Solved

I got a botched up project that I inherited from another editor and the issue is that there's actual proxies on the timeline. In the last project that was like this I was just able right click on the clip > click on reveal in project > then right click and > hit replace footage and search for it in explorer. But now "replace footage" is greyed out. The clips are merged clips but I'm sure this didnt make a difference in the last project. Also I copied and pasted a lot of footage from the last project into this new one, not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.

I even sent few emails to your service tcssup@adobe.com and tried other things. Nobody wants to delete my account. What can I do to solve this problem. I want my account deleted please. Please delete my account or I will use other methods.

Hi,This error occurs when I open Photoshop. This error has never occurred before. No tools are visible. I cannot use any tools. This problem occurred after updating to the new Photoshop version. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled the old version. Even then the same error occurs. Due to this I am unable to continue working. Every time a new error occurs. This causes a lot of time waste. Is there any way to fix this?

I have 1000 credits in my account but cant access Firefi without purchasing it.  Am i missing something?

Hello, We are using Acrobat Pro (or reader) to print our invoices. As we are in a EU country our invoices are in A4 format. The problem we face: Acrobat insists the documents are in Letter format. I therefore have to go to: Print -> Page Setup and change the paper size from Letter to A4 every single time I have to print something. As you can imagine this is very annoying and time consuming. Question: Is there any way to change the defaults of this dialog? I want Acrobat to remember we are in a country which, 99.9% of the time, uses A4 (or any other DIN format). Attached you can find a sample document I made in Word (in A4) which is not recognized / setup correctly in my Acrobat. Thank you very much,Simon System info:Installed Acrobat: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exeVersion: 20.12.20041.394260Creation Date: 2020/07/31Creation Time: 3:34:32 AMLocale: English (United States)Time Zone: W. After upgrading, its one issue after another, but here's a major one.My anchor points are missing and they only show up when I mouse over the object or hold down the COMMAND, or Hold down the COMMAND SPACE BAR (zoom) - what happened to the good old days when I have the SHOW EDGES option on And the ACTUAL EDGES remain visible.  The first picture is what I'm getting at all times. I'm looking to have the edges shown at all times... the second picture is like it was in the good old times, when the edges were shown at all times if one had the 'show edges' option on. I also went through the preferences. TO no avail. Any help on this would be appreciated.

When editing Pictures and texts, it often happens, that I find parts of my texts messed up. Letters missing and whitespace added randomly. This is most annoying esp. when going unnoticed, as I sell ebooks. When I reedit to correct the mixing up, I can never be certain, it does not mix up somewhere else.Good advice would be appreciated. Thank you

I would like Text1 to read:NAMEADDRESSCITY, STATE, ZIP   var fields = ["NAME", "ADDRESS", "CITY", "STATE", "ZIP"];var values = [];for (var i in fields) {var f = this.getField(fields[i]);if (f.valueAsString!="") values.push(f.valueAsString);}event.value = values.join("\n");

I would love some help on this one. I have used coding (Javascript) similar to this for some time now in Acrobat, but am self-taught and can't seem to understand how to fix this error. For reference, I use MS Visual Studio to write the coding, and that program is reporting no errors. I am getting a syntax error in part of my code when trying to enter it into Adobe as  a Document Javascript; I have omitted the code that comes before this as it does not seem to be an issue and is a lot of code. The error I am getting is: "SyntaxError: missing } after property list". But I can see the closed bracket at the end of my code, have attempted to re-type that portion of the code, and have tried to change some of the formatting around it as well. Nothing seems to get rid of the error and I cannot complete my document without this code. The code as a whole auto-populates several form fields with information when an item is selected from a dropdown list. Any insight would be greatly apprc

I am working on Windows 10 and have been a Lightroom user and Adobe CC user since the beginning. I have over 200,000 raw files imported into Lightroom. When "Collections" was added I immediately added unique collections to my Lightroom image structure and workflow. I always include at least one collection (Date / Country / State / City) in every import. I have been doing all of my editing directly in collections ever since. This includes rating my pictures. The good thing is that I see the lightroom edits in my DNG files regardless of where I am viewing them from. The frustrating thing is that I can delete files from the disk or remvoe them from the library in both the disk location and library location in Lightroom. However, I cannot delete from the disk when editing or reviewing files from my collections. I can only remove them from the collection. This has left thousands of unwanted DNG files on my disk.Is there a way to simultaneously delete files from the disk when remov

Is there a way to search Text/Grep for phrases that are NOT in a particular paragraph style? In case you're wondering why I'm asking – I'm doing some consistency checks and don't want to just fire off a search replace that I know will affect hundreds of instances, so it would be better to check those few that have either been missed, or don't need to be changed (if that makes sense!)

