3월 10일에 처음 결제했습니다 6월 10일에 다시 결제가되서 이제 사용 안할 거라서 바로 플랜 취소를했는데 위약금이 나갔는데 원래 이런건가요?

정확히 26.6 이상부터 실행할려고 하면 계속 튕깁니다. 실행까지 되고 메인화면 들어간지 0.5초후 바로 튕깁니다 26.5는 그래도 튕기진 않는데 뭔 문제라도 있나요?

이 어도비 일러스트레이트가  결제를 유도하고 매달 결제되게 홈페이지를 만들어 놓아서 피해보고 있는 1인 입니다. 그래서 이메일도 보내 보고 한달 후에 해지하려고 했더니 위약금이 있더라구요. 이건 좀 아닌 듯 어려운 가정 형편에 국비로 공부를 헸는데 진짜 해도 해도 너무하네요. 카드도 불실되서 다행히 결재가 막힌 상태지만 나중에 이 프로그램을 쓰기도 해야하니 이정도면 쓰고 싶어도 못씁니다.(계좌 압류상태이기도)한번사면 쭉 쓰게 만들어야지 이건 형편성에 어긋난다고 봅니다. 위약금없이 해지 하는 방법이 사류를 보내고 이메일을 기다리고 해야 한다니 힘드네요.공정하지 못한 미국 본사의 바람직한 방향을 기대해봅니다.   * 모더레이터에 의해 계정, 결제 및 플랜 게시판으로 글이 이동 되었습니다.

무료체험위해 며칠 프리미어 프로를 사용 후 플랜취소를 했는데 그 과정에서 오류가 났는지 5월 10일 30,800원, 6월 10일 30,800원 2회 결제가 되었습니다.(분명히 플랜취소를 한 기억이 있습니다..)물론 프로그램은 무료체험기간에만 사용했고 그 이후에는 한 번도 사용하지 않았습니다.오늘 결제된 금액을 보고 다시 플랜취소를 했고 그 과정에서 또다시 40,000원 가량의 위약금이 결제되었습니다.한 번도 사용하지 않은 프로그램을 취소과정에서 생긴 오류로 결제하기엔 부당하다고 생각됩니다.이에 2회의 결제금액과 그에 따른 위약금 모두 환불요청드립니다.

24. 08. 13일부터 KCP결제 Adobe 가 카드로 결재되고 있는데, 제 Adobe account 에는 유료 플랜이 없어요.왜 결재되는지 확인 후 취소하고 싶습니다.

제 이메일에 개인 계정인 '******'와 어제 학생 플랜으로 만들어진 ****** ****** 계정이 있습니다.   ****** ****** 계정 생성 이유로는 대학생이기 때문에 학생 플랜 때문입니다.   따라서, 78,100원의 계정의 '******'를 학생 플랜으로 변경하고 싶은데, 어제 생성한 ****** ******에서 추가로 학생 요금인 47,300원이 결제가 되었습니다. (학생 인증 과정인 줄 알았으나, 새로운 계정 생성이었다.)   ****** ******의 계정을 삭제하고, 기존 개인 계정인 '******' 계정만 남겨두고 싶으며, '******' 계정에서 결제를 대학생 플랜으로 변경하고 싶습니다. 그리고 어제 결제된 ****** ****** 계정의 학생 플랜의 결제 취소를 원합니다.   어도비 첫 시작을 학생플랜으로 했는데, 약 5개월 이상 78,100원 결제가 되었고, 학생 플랜을 이용하려고 하니 추가로 47,300원이 결제가 되는 이 경우는 정말 아닌 것 같습니다.    빨리 바꿔주세요. 정말요. 대학생 돈 없습니다.   * 모더레이터에 의해 삭제되었습니다.

Is it possible to create a script that opens current layer in a new document? (not as smart object). I know I can handle that using the clipboard, but I want to know there's another possibility.

Hi There, I have a young student who is using Premier Rush for an assignment. Everytine she starts a new project, it crashes completely. We have uninstalled the program, reinstalled it as well. Uninstalled Creative cloud and reinstalled as well. I have installed an older version as well. We have re-imaged the device and same issue again. Have tried on a brand new device and Same issue persists again. She is uploading files from her Microsoft OneDrive which shouldn't be causing the issue. Can I have a solution around this please?

