I WOULD LIKE TO REFUND THE MONEY DEDUCTED TO MY ACCOUNT THAT I DID NOT BOUGHT IT THIS MONTH, IT FEELS LIKE I'VE BEEN ROBBED I PUT MONEY ON MY BANK FOR MY EXPENSSES AND IT JUST DEDUCTED RIGHT AWAY AND WITHOUT KNOWING. ALL I WANT IS REFUND.

Adobe 프로그램을 잘 사용하다 갱신할 때가 되어 이메일을 바꾸어 새롭게 가입한 후 8월 31일 일요일에 Adboe Pro plan을 구매했습니다. 오늘 사용하려하니 구매하라고 뜨네요. 신용카드 확인해보니 정상 구매하였고 Adobe 프로그램에서는 구매한 플랜이 뜨지 않고 있어요. 어떻게 해야 하나요? 

Hola! tengo un problema con Adobe y no sé como resolverlo, me están facturando todos los meses por un servicio que no adquirí, no tengo ningún plan actualmente y a intentar hablar con algún agente no tengo respuesta exitosa, alguien sabría como puedo hablar con algún agente? al escribir al asistente virtual en los horarios indicados me terminan la conversación sin antes comunicarme con nadie.

Hello,I subscribed to Adobe Scan without realizing it was a recurring subscription. I only used the app for a few days and have not used it since, but I recently found out that I have been charged automatically for about 10 months.I would like to kindly request a refund for the unused period and also cancel the subscription to prevent further charges.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in processing a refund for the charges made during the period when I did not use the service.Thank you very much.

I'm paying for Illustrator yet Premiere Pro isn't available unless I buy it. And I can't find a REAL ADOBE agent to talk to, just stupid AI chats. And if I cancel they charge me the early fee. This is robbery, I had no idea I'd be stuck in a contract for a year, only for it to not even work.

I had an adobe trial subscription for a month, i forgot that the subscription was attached to my card, i transferred money to my card yesterday and i was charged for a new subscription, although there is a week left till the end of the new month, how can i get my subscription money back? i was charged at night yesterday, i cancelled it in my profile in the morning and why didn't the subscription just get cancelled after a few weeks without payment?

Ben 7 günlük deneme sürümü için programı indirdim, iptal etmek için tekrar girdiğimde önce sistemden kaynaklı yapamadım sonra iptal edildi şekilde görüntüleme aldım. Bununla birlikte yine de bir aylık ücret kesilmişti hesabımdan ben tek seferlik olduğunu düşünmüştüm ancak bugün bir ücret daha kesildi hiçbir şekilde kullanmadığım bu programdan dolayı 2 kere 1387 lira para kesildi. Bir de şimdi tekrar sisteme girip iptal etmek istediğimde 6900 lira gibi bir ücret kesileceği belirtiliyor. Deneme sürecinde bile kullanmadığım program için bu kadar para kesilmesi ve devamının da istenmesi kabul edilebilir gibi değildir. Kesilen ücretlerin iadesini ve bundan sonra kesinti yapılmamasını istiyorum. 

Suddenly my Photoshop won't stay open. It wants me to sign in or start a trial, but won't accept my email address or password, it keeps wanting to use an email address that I haven't used for a very long time.Up until yesterday, all was fine, a few days ago I updated my Beta version, my Camera Raw and my Photoshop 2024 successfully. Nothing has changed on the computer. Hallo!  Ich habe ein Problem bezüglich meines Adobe Lightroom Mobile Abos.  Ich besitze das Premium Abo für 4,99€ im Monat, das ich mithilfe von Google Play Gutscheinen am Laufen halte. Im letzten Monat hat es ausgesetzt (von mir beabsichtigt) und jetzt habe ich es mir wieder für September angeschafft.  Jetzt habe ich mich allerdings mit meinem Adobe Konto (die jetzige Adobe ID, mit der ich diese Nachricht verfasse) in der App wieder angemeldet und folgende Fehlermeldung bekommen, wenn ich den Kauf wiederherstellen möchte:  "Kauf kann nicht wieder hergestellt werdenDer gefundene Kauf konnte nicht wiederhergestellt werden, da er bereits beansprucht wurde. Stelle sicher, dass du im Google Play Store und bei Lightroom angemeldet bist. HelloI was trying in validating the Adobe standard product for a day though forgot to cancel  the invoice as had been facing the techical issue during the trial period and had been charged without prior notification Also the pathetic thing is that when I an trying in cancelling the order now it mentions that there would be earlier cancellation charges which would be levied .I have alredy eben charged twice now. I had just valdiated the product for a day and had never used it and also it is quite unfair that withouht any prior information and intimiation that there is the charges which is levied leaving o room for theconsuemr to make the decisive actions ont he product  It can't be taken for granted that since the cosumer hadn't been able to cancel the product that he is of the view that he is accepting the purchase terms and conditions and is charged in illegitimate wat withouht prior notificaiton of trial period ending Also as mentioned since we are not u

It appears that I have two Creative Cloud Pro plans for which I am being charged. I have already been charged for two Creative Cloud Pro plans with different billing dates. I want to cancel the plans, and they want to charge me a very large amount.

Ich habe heute mein Adobe CC Abo mit der PrePaid-Karte verlängert. Jetzt habe ich 2 Abos gleichzeitig laufen. Eigentlich sollte der Zeitraum des bestehenden Abos verlängert werden. Was kann ich tun? Wer kann helfen?

Me ajudem a solucionar erros com pagamento? Pago PS e LG por R$71 no Brasil. Porém, nenhum cartão esta sendo aceito.  Já tentei vários bancos que uso e nada de aceitar, até PayPal. Estou com trabalhos atrasados e a adobe nao atende ligações ou mensagens. Hey ich wollte mein Abomkündigen und dann wurde mir eine günstigere Version angeboten, die wollte ich annehen aber das System sagt mir ständig die Verlängerung bzw. das günstigere Abo geht nicht.Hatte das jemand schon einmal?

Last Month I switched to a different subscription and cancelled it. When reviewing this subscription on my account page it says its cancelled and will end on the 30th of September. However last month it said 31st of August and well today i got charged for said subscription. The AI-Chatbot also says its still active and im unable to cancel it because I get an error everytime i try. I didnt use the software last month and wont in the upcoming month but Im still getting charged and cant do anything against it. What a great experience! 🙂Also I cant contact anyone via the bot because it keeps saying that there is no Support Member available. Did anyone else ever have an experience like this?  

Hello, So here’s my situation that I'm hoping to get some help with: I recently received an email saying my student plan was set to expire, so I went ahead and ordered a new Creative Cloud 12-month plan and preemptively redeemed the activation code a day or two after ordering, as I assumed that it would just automatically take effect after my student plan expired, extending my license for the additional 12 months I purchased.  At first it did seem like that was the case and everything was running like normal, but now I can't seem to access any of the apps that are supposed to be included in the new plan I just activated. I updated both the apps and my computer, as well as updated my card on file, in case it was expiring soon and that was the cause of the issue, and then i even tried removing entries in the host files as is suggested in the help articles, but nothing worked.  So then I resorted to trying to uninstall and reinstall the apps again, but now —&
