This has been an issue on and off for a while but now nothing works to fix the issue. I cannot do a voice over. When I select my microphone I get MME device internal error. I read in for the forum to switch to no input which worked the first time I got the error but now it does not.The record button is grayed out and I cannot do a voice over. I read in the forum to add a new track and make in mono. It worked when I first time I got the error but now the record button is grayed out even with mono settings.I thought it might be my microphone headset so I just went and bought a Yeti which has all the options including stereo but no setting works, I get the same MME device internal error and adding tracks at any setting does not work.I checked if I could download an MME driver but it is not available for Windows 10?I have 11 videos to create and have wasted 2 days trying to fix the problem. Why do I keep having this problem with what is supposed to be the best video edit software on the ma

My Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked. I want to submit an appeal. Please guide me.

I've made some MOGRT on after effects 2024 that allowed me to use placeholder media and make the replacement directly on premiere. After updating to the newer version, i cannot replace this placeholder anymore, not dragging and not even with the options menu (that have all options disabled). I've already reexported the files using the new versions of both softwares, and it is still not working. Is it a bug or the the way this clips are replaced have changed?

if yes or no.  then maybe you need some upscale in your photos it will help you. changing tools and styling of your niche can fix your problems

I have got an adobe subscription by some scam. I personally never gave my bank details. May be it has been fetched from my google account. Now I am trying to cancell my subscription and they are charging me heavy cancellation fee. No way I am able to contact Adobe. There is no phone number nothing, only virtual assistance which is of no use. It feels simply like a fraud. Please help me how to cancel the subscription without any fee.

Hello, how is this possible? I want to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription before it automatically renews. According to my account, the subscription ends on May 14, 2025, and today is May 11, 2025, so I'm within the first year of my contract. According to Adobe's own policy ("Subscription and Cancellation Terms" - https://adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html ), annual subscriptions with monthly payments can be cancelled without penalty if done before the renewal date, i.e. before the exact day of the first anniversary.   I therefore request immediate cancellation without penalty, as I am still within the first annual contract.   I'm going to cancel it because my plan is going from €30 to €55, which I don't think is feasible. I'm canceling it in advance, and yet I'm still getting a message saying I'm going to be charged €335.04!!! In return, I won't get the service!   Thank you.

Desinstale Creative Cloud, ya que no podía instalar Photoshop. Ahora no puedo instalar NADA. Procesador 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100F 3.30 GHz - Placa de video NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti - RAM 8,00 GB - Sistema 64 bits Windows 11 ProCualquier información me sirve.

Hi, As long as I have been able to read, Adobe has offered a free PDF reader software without requiring payment of a subscription. Has this changed? I have recently found myself unable to read PDFs and am being asked to pay $20/mo as a minimum subscription price.

Driving me nuts.  Can't print adobe docs without double-sided.  Need single sided print.

I thought I was having a problem with some kind of settings, but after a thorough purge of all Adobe related programs and files (as explained in this earlier post), followed by a re-installation, I now believe this is some kind of bug. With a completely fresh install of Photoshop 2023, Photoshop does not appear as an option when I right click on a .JPG file and select "open with..." So, I select "Choose an app on your PC" and select to open with Photoshop by finding the program on disk:However, when I press the "Open" button, I get an error message that says "Cannot associate file type with this program": This is true for any image file, such as PNG or GIF or anything else. The only file format that will open in Photoshop from File Explorer is PSD.How do I get Photoshop to appear in the "Open with" dialog, and open image files?

got rejected for quality issue. Can I get some suggestion on how to improve?

My Lightroom classic display has suddenly gone awry and I have no idea how to get it back to what it was. See attached photo. I did have it set up to open up on my graphics tablet but now it's stuck on the iMac screen and I can't drag it back. There is no minimise or maximise buttons showing (the green, yellow, red) and the view is per the photo. I can't drag the edges to increase or decrease the display size either. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it immediately went back to this view. Can anyone help please? TIA x

Hello Adobe Community,I'm consistently encountering a render/export failure in Premiere Pro and suspect it may be related to GPU rendering settings. In previous versions or configurations, navigating to File > Project Settings > General presented two renderer options:Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA)Mercury Playback Engine Software OnlyCurrently, only one renderer option appears in that dropdown (screenshot attached), and the GPU acceleration option seems to be missing entirely—even though my system has a compatible NVIDIA GPU and the necessary drivers are installed.Additionally, I'm attaching a screenshot of the export error message I receive. The error is persistent regardless of sequence settings, media codec, or export preset.System Info:OS: Windows 11 ProGPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KS 3.40 GHzPremiere Pro Version: Premiere Pro 2025 (Version 25.2.3 - Build 4)NVIDIA Driver Version: GeForce RTX 4080 - 32.0.15.7602So far, I’ve tried:Updating G

Hello, I have been observing for some time that the LR mobile in-app camera seems to consistently overexpose photos. It is most obvious when shooting DNGs (either on automatic or HDR modes) before making any adjustments in post. See attached photos for examples right out of the LR app camera with no adjustments made; these strike me as quite bright and look more properly exposed to me if I dial back the exposure slider in LR by about 0.50. I have been sure to confirm that I have not altered any other settings that might cause this and I have been using the most recent app versions over the past several updates. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro and an iPad Air (it happens on both devices) on consisterntly the most recent OS software. Can someone from Adobe please look into this and confirm whether there might be a bug here? Thanks very much.

Last month, I inquired about cancelling my trial for Creative Cloud and I was unsuccessful to cancel my subscription before the trial ends. Now, I realized that the issue is bigger than that. I'm going to list what I've found concisely.I cannot contact Adobe Support and I have no access to the Adobe Admin Console. My subscription plan to the Creative Cloud is not visible in my student account. There are no activated devices listed in my account from my sideI'm locked out of using Lightroom and Photoshop, hence I cannot use any apps from the Creative Cloud subscription. I can provide the order number from my transaction in March, if I can get direct line to a Adobe Support representative. I won't share my order number in the community forum. I want to be able to see my subscription plan in my account.

Using Photoshop 2025. I am a biologist who uses latin names of species in figures. When abbreviating the genus name to the first letter, Photoshop seems to recognize and convert the text to a bullet. I cannot later go back and delete the space, period, and first letter. My current solution is to delete the text box and create a new one, but this is impractical with many text boxes. How do I turn off this feature?

The filmstrip does not show all the images, even when in fullscreen mode, the last image either gets cut off or it's hidden. I had to use the arrow keys to get to the last image. I tried resizing the whole window, but nothing helped. Did I miss something?

Hello there! First, as a freelance photographer I really love how adobe lightroom helped me with my project. I just wanna share some thoughts that could help us build a better versions for everyone. It will be very helpful for us left handed if there will be an option to like move the tools to the other side to bellow. It will be a relly big help for us since I use an Ipad it's kinda hard to reach the tool to the other side using my left hand. And using a pen as well. Thanks a lot!
