Solved

Hi all, For a fantasy poster i want to set this PNG image I edited in Photoshop with transparency and color layers/layer mask in 3D with 3D & Materials, but now its now working, even when i'm doing Image Trace I get only a sketch.I want the image without background. What can I do?

Please help.I'm so sick and tired of Photoshop refusing to autosave. I lost hours of work last week so I made sure I had autosaving turned ON in the current version of Photoshop I was using. It's set to autosave every 5 minutes, but I can't find any autosave files anywhere. There are no files in the auto-recovery folder. Why? Why does it have to be so hard to find an autosave file? Why is there not an "open autosave folder" "load autosave" or "recover" button in the dropdown menu? Have you never played a video game before? Play one and take note of how it handles autosaving. It shouldn't be a nightmarish quest to recover a saved file. This is where they are supposed to be, right? \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\AutoRecoverThis folder is empty. There is not a single file in there of any type. Why? When I have autosave on every 5 minutes, why is it empty? When I google this people claim that if Photoshop crashes, it should automatically recover what you were worki

Please help me solve this problem. When I open multiple images in Photoshop, I can't always bring the active image to the front. Watch the video. Photoshop version 26.7.0. Everything was fine in previous versions.      [subject, edited by moderator: was "Active layer to the front"]

Mac mini m4  sequoia15.5illustrator cc  2025dell  u2724de

Working in Photoshop v. 26.7.0, in Windows 11, there seems to be an issue in attempting to open .tif files.  When attempting to open a tif file by simply using the Open menu option, PS opens the file in Camera Raw, or gives error message that file isn't a valid Photoshop file. The remedy found was to use the Open As... menu option, selecting TIFF file format from the pull-down menu at the right of the File name: box, then selecting the TIF file I want to open, and clicking on the Open button.   If I don't use this procedure, and PS does open the TIF file from the Open menu option, it opens in Camera Raw, the colors are all WAY OFF.  Photoshop never used to work this way, so something has changed to cause this to happen.  I looked inFile Handling in Preferences, but didn't find anything that changed the behavior. This is adding unnecessary extra steps to image handling.  So, I request that Adobe investigate and create a bug fix, please.

Hello Adobe Animate Team,Thank you for the continuous improvements to Animate!I’d like to suggest a feature to speed up the frame-by-frame animation workflow. Currently, when pressing the “next frame” key (right arrow or >), the playhead (blue vertical line) does not move forward unless a keyframe exists or is created by drawing or pressing F7. This means animators must manually create keyframes before moving forward. It would be very helpful if Animate allowed the playhead to move forward freely on the timeline when pressing the next frame key, even if no keyframe exists yet, while still showing the previous frame through onion skinning. This way, animators could smoothly navigate frame-by-frame, seeing their previous drawings and choosing exactly where to start the next keyframe. Once they start drawing, a keyframe would be created automatically thanks to auto-keyframe.This feature, similar to how Toon Boom Harmony works, would greatly improve workflow speed and creative flow for tr

I have used the Lightroom + Photoshop 20GB Cloud Photographer Plan for years.I haven't changed my payment method and the card is still valid, but the payment failed. I added another payment method and checked multiple times, but it didn't solve the problem. I have already tried the following link belowhttps://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html I have checked with my bank, and my bank confirmed it didn't block any payment. When I update and check the payment method, the following notices pop up in sequence.

Hello, I reinstalled whole computer but before that I regularly signed off my account and reinstalled system and Adobe Creative Cloud and its apps I needed to use. But when I opened InDesign or Illustrator, documents in which I had fonts used by Adobe Typekit were not synchronized. I partly resolved it with deactivating and then activating fonts in ACC preferences. It lasts for me sometimes few minutes, sometimes few hours but deactivates again. I tried to reinstall it also but with no result. Only way to activate them again is to switch Adobe Fonts toggle again off and on. Is there any permanent fix for that? Im using Mac OS Catalina

every time I download a pdf file and try to.open it i get an advert for acrobat premium and can't get rid of it!  nor can I open the document!!!

Hi Adobe Community, I’ve been working more heavily in Photoshop (part of the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem) lately, and I’m looking to optimize both my hardware and software setup for better performance—especially when working with large files, smart objects, and layer-heavy projects.I’d love your insights on a few key things:What I’d like to know:What hardware upgrades (RAM, GPU, SSDs) made the biggest difference in your Photoshop performance?Anyone using AMD GPUs with Photoshop—how’s the performance vs. NVIDIA?Are there any Photoshop preferences or performance settings that you recommend adjusting? How do you manage scratch disks, cache settings, or plug-ins to keep things running smoothly? My current setup (for context):Ryzen 7 CPU16GB RAMAMD Radeon GPUWindows 11Photoshop 2024 (latest update) Any advice on getting the most out of this setup—or recommendations for my next upgrade—would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance for your tips!Best,Rao Henry

If I create a solid layer for a background, then decide I don't like the color I chose, is there a way to change the color without deleting the layer and adding a new one?

Hello. I'm creating a logo for a house painting business, and they would like to replace the cross stroke in the A with what looks like a stroke of a wide bristle paintbrush. I've made the path; they love the design, but none of the available brushes look realistic when they're 10pt wide. How do I make the path look like it was actually painted? Right now I have the path bordered top and bottom, but in the end I want the white space to be the brush stroke and the borders removed. I'm sure it's a simple answer, but because of the language (brush/paintbrush) my searches turn up the wrong topics.

Hi all, I don'y understand why firefly won't acceot this image. Can anybody explain?

So as mentioned in the title, what I'm requesting is "simple" but I am unable to find a way to do it.Currently, I am working on a project, for which, I have to:Export the whole Indesign document as a PDF file.Export specific pages to a different PDF file.Export other specific pages to another different PDF file. And so on...The specific pages range & the PDF file names are always the sameThe document is updated on a daily basis, so I have to perform the same tasks many times each day and it's such a waste of time... Please let me know if there is a way to do the same from Adobe Acrobat Pro as well; extracting each defined range of pages to a specific PDF document automatically (meaning that I won't have to specify the pages and the document name each time) Thanks in advance!

It showed up when I first started using LRC.     Now all I have is Quick Develop.     Also, is there a dust and scratch remove tool?    Or do I just use Generative AI remove?    I'm working with old photos.   Thanks.

Is there any way to add 2 or 3 different signatures to a form on acrobat/web forms without using email verification or even an email address at all? The formal signature with email verification works well on most our forms but I have a few very simple, informal forms that require multiple people to sign. I would like these to simply use a drawn signature (multiple different people) and then be submitted to the office. Thank you for your help!

I am trying to create 3D volumes from CT images. I have followed the instructions found on this site, and watched several videos, and all show the same process. When going to create the volume, all I get is a large white image that fills the viewing area. I know the data sets are valid because I can load them in external programs just fine. Any ideas on what is going wrong? Thanks.

I have a problem with lightroom. Two applications start on my account. Sometimes one and sometimes the other. I have different photos on each of them. How can I combine them into one? I have already tried uninstalling lightroom and reinstalling it but the problem persists.
