Please try again later. I have tested this extensively:original Adobe account new Adobe account with a different email address Mac Windows phone/mobile browser incognito mode cleared cache/cookies/site data Wi-Fi mobile data The same issue happens every time. Adobe Support also tried to manually add my phone number from their side and told me to wait up to 24 hours. More than 24 hours passed, but the phone number still does not appear in my Adobe account. I am located in Latvia. I cannot find any Adobe documentation indicating that Latvia is a blocked or unsupported location for Adobe services or Adobe Stock Contributor accounts. I try a 7 days trial on Adobe and it starts on 16 June and expire on 23 June on 22 June 2026 I was charged 11500 for annual payment subscription and I went and canceled it on 23 June 2026 I was charged 11500 again for annual payment subscription which make it two charges for annual subscription payment. I cancel it but today is 9 July 2026 I still not get my refund back of my cancelation

Normalerweise wurde dadurch mein bestehendes Abo um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert. Aufgrund einer Umstellung bei den Abos ist dies jedoch nicht korrekt erfolgt, sodass ich plötzlich zwei Abonnements gleichzeitig hatte.Der Adobe-Support hat das doppelte Abo daraufhin entfernt und mir als Ersatz einen neuen Gutscheincode zugesandt (Fallnummer: ADB-42688758-W9K7).Als ich den Ersatzcode letzte Woche einlösen wollte, erhielt ich die Meldung, dass der Code abgelaufen sei. I have tried on every browser on my computer (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari) and the same thing keeps happening. The window pops up BRIEFLY and then the small red box appears at the bottom with “Something went wrong.” I saw online that maybe my work laptop’s VPN could be an issue, so I tried to change it on my phone. The pop up window appeared for a full 2 seconds before closing and the same thing happening. While the window is open on my phone, I can’t click on anything, and then it closes.A coworker had helped me purchase something a year ago because I didn’t have a corporate card. Since last year, I haven’t been able to change the payment information. Now if I buy anything, it automatically charges my coworker’s card. I need to change the payment method because this coworker is on a different team. They have a different budget and I can’t keep charging my team’s stuff on their budget.
