Solved

Hi There, When using Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, when we I use the text tool after I enter the text a few moments later Photoshop will crash. This happens whether I put text on an image or blank canvas, and when nothing else is opening in the tabs. I have reinstalled the software, run disk repair, disk permission repair. It is a strange one that I cannot seem to resolve. Any help or ideas would be appreciatedMany ThanksLiam

I use a PC with Windows 7, and I'm using Adobe Reader version 15. Yesterday I was prompted to install an Adobe Reader update, which I did. Today, when I tried to open and print a PDF file, I got a message that said: "AcroRd32.exe -- Application Error. The instruction at 0x518f525c referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program." I then tried to open other PDF files that I'd successfully opened as recently as last week, and I'm getting the same message for all of them, except that the instruction number (e.g., 0x518f525c) is different each time. After reading earlier posts on this forum, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader, but the same problem is still occurring. The version of Adobe Reader that is installed is 15.023.20053. I also tried disabling Protected Mode in Adobe Reader, but after I do that and try to reopen Adobe Reader, I get a message saying that the program has stopped running. Please help!

Paying for whole creative cloud subscription and still got a photoshop beta version that does not open after multiple tries. Sometimes it opens on 15th try. This is not good. Why you charging for a bad software. Keep it free if we need to wait that long to open app.  If app is opened, it takes forever again to open a image to edit. Software full of bug. Old photoshop was good. New one is ruinned by bad developers.

Greetings I’m using Acrobat Pro DC 2021 and have been trying to print a form bearing a validated e-signature with no success. When viewed on the computer as a pdf file, the signature is valid and bears a green tick.Whenever I print the pdf file, the signature bears a yellow question mark and says the signature is “not verified”.   I’ve tried all the following:Checked for updates (none available)Picked “Document and Markups” in the “Comments and Forms” section when giving the print commandPicked “Document and Stamp” in the “Comments and Forms” section when giving the print commandDownloaded the file again and attempted the entire process again Still no luck. Please provide a solution Warm regards

Hello everyone I am working in Adobe After Effects (version 17.7.0 Build 45) and I have the following: How can I get equal spacing between the three layers when each layer is a different size? Let's say I want 60 pixels between each layer? In other design software, it is easy, when I drag and drop, it tells me. Here's Figma for example: How can I get the same in Adobe After Effects? I already know about the Align tools in Adobe After Effects, but they do something different. For example, I couldn't say "I want 60 pixels between each layer".

A Question. Is it safe to use the suffix .lrdevplugin or it is always better to package the plug-ins using the suffix .lrpluginSDK manual says: "For convenience, you can use the suffix .lrdevplugin during development, and change the extension to .lrplugin for delivery. The .lrdevplugin suffix is recognized by Lightroom Classic but does not trigger the package behavior in the macOS Finder."No mention of "side effects" but I wonder if anyone has experienced some issues.Question is perhaps silly.

Before MS support expires I just replaced  my Win 10 PC with a new PC running Win 11 Pro, and wanted to move my PSE23 catalog and files to the new PC.  I successfully made a full backup on the old PC ready to restore on the new one.  Then I downloiaded PSE23  from my Adobe account into the new PC and tried to install it.  It whizzed through about 80% of the installation, then stopped.  I tried several more times, unsuccessfully.  I received error message 183 on most tries. As the following extract from the Adobe installation log shows the first "Fatal" error 183 appeared at 10:14:28 and the subsequent text seems to indicate it was something to do with a "ZIP archive" (whatever that is) that could not be satisfactorily closed. I'm sad my new computer behaved so badly and that I will no longer have convenient PSE access to my thousands of photos.  So would be very grateful if anyone can point me in the direction of a solution. I had hoped to fi

I recently bought a new phone and transferred my SIM card to it digitally. The physical SIM on my old phone no longer works, and the new phone now has the SIM provisioned as an eSIM.However, I've noticed that Lightroom does not seem to recognize that a SIM is available, even though cellular service is working correctly on the phone with the eSIM. It appears that Lightroom may be checking for the presence of a physical SIM card rather than detecting that any valid SIM (physical or eSIM) is available.Could someone from the Lightroom development team please look into this potential bug? I would appreciate any guidance or a fix to resolve the issue and get Lightroom working properly with my eSIM.

Hello,  Do you know is there a shortcut forfor Show Library Subsetor in the shortcut listings what this might be called.   Additionally, I have struggled to find if there is a shortcut option for verticle alignment of text in boxes  I used to have a script for the vertical alignments - but surely there is a way to do it from shortcuts... Any help on the matter would be good,  thank you

Hi all! I’m working with sensitive documents in the healthcare/medical billing industry, where data security and compliance are top priorities. I’d like to know if anyone has recommendations on the best practices for securing PDFs in Adobe Acrobat. Specifically, I'm interested in setting restrictions to prevent unauthorized editing or copying. Is password protection enough, or are there additional tools or settings you’d suggest? Also, any insights on tracking document access would be great!

Dear Community Expert Team, When I upload AI-generated images or vectors, I check these two boxes. Because I am not uploading images or vectors of real people or properties.I only upload images and vectors of fictional designs and fictional people. Is my system correct?

Not sure if it's called the utility panel or not, i'll be referring to it as the utility panel in this post. But for some reason when I select a shape layer sometimes the panel doesn't show up at the top (as shown here), I have to go into properties: shapelayer to edit it. I just tried it in a new comp and it works perfectly fine here. When I re-opened the project it works again but after a while it stops working for some reason here. I am unsure of the steps to reproduce this issue. What should happen is the utility panel should open up when you select shape layers (and also text layers if I'm not mistaken). I have a couple of plugins (Align Pro, Motion 4 and Keystone)OS: Windows 11 Home (version: 10.0.25100 build 26100)Hardware: Intel 13900k, RTX 4090, 64GB RAM

Hi everyone! I have a question. I’m using the latest versions of Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. In my workflow, I always receive photos in DNG format, which I open in Lightroom. If I need to make any adjustments, I open them in Photoshop directly from Lightroom. The problem is that when I save the file after editing, it gets saved as a TIFF file.Is there any way to change this or fix it?

Extremely frustrating new 'feature' auto-saves my files when I close them, without asking if I want to save. I cannot find an option in preferences to turn this off. To reproduce, save a file to the adobe cloud then make a series of destructive changes and close the file window with the X icon.
