs into one document or convert documents to PDFs using the right-click shortcuts in Windows Explorer. Starting this morning, attempting to use these shortcuts opens up Adobe Reader and gives me the following error message: "You are currently using the free Reader product. You also seem to have the more functional Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine. Click OK to launch Adobe Acrobat." Clicking okay opens Acrobat, but it doesn't perform the action I attempted through the shortcut window. If I attempt to perform the action through the shortcut window again (with Acrobat open), nothing will happen. If I attempt the action manually in the Acrobat program, it will be successful. But I would like to be able to use my shortcuts again because it saves much time. Is there any solution that will stop my shortcuts from trying to open in Adobe Reader?

Hello.  I have updated Premiere 25.4.0 and updated Nvidia RTX 4060 drivers.  When I launch a project and try to import video from media browser into Source display or Timeline display, only the audio plays, video monitors are blank.  No black screen, no visual of anykind, just blank.  Media being imported comes from two formats, one (MVI) which loads fine on Windows Media player.  Task Manager seems to show graphics processing is happening in Intel processor and not Nvidia.   Please help figure out how to achieve playback in Premiere.

Hey there, I use Acrobat daily for work and this particular thing I'm working on, I'm finding I need to compare the same file to itself. I found the Split function but I need this to be done vertically, not horitzontally, as I'm looking for specific pages to remove. Spreadsheet Split *almost* done this, but the vertical view is mirrored and not independent. I understand that I can't go in to Organize and go between various parts of the document and that's fine, but I really need to be able to have it open on one screen and be able to compare pages to each other that are 15+ pages apart.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I mistakenly subscribed to Adobe services by clicking on the Autopay option. Initially, ₹2 was deducted as a verification amount, and today ₹6,200 has been charged from my account. I have already canceled my subscription and kindly request a refund of the deducted amount. Please let me know if you require any further details to process this request.

I have been working on getting the Podtrak P4 to work with Audition all day and to no avail. I am up to date in all firmware with all of the devices and the current Mac build also sees the microphone and I am able to use it for Zoom calls, but when I open Audition it says the sample rate is not supported by the current audio device even though I have it set to 44.1k. I'm wondering what the work around is for this issue and if anyone else has come across this because I would really like to have this device paired with my computer for recording podcasts.  Thank you in advance for any help!

I'm looking to hire someone to rig a 2D illustrated character, I have, so that I can easily use it on starter mode, What would be a fair cost and what medium should I use, hire through a freelance work web?  Thanks,

How can I translate a PDF from English language to Italian language? This function is absent. Thank you!

When attempting to edit a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I get the error message 'Adobe Acrobat has encountered an unknown error'. This happens with 90% of my PDFs that I try to open and edit. I have seen a lot of work-arounds, but I am looking for a permanent solution that prevents this from happening.

Hi, In illustrator, the default pattern used to export the artboards is {FileName}_{ArtBoardName}.{Ext}. However, I want the file names to be different than that (e.g., instead of _, maybe i want to use - or seomthing). I can rename the files afterwards, but it's tidious and error prone. I looked through settings but didn't see any settings that controls the pattern used for generating the name. It should be a pretty basic but useful functionality so I am surprised that it's not built-in, so I am wondering if I am not looking the at the right place. Does similar functionality exists, and if so, is there any description how to use it? I looed through settings and online manual but didn't see anything. Hoping someone has secret tricks. Thanks,

Image not aligned with side on 7x10 greeting card when printing from Adobe Photoshop on my MacBook Air to a Canon Pixma Pro-200s printer. No alignment issues when printing on my cheap Canon Pixma 3620, or when using Canon Professional layout &Print software. Anyone know why I get this problem using Photoshop? I really would prefer to print directly from Photoshop instead of having to open a separate program after editing. I'm setting the correct ICC and paper size on both my Photoshop and printer.

Acrobat does not seem to accept the environment created when you work with several (virtual) desktops in Windows 10. If you open a pdf file in one of the virtual desktops, switch to another desktop and open a second pdf file, it will open in the first desktop. Is there any way to fix this? If not, does anyone know of a competing product that does not have this problem?  I use Acrobat DC.  Jens Lundgren

Hi everyone,  I've been having issues importing PDF comments into InDesign. Initially, I had this popup But I managed to bypass that by importing the comments in parts and some comments just don't work.   However, now InDesign crashes every time I try to import comments. Has anyone know of a solution or what's causing this?   Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!     <Title renamed by MOD>

Worked a lot with Figma for the creation of our website. I work a lot with auto layout, it gives you the option to align everything as easy as it can do. I would LOVE to have this in illustrator. but only if it works just as good 😉

Hi. Is anyone else having the issue of shortcuts not working after updating to the 2025 version of InDesign. Some examples:Holding down shift key while resizing does not do anything anymore.Copy elements with the option key doesn't work.Even switching between tools is laggy and doesn't work each time. And more. Everything was working great last time I opened InDesign and there have been no changes on my end. Solutions I've tried.- Restarting the program- Restarting the computer- Unistalling and reinstalling the program- Test different keyboards I can't revert to older versions as the projects I'm working were created on this version. Please, if anyone has some advice, share it with me.

Hi, I am running a Macbook late 2012 with CC 2019-2022 (version 5.9.1.377) and I need Adobe InDesign for work. The App says my machine is incompatible with the latest versions and has no download links to a 2020 version which I need (I am running Lightroom, Photoshop and Premier all in 2020 versions with no issues). I have tried to find a download link to a a 2020 version and even reached out to an agent as some people have suggested. I did get hold of someone from Adobe and was told: "I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, but Adobe no longer supports macOS High Sierra 10.13, and the Creative Cloud apps — including older versions like InDesign 2020 — have also been discontinued. That’s why you can't download or install them on your current system.I completely understand how frustrating this can be. Updating your Mac to a newer OS version would allow access to supported apps."Updating my Macbook in order isnt an option right now as that would mean buying a new macbook (±$160

Thank you in advance for your help.  I'm creating a course for my employer, short quiz is at the end of the course. I've noticed the 'review area' that states if they have passed or not, is really plain, boring and can't be overly customised. I was wondering if there was a way I can create two texts boxes and/or buttons that will show on the slide when they have either failed or passed. An advanced action? Java Script? At the moment I have a 'retake quiz' button that takes the user back to the begining of the quiz slides to retry. I tried using a similar advanced action to that but that hasn't worked. I'm not very good with the coding of it all, just want I've found works by researching. Ideally; when the user passes the quiz, the 'congrats you passed, please click continue' will pop up on the quiz results slide...and vise versa for the fail popup. I've attached a couple of photos of what it's running on at the moment, which obviously isn't working be

When using Convert to PDF function in an MS app, annotations are created.  I can see them in the Content view but many times they are not tagged - even when I use Auto-Tag.  How can I remove these annotations?Attached is an example of what I call "ghost" annotations.  I do not want them in the document - particularly because it causes issues with accessibility (fails check).PS I have checked multiple places but solutions all seem to be related to tagged items or comments.
