I signed up for a Creative Cloud subscription where I was given 7 days of free use. In the end, I didn't have enough money on my card to pay the fee. But I did not cancel the subscription. Now I can't cancel it because it says "you must resolve a problem with your payment information before you can make any changes to your plan. If you do not take action, your plan will be suspended." How can I cancel this plan?

Hi everyone, I have a M3 Pro Macbook Pro, 18GB RAM I'm a professional photographer using LrC as my main editing software and at some point, after updating from version 13.3, it became very slow: Ai noise reduction was painfully slow and export times took very long. I rolled back to version 13.3 and it went back to normal, with the laptop processing Ai NR at about 5 seconds/photo, for reference. Well today, after being away from the laptop for a week, the same thing happened. LrC is painfully slow, for reference Ai NR is taking 30secs for a single photo and export times are very long. I'm very stressed as my LrC is an important tool in my workflow. What I've done to try to fix the issue (without success):- Restarted the machine;- Updated LrC to the latest available version (14.3.1);- Moved catalog from external hard drive to the laptop's ssd.- Deleted previews and optimized catalog;- Turned graphics processing off and changed Camera Raw cache from 5 to 10GB;- The laptop f

Hello,I don't have any collection marked as synced on my LRC 14.3.1 on my Mac.I don't have any photo in cloud as showed on attached file on LR 8.3.1 on my Mac and on LR 10.3.1 on my iPhone.But LRC and LR say me there are 3.6 Go used in cloud.There is no files anywhere. Somehow I lost many old photos from a migration process  from my iMac to my Mac Studio and/or a Lightroom photos update process about a year ago, and I'm just now getting around to trying to resolve this major issue.  Can anyone tell me a step-by-step method to rejoin my missing photos I have from old Master Catalogs that I restored from a 2022 backup?  Can Lightroom Classic (latest version) intelligently match the missing photos in my current catalog and without duplication?  And finally, what choices should I make before I attempt to import the missing photos from my older catalog to my current catalog? Thank you very much!

Hey,Found some contradicting information about the folder, so I wanted the expert's advice 🙂1) Although the Adobe FAQ recommends backing up the folder, and I got an error message stating that  the data is invalid without the folder, I've seen in this post that LRC should be able to recover this information if the folder wasn't backed up with the catalog.What is true?2) What exactly are the "AI-based edits" the attached error message refers to?Any additional information about this folder will be appreciated. 5月末くらいからAdobe Stockで画像を探しても、すぐに宇宙服を着た猫とともに「ページが見つかりません おそれながら、そのページは存在しません 検索をもう一度やり直してください」というページが表示され、使い物になりません。 ログアウトすると画像検索はできるのですが、AI使用や購入にはログインしないといけず、そうするとやはり宇宙猫が出ます。ブラウザやOS、回線も色々試したのですが、いずれも同じ症状です。みなさんの環境ではいかがですか？

I have extensively customized my preferences, keyboard shortcuts and toolbar. With Keyboard shortcuts, I often overwrite a default shortcut, either of the particular action or the keyboard shortcut of another action. I then click Accept.  At some point while using PS, I will attempt to use a keyboard shortcut and it no longer works. In fact none of the custom ones work. PS has without any notice switched back to using the default keyboard shortcut. The same thing happens to preferences. This is happening multiple times/session. I deleted PS and reinstalled it and it still happens. I've tried the different version of PS. It still happens.  There's no notification from PS. I find out when I look at the list of recent docs and find it too short. I find out when a keyboard shortcut no longer works.  What's going on????? 現在イラレの2021と、2023がiMacに入っています。イラストレーター検定を受けるにあたり、2025にアップデートをしたいのですが他のソフトとの関係上2021はそのままに2023の方を2025にアップデートしたいです。 添付画像の上の方が現状2023、下の方が2021です。上の2023の方のぐるぐる矢印の更新マークをクリックした先でアプデをすれば2023の方だけが更新されるのでしょうか？ 以前のバージョンを削除のチェックを外した場合、残るのが2023で、新たに2025が入れられては困りますので… もしかして2023を一旦削除したのち、2021をアプデして以前のバージョンを残すでアップデートかけた方が安全でしょうか？ご回答いただけたら幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。  環境iMac 2021macOS Sequoia 15.5