HiI've recently bought a Dynabook laptop (portege x40) with touchscreen so that I can draw directly in photoshop.  It works for all other apps but not photoshop. I'm on Windows 11Pro and updated PS this morning so should be the latest version.  It feels like it should just work!  Thanks in advance!

We did a project with 2 cam (one tight, one wide), plus a sound guy who is recording on his own device. I imported all the footage and the sound. I created all the multicam files. It linked it up by cuts. So each cut is a multicam. I put all the multicam files on one timeline. So far everything works. I started editing. What is not good stay on V1 what is good goes on V2 and v3 and v4. Soon as I put cuts on other than v1 I seems to loose the multicam. I don't have access to both camera.... This is not normal, Help.

Is there a way for this panel to be permanently collapsed?

Anyone else having this issue? I am trying to import video from my Mac HD, but PP seems to stall  -- even when trying to import a single video file. I've never had this problem before.I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and even cleared the media cache and the problem presists. File type is h.264. computer type: M1 Max, 32GB ram.

Uli B.

Hi there,We recently got Adobe Enterprise Plan. A user had create a free account with her enterprise email few weeks ago. Now, I want to assign her an Acrobat Pro licence within the admin console. So I created a user with her company email adresse and assign her a licence.I downloaded and installed CC on her PC along with Acrobat, but when she connect with her email, CC do not give her choice between the "personnal" free account that she already had and her new company profile with Acrobat pro licence assing. What I did wrong? There is a way to send an invitation email to the user so CC knows that I want to onboard her? Thanks

Back on 11/25/2019 I had a post concerning the issue I was having with Drop-down Text not displaying correctly when a converted a 2019 RoboHelp Classic project to RoboHelp 2019 (attached screenshot of title of 2019 post). Curious if this issue has been resolved in new releases. I've been trying to read through version releases to see, but thought this would be faster. I was also having an issue with once I converted a Classic project and then tried to the Microsoft HTML Help output it would get stuck 'indexing'. I found my solution in this Community and once I deleted the previous TOC from the Classic project and created a new one my output to Microsfot HTML Help created. I have hundreds of Drop-down Text in my Help file (.chm) to hide definitions. I may abandon my use of Drop-down Text or if issue has been resolved, maybe I will push our IT department to get the latest verison of RoboHelp. I hope I'm making sense. It's Monday morning here. Appreciate any thoughts!

Hi everyone,I’ve created an Adobe Premiere Pro extension using bolt-cep and React. Everything works perfectly on macOS (ARM), but on Windows, I keep running into the following error :"Uncaught TypeError: window.__adobe_cep__ is undefined"It seems like the CEP environment is not being detected or injected correctly on Windows.I’m trying to open the extension via Premiere Pro > Window > Extensions (Legacy), but it's not working as well.Does anyone know what might be causing this or how I could debug it further? Thanks in advance!

Trying to get my head round a sensible workflow for LrM and LrC for a month long train trip to Spain next month and have a couple of questions which are hopefully not too dumb and/or been answered many times before. I travel with an iPad Air 4 with 256 GB storage plus a 1TB Sandisk SSD. My intention is to return home with all the unedited RAW files from the camera backed up onto both my iPad and the SSD along with just my selected keepers in LrM in the Cloud. In the past I have tended to wait until I got home before uploading everything onto my OneDrive storage and then importing into LrClassic for editing and sharing. I don’t have a laptop powerful enough to run LrC to take with me (nor the baggage allowance!) so am confined to the iPad. Since I’ll have a week at the end of my trip where I’ll have time to review and make a start on editing my images (plus decent wifi), I’d like to do as much of the culling in LrM then and possibly some editing of the chosen images with a vie

In the online help it states you can. "Georegister a PDF map or scan of geospatial data."" Yet it gives no way to actually do this.  Anyone have any idea?  Thanks.
