I received an email from Adobe that says I can download Freelance, Business, and Stuff from Hoodzpah Design, free for a limited time. The “Redeem now” link does not work. I contacted Adobe support directly and they were unable to even understand what I was talking about. They referred me to this forum instead of helping directly.Here is the link itself.
Is it possible to get a refund on my adobe acrobat pro subscription?My free trial ran out just today and I got charged £30, for the life of my I can’t find where I can submit a ticket with this kind of issue.I cancelled my subscription as soon as I noticed the payment on my banking app.
I had cancelled before the trial ended, the trial ended and I got charged regardless - my subscription was converted to a a paid subscription.I noticed the credit card charge today.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Any customer support channels are unclear to me - no tab, Adobe clearly does not want anyone to ask for refund, and has made the cancellation process sneakily convoluted.Could you please assist with this request? Either processing my refund or directing my message to the appropriate customer support channelsl.
I have just opened my creative cloud realised that my creative cloud system has been disabled as there is no subscription, although I have paid for the free 4 months and then will be billed yearly
I subscribed twice monthly credit, I wanted to unscrib one of them, but everytime it is saying “an error occur, please try again”. those subscription are renewed monthly, not annual. Someone knows why? Thanks
I have a charge for acrobat pro on my bank statement. When I searched the invoice through Adobe it comes up with my email, but when I log in it says there is no active plans. Hello, I thought I cancelled my free plan correctly but I did not. I received an invoice today of the monthly payment but I haven’t used the service since the end of the free trial. I know there is the 14 days policy and I would like to get reinbursed (I cancelled the plan after seeing the invoice). Hi, I see in my bank account two subscriptions running from Adobe and I don't know how to cancel it, when I'm clicking on manage subscription it opens in Google Play store, but they are no subscriptions from Adobe there.
i am unable to buy plan with a free trial, i have attached my 2 card with it, which has a good balance in it but when i attached the card and subscribe to the plan it shows you have a card issue, contact the card issuer, kindly reslove this issue i want to purchase but with free trial.

I just made an adobe account few days ago and I am trying to add phone number so I can start uploading Stocks but I can’t add my phone number, it says “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later”. I have tried it for 3 days and I still get that error. I have tried VPN, tried on my phone through Safari but I still can’t add it.

Dobrý den.Dcera si založila účet a aktivovala zkušební verzi Photoshop. Photoshop nešel ani instalovat, nepřišel žádný e-mail. Účet u Adobe byl zrušen a dnes se chtěla strhnout platba z účtu. Předpokládala jsem, že když je účet zrušen, a nemáme ani žádný e-mail o aktivaci Photoshop, tak že se to prostě nepovedlo. Nebudu přeci platit, za něco co ani nejde a nevyužívám.Poradí někdo jak zrušit to předplatné?S díkem Alice

BUT, I just checked my email and it claims that Adobe has CHARGED me 8HKD for their services.
