It has logged me out and most of my files are gone I pay for a yearly subscription premium and it say I’m a free user! What the heck is happening help!

I have cancelled my subscription and I still got charged for whole year I don’t want this subscription kindly cancel this and issue refund 

26.4.0.44605 version does not allow to enter/change/write on Huawei matepad 2026 model tablet. If I download apk from Acrobat site, it works fine. If I accept updates than it stops. It turns to unpaid version. This MUST be solved URGENT.

Please Cancel my subscription when it expires as it’s to difficult and complicated to do myself. I think you are being a bit TRICKY by making it so hard. Just cancel my subscription when it expires please!!!Lief Johansen

I have just upgraded my android phone to Samsung Galaxy 26 Ultra and it will not allow me to share pdf files. For example downloading a file or a bank statement on your phone to send by e-mailThe share option doesn’t work but if I create a link i can send that way

Hello.I was not able because I have very limited computer skills and the instructions were very difficult for me to try and cancel the free trial and I was charged and I want a full refund.I accidentally gave my credit card number and was charged for a service by mistake.Attempted to cancel using instructions provided but they seemed to difficult for me to understand. I tried to cancel directly through Adobe but was instructed to cancel through Google services , payment and subscription.Did not see the Adobe subscription so I couldn't cancel in Google services. Cancelling in Acrobat wasn't an option.Please refund me my $69.99. please don't scam me I barely have any money to eat . Please help .I couldn't cancel so I just waited for the charge to appear on my credit account to dispute.Please provide alternatives for me to get credited back. I really like how the AI Assistant works, and it helps me a lot when it generates numbered references in its answers—when I click a number, it takes me directly to the corresponding, outlined passage in the document. The problem is that very often the answer doesn’t include these references, it’s just plain text. Sometimes, after a long exchange of prompts, I manage to get it to produce answers with hyperlinks to specific passages, but most of the time it doesn’t work, and the Assistant doesn’t seem to understand what I mean. Is there any workaround for this? At the moment, it feels totally random: about 50% of the answers include links to the text, and 50% don’t.

Installed Acrobat through the play store on my tablet (android 7.1).  As soon as I started it it crashed,  this happened every time I’d start it.  Asked the AI Assistant and followed all the suggestions it came up with that I could.  (apps etc. that are only for windows or mac are no good to me).  Finally after trying for over a week to fix this My only option was to uninstall tghe app and reinstall.  Now when I sart the app it doesn’t crash immediately but still crashes.  I,m due to pay for this subscription in a few days and I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t even work.

Hello,  Conditions: 1. The device is a Samsung smartphone. 2. I'm viewing a PDF document in Adobe PDF Reader. 3. I'm taking a screenshot using the Samsung hotkeys (Power + Volume Down). 4. At the same time, the Samsung screenshot toolbar opens, along with an automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader, which allows you to "Share screenshot and full document link." 5. The automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader prevents me from enlarging the screenshot as usual using the Samsung screenshot toolbar's scroll-down function. My question is: How can I prevent Adobe PDF Reader from automatically popping up so that I can take screenshots of PDF documents using the scroll-down function again?  Thanks in advance!
