I have had LRC for several years but never really understood how to handle filing and storage. Now LRC has an error and corrupt catalog after ceding the Mac mini's storage space. Is there a basic tutorial w step-by-step directions for file management? I've mucked it up pretty good. Mac mini is 2018 so an intel processor. Current IOS and LRC versions. Thanks!

After the latest update, whenever I open a full-screen .pdf on my iPad, I get an annoying banner related to “Generative Summary”, which cannot be removed or hidden in any way, even by disabling AI operations from the app settings. Hello, I currently have a fillable form contract that I was able to create with this software with help from all of you as well.  I thought I had it perfected but I was mistaken.  I am now encountering issues where the boxes checked are not showing up as checked when I use the request e signatures function or worse.  Say it's a required check box part of a set where you can only choose 1, when you send it for esignature the checked box is blacked out and one of the remaining boxes that were unchecked are now listed as a required field to be checked along with the signature when sent to the client.  Furthermore, the original checked box does not appear as checked on the document when sent or printed.  Also, any optional check boxes do not show up as checked either.  I have included a copy of the contract for you to peruse and pictures of what the user receives when sending out for e-signatures. I need help with my brush settings! PLEASE!  I have been running PS 2020 for a while now and have had no issues — but when I updated to PS 2023I cannot get the brush tool to behave in the same way! The problem when I use PS 2023 is that the brush doesn't completely fill in with the color — there is a ring around it that is still unfilled.BUT! In PS 2020 the brush color fills the circle all the way to the edge of the brush outline (the full dimensions aka: 250px).  I am not using a tablet — just a mouse — so it isn't "pen pressure" or something like that.WTH is going on here? There is a setting somewhere but I can't find it! I have opened both versions side-by-side and checked all the brush settings but they are set exactly the same, so it must be some other setting menu that I can't find. I am on an iMac.

Hello, I can't 'Save' or 'Save As' in After Effects. I've tried ctrl+s, ctrl+shift+s, and then nothing happens. In the Adobe After Effects Auto-Save, it isn't saving new versions of the file. When I save, it runs the function but doesn't actually do anything & won't create a new version of the file. The auto-saves are a day old now, since I haven't X'd out of the project, hence they're not updating there either. I've tried purging all memory & disk cache & it didn't work. I don't want to X out of the project to uninstall AE & reinstall because I'll lose a day of work.I've tried "save as copy" and it didn't do anything either. Thanks,

Hi. I have a PDF document at present. I am going through the document and highlighting certain text which are important to me. What I'd like to do is have a way of copying all the highlighted words/text onto a Word Doc, simultaneously. Is there a way of doing this please? Only the highlighted text to be copied over to word. A quick way, if possible.

I used to be a big user of photoshop but hadn't used it in a few years. I recently wanted to do some photoshopping again and figured I'd try out the free trial with AI. I liked it and wanted to mess around a little more so figured I'd pay for an additional month and let my free trial roll over into a new month. It was not clear AT ALL that there would be an additional $126 after that next month to cancel the photoshop subscription. I paid it because I don't have the time to read the predatory fine print and see if just keeping photoshop would results in ANOTHER cancellation fee. I was a believer in paying for the product to support the company, but I will never again pay adobe for any of their softwares. A crooked greedy company. The free online photoshop look-alikes are where I will go from now on. I hope illegal downloads and competitors ruin you. 

I get this error (Could not complete your request because the file was not found.) when I want to open photoshop. I first open photoshop this popup appears and when I press ok button then photoshop will close again.I have searched on the internet and all suggest to reset preference, but how do I reset it while photoshop does not open at all, is there any solution for this error I get? 

I made a canvas project with Animate 2020 (createjs 1.0.0), put it on my server, and I get an error during loading, so the project does not start.This happens each time on the first load, when I refresh the page, with a second load everything works fine withour errors.The project uses a large atlas file for the images (9MB). Kann man im "Kopfzeilenbereich" die Schriftgröße so verändern, dass in den Hauptansichten die Schriftgrößen unverändert bleiben? 

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now my Acrobat Pro refuses to create JPG files. I'm trying to convert a PDF to a JPG by going to File > Edit > Export To > Image > JPEG but it's not working. Sometimes there will be a split-second optimizing bar at the bottom but no final file saved. Ironically, I can export just fine to JPEG2000, Tiff, and PNG (which I don't need any of these file types!)... but no JPG. I've reinstalled Acrobat twice and still doesn't work. There has to be an easy fix since it doesn't appear to be an issue with anyone else. I have used this trick for, like, 25 years, so it's difficult implementing a work-around or converting the files online. Thanks in advance for any advice!! 🙂 

Please, someone explain why I'm not seeing the same thing as the tutorial. When I long press the line tool, I only get the rectangle, star and line tools; no arc, no swirl, and no rectangle grid. I'm VERY new to digital graphics and trying to be serious about learning. Is there something wrong with my program?

My IT dept. says he cant do anything other than uninstall and reinstall the CC from my mac. That this must be pushed through on Adobe end and that I just have to wait until that happens. Im currently running most of my apps on 2024 but would like toupdate to the 2025. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,I have the following question for a client where i have Windows 10 64 bit - Office 2016 Pro and Acrobat 2017.When there is for example a Word  document that is located in  c:\users\user1\documents\folder1  the document name is example1 now when printing to the adobe acrobat printer it is always printing to the last location of the folder used the last time.Is there a option so it prints to the same folder where the Word document is located ? So the the path is transferred to the acrobat printer ?My client is using Onedrive where all the files are located so when a Word document is in a folder on onedrive it would be handy when Creating a PDF document the pdf document should also go in the same folder.ThanksBest regardsDidier

Hello, Looking for some help on a Project I am doing. I am taking a Video that is full edited and adding Closed captions that were done by a third party. Video is on V1 and Closed Captions on the CC Channel.  I go to Export- Format is MXF OP1a and Codec is XDCAMHD NTSC 720pOnce exported I check it in VLC and i dont see captions. I also bring it back into Premiere and Dont see captions. I did a test with a prores export and added the Embeded captions and it worked no problem.... I could not see the captions I added in Premiere but i could see them in Quicktime. what am I doing wrong with the MXF File. Thanks in advance. 

先日、修理に出したノートパソコンにAuditionをインストールし直し、USBマイクを使って声を録音したところ、編集画面が以下のようになりました。  このように、4kHzより上の部分の音が拾えなくなってしまいました。 修理に出す前は問題なく録音できていました。また、以前問題無く使用していた別のPCで、同じ環境で声を録音したところ、以下のような編集画面になり、声も綺麗に録音できていました。  Auditionの環境設定、マイクの位置、録音環境は全く同じです。全く同じにしても、現在のノートPCでは4kHz以上の音を拾えません。また、修理に出す前は問題無く録音できていました。 どうすれば録音設定を元に戻せるでしょうか。どなたかご教示くださいませ。
