Solved

I am making an HTML5 canvas game. I have a frog movie clip and an arrow movie clip (called arrows_0_10). Both have animations on their timelines. When the frog clip reaches a certain frame of its timeline, I want it to start the arrow clip's animation. I have used the code, 'this.parent.arrows_0_10.play()' but this does not work. I've also tried 'gotoAndPlay(0)' instead of 'play()'. When I try 'alert(this.parent.arrows_0_10.visible)' it returns 'true', so it must be finding the clip. When I put a test button on the same timeline as the arrow clip and use 'this.arrows_0_10.play()', the clip plays. There are no errors, so what am I doing wrong?

I am using After Effecs CC and I am trying to open the .aep file in Adobe Media Encoder CC (to export as a MPEG file).  I am getting an error stating: "Could not connect to Adobe After Effects.  Please verify that Aobde After Effects and Adobe Dynamic Link components are installed".  I have both AE and AME open and running.  In the menu for AE I have the Dynamic Link menu available.  However, when opening the .aep file in AME I always get this error.-Dave

I am having the same issue. The due date was 30th April and they sent an invoice stating that the payment has been made, but not a single rupee has been deducted from my bank account and the payment method shows credit card whereas I have used debit card for my initial payment. Did your issue get resolved ? If so do let me know how to fix. Thank you

In Illustrator 2025 I created a cut line, dragged the swatch down and labeled it: Cut, Spot, CMYK, then saved. I then 'Saved As' the file as a PDF and sent it to the printer (big company printer). The printing software flagged it because 'there was no cut line labelled'. I opened the PDF version in 2024 and I could see that the 2025 version of AI automatically created the Clip Group (to package everything inside of the Artboard for PDF viewing), and it also deleted my labelled swatch.  I went back to the original AI file (with the cut line labelled in swatches) and opened it in my 2024 version and 'Save As' as a PDF. No issues with that PDF, Swatches intact, no 'Clip Group', etc. So AI 2025 must have added a new feature (which doesn't help printing with cut lines). I contacted Adobe and asked for a call back, no call back at all. Went through Chat, they couldn't even answer the first question. I called their phone number and the guy hung up with me because he didn't know

I'm getting an error while trying to upload files. This works fine on our Production server, but the development server is where I'm getting the error. Both servers are running Coldfusion 2023 Update 13 on Windows Server 2022. Attached is an example of the error I'm getting. I'm unsure what to check for here.

Hello,I'm using the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, with the latest version of the driver for the printer and I'm facing the same problem.I did confirm that creating a new user with administrator privileges and trying to print from it didn't solve the problem. Please help!- Peter

OK, so what's wrong with this?color photo image of an ugly middle age man. He is using both hands to slip something into his mouth. We cannot see what it is. Background: a shabby 1960s living room.

I simply do not understand why.. everytime I right click now, no matter the tool (pen, bush etc) i dont get specific tool options but a static option to show the contextual task bar or change the outter artboard color. who in the world okayed this?!

Hi,Can someone tell me, why is a vector turning pixelated/hazy when placed on InDesign?

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%% %%[ Error: undefinedresource; OffendingCommand: composefont; ErrorInfo: CharOffsets TTA882DAD6tH %%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%% %%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced.

Hello everyone, I have to create, for the first time, an image to print with a dimension 2 x 2 meters large; I see that images are not si big; do I have to do a special subscription, what would you recommend?

I made some corrections in Illustrator based on client feedback and now need to update the PDF. The issue is that the original PDF had clickable index page numbers and URLs, but those are lost after exporting the new version. The layout and placement remain the same.Is there a way to retain all the clickable elements from the old PDF in the updated one? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Photoshop is tagging my original content as AI Generated and I want answers in how to fix this issue.  It tags meta data into the files saying it contains ai content when I use my personally drawn in procreate illustrations that I have then vectored and put into photoshop to give client mockups. Why? The service center is absolutely usless at the moment and don't get back to you. All this AI nonsense is just causing issues left right and center - It is supposed to be industry standard but standards are way less than ideal. With this issue I am trying to export a .jpeg or .png and its saying it has to tag it as ai generated which is absolutely insulting.

No sé qué está pasando que desde ayer la actualización de ADOBE EXPRESS (versión gratuita) no consigue actualizarla. Me da error 501. Sin embargo, analizando el error citado, que lo que dice es que tengo que finalizar tarea en otros procesos de Adobe, una vez que los he cerrado y reiniciado, tampoco se consigue actualizar. NO SÉ QUÉ PUEDE PASAR. Gracias.

Just patched to CF2021 patch 19 and now htmltopdf does not work. In the logs I am seeing Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: coldfusion.document.DocumentScope not found by htmltopdf [37] I've tried downgrading back to patch 18.Uninstalling and reinstalling htmltopdf package.Uninstalling and reinstalling all the packages.Upgrading back to patch 19.and numerous reboots. The patch notes includeSometimes, you are unable to create a PDF due to PDFg service authentication failure. As a workaround, update the service manager and retry creating the PDF.What does this mean? What service manager and how do I update it?

Anyone got a fix for this other than using the legacy interface? All document presets gone A4 etc, replaced with stock templates, same on all tabs?

It seems that all images I insert into acrobat have a border and I cant remove them. Border doesn't appear in other applications. !Acrobat

I have a use case of a simple Mask and would like to keyframe the Mask Opacity On and Off (0% - 100%) however, the Mask Opacity is working as if it is the "Transform Opacity". I strongly believe this is a Bug.
