Photoshop

Hi,  I would like to suggest that Photoshop for desktop add record timelapse for its users. Just like the way Clip Studio paint did. User is able to record and export time lapse of their process. I know this is currently being done in Fresco for iPad. But it would be nice to have it in Photoshop Desktop.

When uploading photos, it would be so helpful if they automatically grouped together by ‘same moment’ and all that is required of photographer is to click on the stack of grouped photos to sort or delete. It would be even better if AI determined the‘blurry’ or worst photos and grouped them in the back of each stack.

Hi, I am working on a .exr files where I have to create a background or basically cleanplate removing the foreground elements and characters. The Noise in the .exr files are quite disturbing when i work zoomed in. Is there away to remove the noise in an .exr images. The remove noise option is turned off in the Effect section . I do not want to change the original color depth in .exr file by converting it to 16 bit .Also kindly let me how how to add the same type grain back to the composition.Thanks.

I have some photographs where I would LIKE to change the shirt or clothing of some of my family members.  These are MY photographs that I have taken over the years.   A couple of the photographs are of shirts that are somewhat revealing in nature, NOT nudity, kind of low cut in nature.  If I select the shirt with a selection tool, and try to change the shirt or top using Generative Fill, I get the dreaded Notice that my request violates the Guidelines.    NOTE:   I am NOT creating nudity, or removing nudity, simply trying to replace a Woman's shirt, and a Male Shirt, (Old Tank Top).    am simply trying to create NEW shirts.   So, I do not understand what guideline I am violating.   Again, these are OLD images of mine, where I am just trying to release shirts with NEW shirts.  Now, here is the WEIRD part.   After I got the guideline notice, I tried to see if I could create an entirely NEW docu

I am starting a new thread regarding my efforts to find the solution to the ongoing issue of GPU crashes with photoshop.The main issue is when I attempt to use the object selection tool, my display goes dark, and the only may to recover is to hard shutdown my PC, and restart. Unfortunately, the thread that I started two days ago has vanished after today’s community forum platform reset . . This morning, I uninstalled all of my previous versions of adobe apps including photoshop, bridge, lightroom, RAW, BETA. I renamed all previous photoshop folders with .old (C drive Class / roaming/ app data / AdobeI then Installed Photoshop 27.3 again fresh I Confirmed that the preferences all reset to default.  I adjusted my preferences including performance, Image processing (see screenshots) Next, I tested many tools . . .including the removal tool, and they were all  good :-)  Until, I tried the Object Selection tool . . . GPU Crash ☹️   

Not really a question, just venting. If I'm changing the size of an image, it's just going look like the same image, only smaller. Why spend time and resources to show me a thumbnail version of a smaller verion of the file?  To make matters worse, Photoshop just crashed while "preparing to build preview" Very annoying PS, this is v 25.12. I've found the most recent version too buggy and crash-prone to run.

Hello I have a problem with photoshop.When I open a new file, a jpg...it has a yellow tone...even for a new file the white is yellow...I tried several things but nothing works...I have my psd in spanish It doesn’t happen in illustrator

I was working in the new Photoshop 2023 yesterday and noticed the Text tool behaves differently now. When I was working on a text layer and moving it around, pressing T to edit the text was not functioning for more than a moment, I noticed it was blinking off back to the move tool as soon as I let go of T.  I can see the convenience of this particular usage configuration, it is ingenious in its own way, but is there a way to revert the text tool to stay on it when letting go of T? I don't see an otion for it in Preferences. 

Generative fill gives "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" error message in Photoshop 27.3.1.   Photoshop version: 27.3.1.OS: macOS Tahoe 26.2  Have a background layer with a transparant hole in it that I’m trying to fill with the generative fill tool. Worked fine yesterday before the update on 27.3.0 and still works fine on 26.11.2 so it’s not my internet connection.  Tried logging out of CC, clearing all caches, recent files, settings and did various restarts of CC, Photoshop and my system without result. 

I try to install PS and LR (the bundle) on my Win 11 PC with no luck. The installation process ends successfully (I get Installation successfully completed message) but PS nor LR appear on my installed applications list. I can only see Creative Cloud there. When I try to open Creative Cloud I get the message The application was unable to start (0xc00007b).I uninstalled and reinstalled the applications many time but the same thing happens. I also used the Adobe cleaning tool to make sure that I am starting from a clean base but again nothing happens.Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi!I’m running through the edits of a batch of 35 studio photos with three subjects. When I was looking for an easy way to slightly retouch the subjects, I found that I could make this work quite easily in neural filters with a combination of slides in the ‘skin smoothing’ and ‘smart portraits’ functions.While working with the neural filters however, I realized that the tab button to toggle to the next slider (I prefer prompting these with the key pad, especially for batch work) does not work in neural filters. Besides that, I can’t select multiple faces at once. This means I have to manually put in 5 prompts divided over two options and do this for each of the three faces individually, while the prompts are equal between the subjects.Also, when using any other feature, like a gaussian blur, option+command+f copies the same feature into a different opened file. I’d love for it to be possible to do this with the neural filters! AI should be smart enough to recognize the same faces in a

Everytime I use a Adjustment Layer Preset a mask is created and usually not needed. Please allow Adjustment Layer Presets to have not automatically have a mask similar to how adjustment layers allow this.

