I was charged a Subscription & when I went to cancel, it's not their for me to cancel. I canceled it a couples weeks ago but it still charged me!! I'd like a refund.

Дождался ее окончания, а АДОБ без согласия взял и продлил подписку, даже не смотря на то что он не смог списать деньги с карты... теперь и отменить подписку недает и карту обрать не дает. Такое ощущение что с моженниками связался.. ох уж этот АДОБ.
Dobrý den, až teď jsem si všiml, že mi bylo z účtu strženo téměř 2000 Kč za nějaké Premium členství. O ničem takovém jsem nevěděl a rozhodně jsem si ho vědomě neobjednal. Po delším pátrání jsem zjistil, že si s telefonem nejspíš hrál můj malý synovec, když u mě byl na návštěvě. Prosím tedy o vrácení peněz, protože k platbě došlo bez mého vědomí. Volal jsem do banky, ale odkázali mě přímo na vás.
Ich habe bis jetzt das Prepaid Foto Abo 20 GB gehabt (das es jetzt ja nicht mehr gibt), das bis Feber 2026 läuft. Jetzt habe ich bei amazon das neue mit 1 TB gekauft und bei meinem alten unter "Neuen Code einlösen" den neuen Code eingegeben. Das hat auch soweit geklappt, nur ist das Abo nicht wie bisher auf Feber 2027 verlängert worden, sondern ein neues angelegt worden bis Juli 2026. Wie kann ich jetzt das alte verlängern bzw. das neue auf Feber 2027 verlängern.

Versuche es noch einmal"Ich habe es in Edge, Firefox, Chrome, auf dem PC als auch auf dem Handy und das Handy über Mobile Daten anstatt Wlan probiert. Ich habe mich mehrfach ausgeloggt und wieder eingeloggt.Ohne erfolg. Bekomme die Fehlermeldung an unterschiedlichster Stelle.Unter Abos => Abo verwalten => "Abo kündigen" - klappt alles noch normal. Sobald ich jedoch auf "Abo kündigen" drücke, fängt das Schlamassel an.Entweder ich bekomme direkt die Meldung (nachdem das System länger "überlegt").Oder wenn ich Glück habe, komme ich zur nächsten Maske, wo ich darauf hingewiesen werde, worauf ich alles keinen Zugriff habe. Is there a yearly rate for Adobe pro. I don't want to pay monthly as I don't use the credit card often and it is a hassle just to pay for one subscription.
First of all, sorry for posting it here. I couldn't find the billing/payment info forum. I pay for my Adobe subscription with my dad's credit card and recently he had to get a new credit card and "cancel" the old one. I forgot to update my payment information for Adobe, but somehow they still found and charged new credit card. What is weird becuase on my Adobe account you can clearly see the old credit card information. I wouldn't think of it as a big deal, but my dad is so angry right now. Does anyone know how they did that? And if that's legal? Thank you for reading

I recieved an email from mail@mail.adobe.com today on my business email. My company does have Adobe creative cloud and I do get a fair amount of emails from Adobe. The one I recieved today offered a chance to win a $1000, $500, or $100 gift card for participating in a survey, run by Bond Brand Loyalty. The email looked legit and the survey did as well. At the end it even asked if I'd be interested in the Adobe Advisory Committee, saying that I could get paid up to $125 for participating in a virtual meeting to discuss the community further. The only personal information I entered was my age, name and email address. Was this legitimately sent and run by Adobe? If not, am I screwed? Picture of email included below.

i took up a student plan and then its asking me money to even cancel the plan, i have paid for the months that i have used it for. i don't get it, why is there a charge to cancel something? IM NOT EVEN USING IT. can you guys stop stealing students' money at the very least. you are a big corporation, have some dignity.
Hi. In a stupid move from my side I accidentally cancelled my 20gb photography plan. I contacted support on X but they said they couldn't help me. This is one last ditch attempt to help reactivate my subscription before I start a new one. If at all possible it would be greatly appreciated.
I signed up for the free trial version of Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader about a week ago and immediately canceled the plan, as my sole intention was to sign a single document. However, it appears that the cancellation was not processed, and I am now being improperly charged on my credit card (which doesn’t even have the available limit to make the purchase in the first place). To make matters worse, I’m unable to cancel the subscription without changing the payment method to a valid card. To my surprise, there are perhaps dozens of identical complaints on Reclame Aqui just in the past week, so I suspect there may be some technical issue at play here. I’d like to reiterate that I canceled the subscription at the moment I activated the free trial and I will absolutely not accept being scammed like this.

Buen día, El pasado 1/07/2025 active la cuenta gratuita de Adobe, cosa que no pude sacar probecho, ya que nunca se pudieron descargar correctamente las herramientas adicionales. El problema radica que la prueba gratis se terminaba el día 9/07/2025, por lo que cancele el 7/07/2025, y me llego un correo de confirmación de cancelación, hasta ahí pense que se había resuelto el problema, pero llegada la fecha de finalización de prueba gratuita (9/07/2025), se me quiso cobrar la suscripción, como si no hubiera cancelado el servicio. Leyendo comentarios me he dado cuenta que que muchos pasaron por situcaciones similares.¿Que debería hacer?, actualizar mis datos de pago?, ya que como no tenia saldo suficiente en mi tarjeta no se efectuo el pago. Pero tengo miedo de que me cobren y despues no se me haga el rembolso. Porque he visto que tambien para volver a cancelar el plan debería de actualizar mis datos de pago, porque no me da acceso a esa función de cancelar por la facturación fa
I cancelled my subscription within 24hrs of purchase, because I realised that I didn't need it. My work has repurchased a subscrption for me. But upon receiving my confirmation of cancellation email, I did not receive any confirmation of a refund. Can someone please assist?
