Looking for Firewall company that works with Adobe Creative Cloud. Have Windows 11 Pro. Windows Defender comes with Win 11 but its low level protection. Currently using Norton 360 and Creative Cloud is on the list of Apps to let through the Norton firewall. However, Norton firewall has to be turned off for total functioning of Creative Cloud. Norton just does not play well in the sandbox. TIA for suggestions of a decent firewall company that respects Adobe. BTW - I'm forced to select one of four Adobe topics to post this. 

Trying to upload font to adobe express and reciving errors on validation? tried multiple sources of file, from owned to new, tried otf and tff, tested other fonts which work fine. any suggestion? 

Recenctly I can no longer see all content in pdf's I receive from one source. I've tried disabling security and that still doesn't work. Need help to resolve this issue please.

So I've read that to delete a mask point you just press control and click on the point. This is not working for me. What should I be doing? Can't seem to find anything online other than the option above. Thanks.

I am very often using a CutContour spot color in my jobs, so I tried to save the CutContour color as a spot in my Library so that I could conveniently add it to subsequent new files. However, after saving it in the Library, it changes to the base color when used in the file. Is there any way to conveniently use such a spot color or do I always have to do it again?

I have a document containing of one paragraph of text in 26 languages, among which Russian, and Greek. I placed the unformatted text in a clean Excel file and saved it from there as a tab delimited txt file (I need it to be tab delimited, because of specific layout settings in InDesign.The texts in Russian and Greek show without issues in Excel, and the font set I'm using in InDesign has the full range of characters for 26 languages. When I straight copy-paste the text in InDesign there are no issues.When I import the tab delimited txt file in InDesign the error message tells me that the document contains characters that cannot be encoded, and in the preview all the text, except for the ones in non-latin alphabet (they appear in all underscores). The same happens with a number of (but not all) characters with accents on or under them. I'd appreciate any tips or pointers to solve the issue, if anyone knows.Thanks!

Is it available the new AI noise reduction for jpeg images? i see this noise reduction only in camera raw module, but i need edit jpeg images with the same quality...

I can't figure out how to move the gizmo. I imported an .obj with a bunch of models, and I'm only using one of them. Currently it's positioned quite a bit to the left of the 3d model, it's positioned in the center of the original obj, but with the other objects gone it's gone off-side.  Update: my bad. the original additional objects were still in the group. Removed them, set the pivot to "centered", and it's useable. I'd still like to move the pivot manually, but this'll work for now.

I'm using an Action in a Batch operation. The procedure opens each AI file in an Input folder, one at a time, and writes a specific size JPG into an Output folder.  Since the AI files aren't being changed, I don't need or want to save them. (I'd prefer not to, in order to preserve their last edit timestamp.) But the Action script can't close a file without saving! So I have to choose NO for every file in the batch. I tried inserting a Revert command before the Save, but Revert also asks for permission. (Yes, the Action is being run without the dialog option enabled.) Is there a way for an Action to close a file without saving or asking permission? Having to grant permission for each file, from a folder that might contain hundreds of files, defeats some of the convenience of a Batched Action. Thanks in advance, Allen

I've always used the "loupe info" in the develop mode for reference as I develop photos. Suddenly, it now works in the library mode only (where  it didn't before), and now not showing at all in the develop mode screen. ??

Hello again. I really want to use Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 again, but my key no longer works as I have used them all and don't have access to the computers to deactivate them. So my question is this - can I buy additional keys for Adobe Premiere Elements 2018? I have the new version, but it is missing quite a lot of features from the 2018 version.

I have multiple layers in a document with objects aligned betweent the layers.How can I copy these layers into another document and have the layers remain separate and have the objects still aligned?In Photoshop I can can just drag layers. So simple.I know I can copy and paste all items on layers between Illustrator documents, but the alignment does not remain from the original doucment.Is there some magic way to get layers between doucments?

Kurz dazu: gestern, selbes Projekt alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Heute bekomme ich ständig eine Fehlermeldung. Ich habe jetzt zum testen die After Effetcs Ebenen deaktiviert und jetzt geht es. Ich sitze auch noch an einem anderen Projekt dort ist genau das gleiche Problem.Leider brauche ich die Animationen aber...Jemand eine Idee?

Hello there! When i try to open any program on my plan there is a pop-up that says:  "Are you connected to the internet? - We can't verify your subscription."There is no problem on my internet connection and i have tried to disable my firewall. Then reinstalled Creative Cloud but nothing seemes to changed. Plus i cannot see my plans or anything else about my account on website neither. You can see the problems from screenshots down below.  Is there any solution for this problem?

I'm running Lightroom CC Classic release 7.1 (with Camera Raw 10.1) which is current as of Dec.22, 2017.  I'm trying to export a slideshow as a video, and it's either VERY slow, or completely stuck... I can not tell which, but the progress bar (at the top left corner of the Lighroom screen) never moves.  I see that people have reported similar problems in years past, but solved them in one way or another.  I find nothing about this release of Lightroom however, so I decided to start a new thread.  My computer is a MacBookPro running OS X 10.13.2 (High Sierra which is also current as of Dec.22, 2017) , and I have the ffmpeg program installed in /usr/local/bin/ (which is the default for that program, and I thought I'd mention it because I saw a post somewhere that claimed some sort of conflict between that program and Lightroom but I can't find that post today).Thanks in advance for any insight into this problem.  Adobe must have tested this, so it must be someth

Hello All,I figured I would ask this question and see if there might be an answer. I am working on an update of a manual that is about 700 pages long. In updating I changed the book and all the file names to the next letter (i.e. 82932A to 82932B). In doing so, any cross references across chapers were broken because they are looking for the source document 82932A. Is there any way to update these broken cross references without doing them one by one by just updating the source document name? I even saw in Find & Replace you can search for unresolved cross references by their source document name, but I don't know what option to choose in the Replace field to change that source name. Was this something I could have done when I started creating the updated version?  Thank you so much.

Hi,Having issues for several versions with drag layers between files. I work with "floating" files (undocked). I've created a MoGrT in After Effects with a masked image that I saved to my CC Library and have placed into a Premiere timeline. I can swap out the image for a video from the bin, but it doesn't use the audio? To try to remedy this, I thought I'd just create a MoGrT specifically for overlaying a video (0 alpha where the video would show through). Unfortuantely, because there is nothing I want editable (no property controllers), After Effects will not let me save it? Is there a solution to either of these problems? Thanks!
