Hello Adobe Support Team,I am facing an issue with importing an MKV file encoded with the HEVC (H.265) codec into Adobe Premiere Pro (latest version). The program throws the following error:"The file could not be imported. The source compression type is not supported."Here’s what I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:Installed HEVC Video Extensions from the Microsoft Store.Cleared the Media Cache in Adobe Premiere Pro.Verified that my Adobe Premiere Pro is updated to the latest version.Attempted to import the same file into Adobe Media Encoder (the same error occurs).Created a new sequence matching the file’s resolution and frame rate (3840x2160, 23.976 fps). The file details are as follows:Format: MKV (Matroska)Codec: HEVC (H.265, Main 10 @ L5.0)Resolution: 3840x2160 (4K UHD)Frame Rate: 23.976 fpsAudio: EAC3 5.1 @ 640kbps, 48kHzI would prefer to resolve this issue without converting the file using external tools, as the file size is large (~8.77 GB), and I aim to maintain the origina

I swear I had tools across the top of my menu yesterday...I am specifically looking for add nodes, delete etc. I googled this and there is discussion about a selecting 'control' under window, but I don't have that in 29.7.1

I am very confused.  I set up a 'base' file with a particular sized artboard and a grid.  Now when I open it up, it looks like the grid is part of the drawing to me.  In the background is a much larger grid. I have tried to manipulate the larger grid (by changing its color to red) and I am not able to. Can anyone tell me what I have done??

I tried to create standard previews for all photos. With 74,000 photos, this takes half a day. At the end, a window appeared with the message: "Some standard previews were not created. Photos not found (126). Photos could not be created (43).“ And now to my question. In the bottom line, I have the choice between ”Save as...“, ”Show in library“ and ‘OK’.  If I choose ”Save as", will only 126+43 be saved, or 74,000-(126+43)?If I select “Show in library,” will only 126+43 be displayed, or 74000-(126+43)? Can I still go to “Save as...” after selecting “Show in library”?What happens if I go directly to “OK”?

Hello all, Is it possible to create a UI button to stop the loop in Automation Blocks? - I have tried it with "repeat while + input of type checkbox"- I also tried it with "repeat while true" and inside the loop I put an IF statement with "input of type checkbox" and inside a "break out of loop".  I was hoping with the second method the state of the checkbox would get evaluated during each loop, which would be PERFECT, but unfortunately that didn't work either. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have been through my share of problems with Rush, and it seems it is really the unloved Adobe child. Today I made a wee video, about 12 seconds long and put a headline on it too. First it crashed on rendering, it got to about 90% and it crashed... I tried a few times and then it just crashed when I played it in the app before rendering.. deleted the app and reinstalled.. same old same old.. and all my other videoes are of course gone... so now I am in limbo with Rush. On an iPhone 16 Pro Max (but not pro Rush..).  Should I just get the divorce papers? Is it time to move on?

A few days ago in LRC 14.4 denoise started to run slow taking 3 minutes per CR3 file. The chat agents tried to blame me and my PC...telling me to change this and that, but I have been here before numerous times. Time wasting and swapping chat agents to deflect from the problem often being asked to repeat myself over and over with no real solution given. I rolled back to version 14.3 and denoise for one cr3 file was 10-15 secs so I asked when 14.4 would be fixed...the answer was 1 month. The agent admitted during this chat that knew of faults with cr3 files and 14.4. but they decided to keep quiet. I have spent 100's of hours trying to learn new skills and I can not think of a period of a month or more when Adobe has run correctly, also are they releasing updates without fully checking these updates  WAITING TO SEE WHAT COMPLAINTS COME BACK AT THEM ?   <Mod:  Insults removed>   I doubt anyone at Adobe will give a flying feck about this post but im at the end of

Hi everyone,Basically I got a hundred business card to do with different names on it, and I was wondering how can I do that and export all in one click without creating a hundred of Artboards. So I'm looking for a script or something that can run for example  "New view 1" (created in menu View > New view) and export it to PDF, then run "New view 2" and export to PDF again, like the save layer comp to file export in Photoshop all automatically. I think it's an useful  feature that is missing in Illustrator.I did a little search on that to create a script but unfortunately I don't have time to learn how to script in Jvs. I was thinking about a script that execute shortcuts (that is assigned to all of my New views) and export artboards to PDF.I've found nothing on this subject on the web except a topic on this forum from 2013 without any answer, then If someone has an answer for that I'll be grateful, thanks

Is there a panel or setting that will show a file's physical path location when clicked on.I've examined all of the panels and have checked settings.Scenario: While viewing hundreds of files (show items from subfolders), when I click on a file obviously there is a ton of info about the selected file. But I would like to know exactly (the path) to where that file is located. IS there a setting or particular panel, workspace or view that would show this?

Stroke alignment appears to be opposite for the interior of compound pathsStroke aligned centerStroke aligned inside (which is actually aligned "outside" of the interior shape)Stroke aligned outside (which is actually aligned "inside" the interior shape)This is mainly an issue when outlining text that includes an aligned stroke. Is there a way to fix this without stacking shapes?

I've discovered another Adobe garbage dump. On Win11, in my ...User/AppData/Local/Adobe/CameraRaw folder there is now a subfolder called BigTableGroupCache. Mine had 1 gigabyte in over 700 files named "Table..." followed by a long string of meaningless letters. The oldest files had creation dates in October 2024, which is when Camera Raw version 17 was released.   Google says "Bigtable is a distributed, scalable NoSQL database service offered by Google Cloud", but says nothing about Adobe's use of BigTable.   So I closed all things Adobe and deleted everything in BigTableGroupCache. Then I launched Bridge and Photoshop and browsed and processed a few raw files in ACR with no problem. The BigTableGroupCache was repopulated with files for the raw images I processed. Next, with Bridge and Photoshop still loaded, I deleted everything in BigTableGroupCache again. Then opened and reprocessed the same raw files, again with no problem. BigTableGroupCache was again repopulated.

Hey everyone, I'm unable to download any version of Adobe Premiere Pro. The latest version isn’t compatible with my Mac, but as a paying subscriber, I expect to have access to the software I’m paying for. From my research, there should be a dropdown menu in the Creative Cloud app to select older versions, but I don’t have that option. I’m completely stuck without a way to install Premiere Pro. Here are my system details: macOS Monterey 12.7.6 Processor: 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5 Memory: 48 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 Graphics: AMD FirePro D300 2GB Has anyone else faced this issue? Any solutions? Adobe support hasn’t responded yet, so I’d really appreciate any help!

Merci !

There are two scripts that I am in dire need of for my current project in ID 2025.Both are from very professional script writers (they are commercial), and they say that their scripts have been tested on many machines and systems with no trouble. But when I run them, they crash ID and have to exit via task manager. Is there some way to debug these scripts on my machine to grasp which part of the code is causing the issues?Very frustrated.....Thank you, and have a good day!Susan Flamingo

My minor child thought the payment for the AI and Photoshop plans was only for one month, but in reality, they were being processed as continuous subscription payments. Despite the difficulty my minor child has in fully understanding the payment process, I think, the payment was incomplete due to insufficient notice and guidance regarding the monthly payment process via text messages (SMS/LMS). Therefore, I request a refund for the automatic subscription payments for months in which no actual usage occurred.

Hello!I needed Indesign to complete an Assignment for University, therefore I went to the Adobe website and bought Indesign. My bank details were already there, therefore the purchase happened instantly. I later realized that instead of buying the monthly plan I had ACCIDENTALLY bought a one year plan! The problem is I only needed the program for that one assignment and I did not realize that I had purchased a one year plan! I ACCIDENTALLY made the purchase 24 days ago. Can I still get a refund?Hope to hear from you ASAP!Thank you!

Hi There,  I haven't been able to find a way to contact Adobe Support through the Contact Us link and hope the community can help here.  (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html) (1) I am new to Lightroom and had installed the Lightroom Photo & Video Editor app.  Prior to installing, I checked the list of In-App purchases available as follows:In-App PurchasesPremium Monthly 100GB$4.99Premium Monthly 100GB$4.99Lightroom plan 1TB$9.99Premium yearly 100GB$49.99Premium Yearly 40GB$19.99Premium monthly 40GB$1.99Premium Monthly 100GB$7.99Premium yearly 40GB$19.99Premium Yearly 40GB$29.99Premium Yearly 100GB$39.99 I had hoped to subscribe to the "Premium Yearly 40GB" as I am new to this and don't want to commit to a 100GB plan yet.  It seems that the app, once installed, only allows me to select one of these: "Premium yearly 100GB" and "Premium Monthly 100GB".  Is this expected or is there a way I can change my plan to the 40GB one?