I am working on a book. When I imported the manuscript, all of the quotations were straight inch marks, not typographer's quotes. It is this way throughout the book.   When I tried to do a find/change to correct the issue, I got a message that says it couldn't find any in the document. I am looking directly at the file and there are hundreds of these marks--not a quotation mark in sight.    Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can get the correct typographer's quotes throughout the book?   <Title renamed by MOD>

I created a puppet in Puppet Maker and added legs to it so I could create a walk cycle. I followed one of  OkaySamurai's tutorials on rigging, and I think I have everything rigged correctly. However, when I run the walk cycle, there's a point in the center of the charact that gets distorted. It's like it's pinned in place and the rest of the character is walking as expected. Mine seems to drop a lot and looks very unnatural. I'm using v25. Thanks

rgba값을 추출하여 특정 rgb를 자동변환해주는 서비스를 개발중입니다.rounded corner 에서 스무드하게 보여지기 위해 rgb 값이 자동으로 바뀌게되는데 이때문에 경계선이 깔끔하게 추출되지 않아 질문드립니다.rgb는 고정된 상태로 opacity가 변경되면서 처리할수도 있을것 같은데 방법이 있을까요?(이경우 특정 rgb에서 투명도를 유지한채로 색상을 바꾸면 깔끔하게 해결이 될것 같습니다)

 폰트가 살아있는 라이브 파일(기존 작업물)을 열면 " 이 파일에는 이전 버전의 일러스트에서 만든 텍스트가 포함되어 있습니다.   텍스트 레이아웃을 업데이트하면서 일부 문자 위치나 줄 바꿈이 변경되었을 수 있습니다." 라는 경고창과 함께 업데이트 혹은 변경내용검토 버튼이 뜹니다.  이때 텍스트 업데이트 /변경내용검토를 눌러 파일 오픈 시 텍스트는 업데이트 되지만, 굵기(볼드)설정이 업데이트 되지 않습니다.  동일한 파일을 같은일러스트 버전이 깔린 다른 컴퓨터에서 확인해보니정상적용되어 오픈되는 컴퓨터가 있는가 하면 일부분만 볼드가 없어지고 오픈이 되는 컴퓨터도 있습니다.  (변경내용검토로 누르면 글자가 다 깨져서 들어옴) 폰트 관련 캐시삭제? 같은 방법은 이미 다 해보고, 프로그램도 새로 업데이트 해봤는데 해당문제가 계속 발생하고 있습니다. 혹시 해결책 아시는 분 계실까요?   ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Hi, i'm trying to sign with two certificates, but when i signed with one the document is encrypted and i can't add any certificate more. I have adobe acrobat in mac vers. 2025.001.20521 | Undefined appReally i tryed a lot of things and no works for me.Have any idea how to? I search to sign with certificate in my side and send to another person by email and when open the pdf only can sign. When i use the certificate, ther an three options :- No changes Allowed- Form fill-in and digital signatures- Anotations form fill-in and digital signaturesI tryed to use in the three optiona (one to one) but no fine results.Sure i'm doing something wrong but dont find the solution Please if you have any idea are welcome Thanks in advanceNoe

Hello,Our organization recently had a problem with our Adobe Identity Management sync, and I restarted provisioning in Azure to fix that.  Our users can access their Adobe products again, so that's great.However, all of our privileged admin users of the console have had their work/school accounts either deactivated or removed from the ability to access the admin console.All of the "contact support" instructions begin with signing into the console, which is the one thing none of us can do, and that chat bot is worse than useless, so I'm posting here.If someone from Adobe Support could please let me know what they need from my organization to reprovision our Admin Console access, I would very much appreciate it.
