Hello,I am trying to get help regarding a billing and cancellation issue, but I have not been able to reach a human agent through chat.Last year, I subscribed to an Adobe student account. I no longer need this subscription, as I now have access through my company’s enterprise plan.Recently, when I attempted to cancel, I was offered a promotion (1 free month followed by €19.33/month). At no point was it clearly explained that accepting this would create a new annual commitment.I was then unexpectedly charged €41.33, without clear prior explanation.Now, when I try to cancel, I am being asked to pay a €227.30 cancellation fee, with the message stating that this is based on the original contract. This is confusing and contradictory, given the supposed change in terms.I believe this situation lacks transparency and I did not give informed consent to a new annual commitment.I would like:Immediate cancellation without penalty Refund of the €41.33 chargeCould someone from Adobe support please
They don't make their plans clear and as conniving as they are they put the most important details in small writing.(Real geniuses). Made me fork out 90 because of an accidental sign up to a yearly plan which I cancelled after a month yet still ended up paying this ridiculous fee. I got it for a levels and all it's helped me with is preparing for the ridiculous uni prices (this might be where they take note from).All I’m asking is that I did make a mistake but a 90 fee seems a bit extreme especially as you advertise for students then screw them over when they change their mind.

Ich habe erst nach ein paar Monaten bemerkt dass Adobe mir den vollen Preis abbucht obwohl ich eine Edu-Lizenz für Lehrer habe. Offensichtlich wurde ich aus dem Programm geworfen. Habe die Berechtigung jetzt durch erneutes Hochladen eine Dokumentes erlangt, kann aber das Abo nicht auf den ermäßigten Preis zurück stellen. Wie mache ich das? I renewed my Premium Lightroom subscription from my Apple Account. Initially, I selected the subscription with the lower price at PhP 519.00, but it did not work. I thought maybe the prices have gone up already so I managed my subscription and upgraded to the PhP 699.00 package. Upon confirming the purchase, the amounts were both deducted from my account, but when I checked Lightroom, it still says “Renew Subscription.” I already checked my Adobe Account as well, there were no listings of any of the purchases I made. I also looked at my e-mail for the invoice of these purchases, but I did not see any, but the amounts were already deducted from my account. Please help me. Thank you!

El sitio no permite cancelar la prueba gratuita de Adobe. Se queda cargando el panel de cancelación y no importa cuánto actualice el sitio, borre cookies, inicie sesión en incógnito, pruebe desde mi celular, con datos, otro wi-fi, NUNCA carga ese panel. Probé otros botones del sitio y funcionan todos, menos ese. Queda un sólo día de prueba así que de seguro me cobran.
Good day. I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,891.68 & ₱441.28 as the subscription of the app. I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. We tried to subcribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro for the 7-day free trial, but the transaction seemed unsuccesful. After 7 days we got charged the fee. In my plans there is nothing to see, it shows that there is no active plan, so I am not able to cancel it. Can you help?
Started the trial period to use Illustrator (different account). Money has been charged for it and I want to cancell it but can't. The account does not exist according to Adobe but I was logged in to it in the Creative Cloud app. When I try to log in to manage the subscription there is no account. What should I do? The chatbot is useless and does not let me speak with a real human since I "do not have an active plan" - feels surreal that it is this difficult to get help.

I have an active lightroom subscrition and got a free trial of Adobe Illustrator which i canceled but they went on to deduct US$109.31. Attached is the email that says i did cancel my subscrition please assist on how i can intiate a funds recall. I havent been active on the solution and no need of it.
