My IT department installed FM 2019 but it will not license. I have tried several different locations with different internet access to see if our servers were blocking some thing but still nope.

학원에서 제 메일로 제 계정과 단체 프로필을 만들어줬고, 학원 컴에서 어도비 프로그램을 결제 문제 없이 쓰고 있습니다. 같은 계정으로 개인 노트북으로 들어가면 포토샵은 결제창 없이 학원 컴퓨터 처럼 들어가 지는데 나머지 프로그램은 구독을 하라고 하네요 왜 그런건지 알고 싶습니다.

I'm very new to scripting and was using ChatGPT to work through a way to expand the pasteboard size of the current openend document. I found a way to make a script expand the slug area, but that isn't what I needed. Here's the final message I received. InDesign scripting API doesn't give direct access to pasteboardPreferences through the Spread object. Even though pasteboardMargins is editable in the InDesign UI (in Preferences > Guides & Pasteboard), it's unfortunately not exposed through scripting on a per-spread or global level. I just wanted to check if anyone knows that this is true, so I can either stop my quest or keep trying. Thanks!

How do I convert a selection from having "phantom" areas of transparency selected to solid? In other words, when I select by color, the selection area may contain areas that are not obviously selected. So when I fill the selection with a solid color, suddenly the hard-to-view selection appears colored (but slightly transparent). For example, I have a signature that I have treated with a simple drop shadow. The signature has a slight gradation from black to grey. My goal is a solid signature with no drop shadow. I select a color range starting with black and adjust the fuzziness until just the signature part is selected (according to the selection ants). I create a new layer and fill with red, for example, and now I have both the signature in red and the drop shadow (which wasn't obviously selected) both in red. I get this alot where my selection includes bits that are not obvious and filling the selection fills the extra bits. My gradient tool is not changing colors when I use the color picker. It worked once and now seems to be stuck on those colors. I saw on this forum that this bug occurred in the previous Photoshop version, also. I removed all my preferences and had the same problem in the default settings. System: Mac, Ventura 13.6App: Photoshop 2024 (25.0)

같은 템플릿이고 같은 카메라로 촬영한건데어떤영상은 렌더링 하고 나서 아이폰으로 전달하면재생시 위 그림과 같이  두겹이 나오는데 이유가 뭘까요?pc / 안드로이드 폰에선 정상으로 재생됩니다.그렇다고 아이폰에서 모든 영상이 저렇지는 않습니다.템플릿에 있는 클립을 제거하고 다시 넣어서 렌더링하면 정상으로 나오기도 합니다.

Hey there! So, about a month ago I got the Adobe free trial, and now my balance is down to -30,000 KZT.

For as long as I can remember, my Lightroom CC has been having an issue with mouse hijacking whenever it is open. The mouse will randomly relocate to the bottom left of the screen, then if I try to move it, it will reset it back to the bottom left of the screen. The only way to get around it is to wait for several seconds, then it will release it back and I can start using it again. It will randomly do this while using the app, or even other apps, as long as Lightroom is open. If I hide Lightroom (cmd + h) and use other apps, it no longer causes the issue.   I am currently using a Macbook Pro with Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 and Lightroom CC version 7.5. Don't tell me this is because my software isn't up to date, since I upgraded to Monterey when it was new and the problem was not resolved.

Exporting document with page size 8.625x11.25" and 0.125" bleed all round, to pdf.Acrobat inspector shows page 8.88x11.5.  Is this because Acrobat includes the bleed in it's reported page size?

Hello!  I am fairly new to Adobe Animate. I have a presentation im working on for an organizational chart. I have buttons navigating throught a website.  In one area, our Org chart, I am trying to make a button that returns to another frame. However, when I click it, it doesnt move.  I have searched the community forums and troubleshooted what I could. So this morning I updated Photoshop to version 26.0.0, which has this new remove tool which can automatically select and then remove unwanted photo elements such as power lines and people. So, I tried it and the selection part doesn't work for me at all.I tried it on several photos including the provided sample, and I get the same result: "wires and cables" removes nothing and adds random black spots on the image. The people remover doesn't select people, instead selecting the entire image except for a narrow line at the bottom. Am I the only omne getting this? doesn't make sense that Adobe would release a tool that broken so I assume it's rare, but I want to know what your experience is.

Hi,I'm kinda sad that I had to wait a month for my images be reviewed and rejected as similar altough there were no similar images yet submitted. I've only submitted videos from same shooting set. Such as File ID: 648921118, 648921053, 648921070 and many more. I'll have to wait months to get it reviewed again? Are AI generated images so much more important?

Hello. I'm working trying to get out a deadline, and bam! The window changed, the normal side panels and tools are gone, and I don't know how to return to the normal workspace. I don't even know how I ended up with that window (some keystroke?) or what to call it. I can't even delete it or open another file! HELP! Below is a screenshot of the alien mystery window.Why does Adobe put these pop-up mysterious functions that I don't need? And while we're at it, how do you get rid of "Extras" that keep respawning after I de-select it?  I tried de-selecting all the "extras" in the options window, and I lost keystrokes like Command-H to hide selection and had to research to get it back. Wasting my time. I wish there was a button to press to go back to the basic manual.

I have been editing a video for quite some time now, but I have noticed a problem. All of my audio files have been extracted automatically, and because of that I can't use 'default transition' when I want to fade two tracks to avoid audio dips.  I have never had this problem in my other Premiere Pro projects.  Is there anyway how I can solve this problem, without having to start over completly? Thank you!

I have about 100 raw clips that were received upside down and flipped.  While I normally use Media Encoder to export them at 180 degress, I am not able to flip footage in encoder and have to go to premiere.  While it is simple enough to apply the "Flip" effect, I now need to export the clips individually and have them maintain their source timecode.  This is so editors will be able to match the hi-res footage with the proxy or raw files during edit as the clips will be distributed for multiple projects. Any suggestions on the most efficient way to go about this?