I've been working on a storyboard lately; I was working on Storyboard Pro and having a rough time of it, but then I remembered that Photoshop has a pretty effective timeline that could work for it. I made the switch and can honestly say it's almost everything I wanted it to be.I say almost becase there are a few issues I've picked up on so far, the main one being that there aren't any audio waveforms on sound tracks which makes editing audio to match up with footage a massive pain in the butt!It's the one thing that's getting in the way of my workflow, having that visual makes matching audio up with video much, MUCH easier, and I think it's a feature worth having.Being able to keyframe audio would be nice too, nothing crazy just db adjustments. Is there anything like this in the works or is this just a frustration that I'll have to deal with?

There is a newly appeared bug (since several months ago): when pressing Ctrl + Alt + 0, the image is magnified to 1:1 (actual pixels), but letting go of the Alt key, the view jumps back to "zoom to fit", like I was pressing Ctrl + 0 only. Very annoying and makes me struggle with zooming in the images while retouching. None of the previous versions of Photoshop had this bug.I already reported this bug, but no result... Please prioritize this issues since it is a very basic usability problem.

Hello Guys!! Really need your help! I was working on 2d animation on Photoshop for a week now. I just took little break and closed the application. Its been 2hours now I tried to open my work but Nothing happen when I click on it. I really want to cry cuz i put a lot of work on it and impossible for me to restrat. A search bar where I can search for a tool (ex. Magic Wand).I’m a video professional who uses Photoshop maybe a couple times a month. The number of tools Photoshop has accrued is overwhelming. I’m usually looking for some of the most basic ones (Magic Wand, Ruler for straightening) and I can no longer find them as they’re buried underneath other tools or on a second page of tools that I no longer remember how to get to. Acrobat has a Search field where I can search for a tool (ex. Text Recognition) so I don’t have to remember exactly where that tool is buried. This would be so helpful in Photoshop for those of us who don’t use it every day, and when we do, it’s often to do ONE THING that we can do easily except that the tool is buried and it takes 10 minutes to find the tool and 1 minute to do the task.

Every once in a while I open photoshop to play around with animating frame by frame in there instead of Animate. But the timeline is so confusing and frustrating that I can never get myself to continue. By reforming the timeline closer to Animate, which is calm and easy to use, you will loose less frame-by-frame animators. Because AE is not quite right for it.What makes the Animate timeline so nice is that you can group it, it is organised and most of all; the singel keyframes makes it way clearer what you are working with. You can be way more precise. With the current layout it is very specific how to even start an animation, every singel drawing (frame) is visible in the layers tab, when you first finally manage to get the first video setup every frame is 5 seconds long. So you need to first shorten it, then copy paste very singel layer a 100 times (hopefully that is enough) and then place them behind each other. how do we turn off and deactivite photshop CS5 

System Specs:Adobe Photoshop: 27.3.0 20260122.r.13 2d403ec  x64 (final: Release)Windows 11 64 bitsVersión: 11 o posterior 10.0.26100.7623 When I´m trying to save a Large PSD file to PDF the system crashes at 90%, here are some facts about the Issue,  The iissue seems to be related to the Filesystem I just changed the virtual Memory Disks to disk with enough space and change the priority  I changed the default installation folder for one SSD with enough space  When the file has started to saving, it get stucked at 90% and the Disk C: (the disk C: is not used for the Photoshop installation) becomes fullfilled   When the free space from Disk C: becomes empty, the Photoshop crashes:   The PSD file is not stored at C: disk, it is stored at D: Disk. also the file size is about 1.3 Gb The PDF destination folder is also on the D: disk, not C: I dont know what could be happening here, I change all the variables about the installation path, the virtual disks, reinstall the application,

 It functions better locally than via the cloud and that should not be happening. Also, the generate background is also below expectation. Previous versions results were far superior to current results

With Animate discontinued, Creative Cloud no longer properly supports hand-drawn frame-by-frame animation. Photoshop’s video layers are too limited for this workflow.Incorporating Animate’s timeline features into Photoshop would make it comparable to apps like Procreate Dreams or TVPaint.