I have multiple older Lightroom classic backups, but after I delete the older ones (not latest) I have problems getting Lightroom Classic to open. I have to restore deleted folders to allow start up. This seems to have happened after V12 as I did not have issues in V 11. Does anyone else have or had this issue and how do I overcome this. I open the backup folder on my drive and find the backups and deleted the older ones from the file exploding in Windows 11

Adobe Substance 3Dを何度もやってみてもだめでした。こちらのマシンはRTX5080でハイスペックなのに、レンダリングエンジンが起動しないんです。みんなは動画のように現象経験ありませんか。どうすれば解決できますか。教えてください。

When I use zoom on the camera and apply a classic tween, it seems to end with a jolt. The Y value of the last frame before the keyframe has a very different value,  which causes this visual discomfort (example: Y=-60 in the last frame before keyframe, and Y=-64 in keyframe). How can I fiz this?

Is there any way to reverse a clip? I want a clip to "loop", so i need to duplicate it and have the copy play backwards to get that effect, however, i can't seem to find a way to do it. Thanks.

Hi Community,I've posted previously regarding a rotational animation of a model I built, where elements within the model rotate on a completely different axis point. This is maddening, and still happens occasionaly.  New issue with Stager animation; now when I try to adjust the duration of the animation, or the angle of the animation, nothing registers, nothing changes.  It has been updated to 3.2.1.  This software is becoming unuseable.  It's the most expensive "add-on" to my Adobe suite, and I'm realizing it's not worth it.  Anybody experiancing the same?  Or does anyone use similar software they could recommend?

When I updated to the newest version of PS, I lost all of my custom actions.I have been able to find some of the originals online, but not all.I have tried using Time Machine to see earlier configurations but the actions aare gone there too.Any suggestions??

Hello,  I'm new to Photoshop so any advice appreciated My dad scanned in about ~1800 pages of photos from my grandmother's albums I’d like to separate for uploading to google photos. Unfortunately he didnt scan them in at super high resolution but it took him a week to do and isn't something I'll be able to redo.The majority look like this with 4-6 photos per page with this textured background. Some of the albums are black background and some are white but nearly all are textured like this. Have tried the Automate > Crop and Straighten feature but I think the background of the photos breaks it and it doesn’t work.. It also doesnt work when I remove the textured background. Interestingly, the object selection tool is able to outline all of these just fine. Using the object selection tool, I'm looking for a way to: a) merge selections (note in the top left it incorrectly made a few selections that should all be apart of the same selction, and  b) save all thes

Setting up master logo set for client... Have built CMYK & RGB versions in illustrator.When importing the RGB .ai file to Photoshop - colour looks drastically more intense, even though it is the exact same RGB breakdown + colour management settings are the same - Adobe very kindly points out that they default to the same colour management across the programs for consistency.I'm completely stumped and not sure what the workaround is (other than visually trying to match in Photoshop but have the wrong actual breakdown - which is surely a recipe for future inconsistency) - would appreciate any help please and thank you.screen grabs attached

I have been having issues with my subject masking lately.  It will not detect the outline of the person or any of the individual features; such as the hair, eyes, etc.  When a subject is selected, it only shows a box around where the person is in the photo...not the person itself.  I have an older version of Lightroom Classic on my laptop & have not had the issue with the older version; leading me to assume it is a bug with the newest update.  Additional Information: Version: 12.3 on Windows10

I just upgraded to Acrobat Pro DC on Win7. I am converting MS Visio 2016 files to PDF but it has started adding annoying yellow Sticky Note comment chat bubbles next to every text box. Any ideas on how to convert .VSD to PDF without creating these yellow comment icons?

Some time ago, when viewing an image at 100%, photoshop would display the image the size it was, but after an update a few years ago, it has been showing images about half the size they actually are.  I've ignored it and worked around it, but I'm adding images to a website and I need to size them by eye and I'm tired of sizing an image 3 times, because i have to check how big it actualy is in preview and then guess again at a different size.   I must have a setting wrong somehwhere?    Can anyone help?  Here is a picture of a simple image in photoshop at 100% and the same file opened in preview right next to it, you can see the file in preview is much larger than photoshop is showing it.   Thanks for any help!whitney  

The crop tool is missing in Camera Raw 15.1.1 (Mac).     Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks
