Hey everyone — I wanted to share my experience in case other nonprofits are running into the same issue.I’m trying to complete Adobe’s nonprofit verification, but their partner Goodstack has been an absolute nightmare to work with. My organization was incorrectly categorized under Medical Research and Addiction Treatment, even though our Articles of Incorporation clearly state that we’re a public health nonprofit focused on community health, education, and systems improvement. We do not conduct medical research, provide clinical care, or run treatment programs.I’ve submitted multiple appeals, uploaded all requested documentation, and even sent Goodstack our governing documents and mission statements. Despite that, they refuse to correct our classification — and they won’t explain why.I’ve repeatedly asked Goodstack for:The criteria or process they use to assign categories The specific factors that led them to misclassify us Any additional documents they need to fix itThey dodge every s

Ich erlaube mir die Frage, nachdem ich Ihre Software Jahre im Abo hatte, ob Sie mir nicht einen günstigeren Preis anbieten können? Während der Abo-Zeit habe ich Ihnen für die Software-Nutzung > CHF 6000.-- bezahlt. Das müsste doch eigentlich jetzt für einen tieferen Abo-Preis reichen. Wenn Sie mir einen Abo-Preis von CHF 50.-- /Monat. gewähren könnte, würde ich das Abo wieder aktivieren. Andernfalls sehe ich mich gezwungen auf die wesentlich kostengünstigere Variante CorelDraw Graphic Suite zu wechseln. Können Sie mir entgegenkommen. Ich bin pensioniert und nutze die Software nur noch sporadisch für mich. Absolut keine konventionelle Nutzung. Es dünkt mich, da sollte doch etwas zu machen sein. Wie danken Sie darüber?
I am reaching out to locate an account I accidentally created. I started a 7-day free trial on 16/3/2026, but I cannot log into the account because I don't know the email address used. I am worried about it converting to a paid subscription. I have the last 4 digits of my TrueMoney Mastercard and the exact transaction date. Please help. I signed up for the Adobe free trial to test the software, but I unfortunately forgot to cancel before the trial period expired. When I tried to cancel, the system no longer allows me to do so without charges, and I’m currently unable to pay for the subscription. I also can’t navigate where the agent chat for issues are so I haven’t tried that yet. Please someone help me on how to cancel.

I subscribed for a 7-day free trial plan a week ago and cancelled the membership 2 days ago, so before the end of the trial. I also immediately received an email confirming my cancellation. However, today I received a notification from my bank account saying that I paid €8,12 for a monthly subscription. I just cancelled my membership once again, so within 14 days from the payment. Since the first time i had Adobe subscription, i was using the student plan with 75% off for atleast a year, but one day my plan changed into regular subcription without me knowing it charges at normal price for several months. I tried to make a plan in student plan, but still it says “purchase is not supported” because i already have the adobe CC pro. The only way i know is to cancel the plan first before starting the student plan which requires me to pay the cancelation fee. Is it possible to change from this regular subcription to the student plan without the cancellation fee?
Hello!I was logged out of my Adobe account today and when I logged back in with my email, my subscription was gone and I was asked to start a trial.However, I was last charged on March 14, 2026, so the subscription should still be active.Originally my subscription was connected to my work email. When I changed jobs, I deleted a separate account using my private email and then changed the email on my main account to that address. Everything worked fine until now.It now looks like my account has somehow reverted to the deleted account and my subscription is no longer visible.Has anyone experienced something similar? I can’t even contact support since they have no support for free users 😳😡
