Hi! I'm having a very frustrating issue. I set up my account a couple years ago with an email address given to me by my university when I was in grad school. The school has since closed my account, so I no longer have access to that email to sign in or login to cancel my subscription (the real task I'm trying to accomplish). I'm getting a message "couldn't find your google account". I tried to change my email on my account, but I can't do that without logging in first- it keeps trying to send the code to my email address which I can't get to. I've emailed the school's IT department, but because I'm no longer a student and haven't been in a few years, they can't help me. The chat support robot cannot seem to understand my issue either. I just need help so I can cancel my subscription. Thank you!

Please cancel my adobe premium subscription free trial. I don't want to get charged for it.

I paid for a solo adobe acrobat pro subscription before switching to the creative cloud suite of apps. Even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe acrobat pro, the app still thinks that I just have the standalone app and does not allow me to use adobe studio features. When I try to click "subscribe to adobe studio" it opens a pop-up and then says that I can not subscribe to adobe studio, as it is integrated in my creative cloud subscription. Please help.

Deseo cancelar la RENOVACION AUTOMATICA del plan. Pero Adobe no da opción. Esto es un servicio deficiente. Y solo me deja cancelar el plan con penalizadion de 133€. Con estas condiciones no volveré a contratar ningun servicio de Adobe. Además ya no necesito, ni uso el programa desde hace meses. Deberian alquilar sus programas según el uso de mismo, esto lo hacen algunas empresas de programas: pago por uso.

I am trying to register and pay for the Adobe AD0-E128: AEM Sites Developer Expert exam.Every time I attempt the payment, I get an error stating that the operation may fail and to double-check my payment information.I have tried multiple cards, and my bank has confirmed that there is no issue with them.This delay is seriously impacting my schedule, as I have already lost over a month attempting to resolve this. I urgently need to take the exam and would greatly appreciate immediate guidance or an alternative payment method to complete my registration without further delay.

I had to create another account to request any kind of help from Adobe support...I'm trying to log in to my original account, but when I log in, I'm forced to create a new password. To create this new password, I need to receive the code at a phone number I haven't had access to for years.I try to log in by entering my email address, the code arrives in my email. I enter the code, and right after entering the code from the email, it asks me to enter the code that was sent to the cell phone, which I don't have access to, and I have no other option to click. I don't know what to do because I have three assignments due in one day, and I don't have access to any of my apps, and I don't have the money to subscribe to another plan on this account.I can't get phone support in Brazil, and the chat can't solve my problem.

J'ai été déconnectée du compte Adobe et pour me reconnecter, Adobe demande une procédure de double vérification : je dois entrer un code envoyé sur l'adresse mail associée au compte Adobe. Hallo Community,ich habe am 12.8.25 ein Creative Cloud Pro-Abo abgeschlossen.Daraufhin wurde mir der Betrag von 116,99 € zwei mal abgebucht. Mit zwei verschiedenen Rechnungsnummern.Das eine Abo habe ich am 22.8.25 gekündigt. Das Geld wurde zurücküberwiesen.Das andere Abo würde ich auch gerne kündigen. Allerdings taucht es in meinem Adobe-Konto nirgends auf. Nicht in der "Creative Cloud" und nicht unter "Bestellungen und Rechnungen".Ich würde das zweite Abo gerne fristgerecht kündigen und das Gehalt zurückerhalten.Nur wie?Mit freundlichem GrußMaik

Hello,I have a problem. Every month, €36.29 is deducted from my account for an ADOBE service. I have no idea what it is for, and more importantly, I don't know which account it's coming from...I checked all my accounts, but there is no active subscription anywhere. There is probably an account where it is activated, but I don't remember it.Is it possible to contact Adobe directly by email? I used the bot, but it's useless...Thanks

i want to cancel my subscription

I wanted to try out adobe after effects but i forgot to cancel the payment. i heard of the 14 day refund window but i can not find it. i need help with with it because it is saying that i also had adobe stock, i believe i looked at it but i never made the purchase. i hope adobe fixes it and makes it easier to find things. it already payed for the after effects but it says i owe 30 dollars for adobe stock. i can not do that because i don't have enough money, and i can't cancel the adobe stock because i have to pay first. if i could have assistance from support crew i would like to arrange something so that i don't have to pay for the stocks and i can cancel the payment.  and so i can refund adobe after effects. sincerely Bradyn R  

Hi everyone,I recently switched my subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud – Teacher/Student plan. The change was already showed in my credit card, but Premiere Pro (and some other apps included in the plan) are still not available for installation in the Creative Cloud desktop app. When i go to the plan in Adobe Account, still shows my old plan. What I’ve tried so far:Signed out and back into the Creative Cloud app.Cleared the Creative Cloud cache.Checked my plan under Manage Plans (it shows correctly as the Teacher/Student plan).Despite that, Premiere Pro still doesn’t show up in the apps list.Has anyone experienced this issue before? Do I just need to wait for the plan to update, or should I contact Adobe support directly?Thanks in advance!

I previously had an Adobe student subscription, but I took a break from school and my account was automatically changed to a regular subscription. I'm now back in school and would like to revert to the student pricing without canceling my current subscription and signing up for a new one. Is there a way to update my existing subscription to reflect my student status again?

I wanted to cancel my 7-day Premiere Pro subscription, but I get an error message every time, and after reloading, the subscription appears canceled. However, 25 Euro was still debited from my account, and the subscription is no longer displayed. Please request a refund and help resolve the issue. When I access my current subscriptions again, none are displayed either.

If you don't cancel before the month end, they will bill you for the next and you can't get a prorated refund. TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

literally stole $200 dollars from me for a subscription I never signed up for or used. Somehow they put me on an annual plan and charged me an extra $50 to cancel my subscription. Worst customer service and company OF ALL TIME. I highly recommend staying away from these scammers and their products.

So I go to small ran school, and we recently made emails but they end in .com. The school just made them real fast so we can use google class room, But I make content and would like to get discounts on adobe products so the discounts would help me a lot. So I was wondering if there is a way to verify i go to school and would be elidgable for the discounts?

Nope, not your usual, forgot password or username. I signed up for a free trial, and, I guess, entered a wrong email address. Now I can't log in to do anything and, of course, Adobe has my CC details so they'll be very happy to bill me, even though I can't access what I've paid for.   Tried chat, but that's an endless loop of stupid robotic (and 100% useless) answers that terminates before I can speak to a human.   Does anyone have ideas on how to talk to a real person to get this resolved?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi All,I'm after some help about the adobe cancellation fee. I have been subscribed to the annual adobe plan since being a student back in 2023 for a monthly charge of about £60. I have recently gotten my first full tiem job where an adobe license is supplied and now wish to cancel my personal license. I initially subscribed to adobe in the month of september 2023 and when I now go to cancel my subscription... 2 years later It's demanding i pay a cancellation fee of over £300, I understand it's because it's renewed my yearly subscription but it even states after 14 days of purchase you can cancel without a fee. Can anyone help me with this? It's ridiculous after subscribing for 2 years I need to pay an exit fee of £300+!!Happy to answer any questions
