I have created a fillable PDF form that has a button for images to be uploaded.  It works great on a laptop but does not seem to be working on an iPad.  Is there a version of an IOS app that allows for users to upload an image into a fillable form?

I keep getting this message when I try to covert a PDF or use AI features . I purchased the premium membership.

I pretty urgently need to update my billing date to the 2nd of the month but I can't seem to find a SINGLE way to contact an actual customer support rep. The forums also seem to be completely blank. I'm using the personal CC subscription with the student discount applied if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a question regarding my Adobe plan? Please help me. I have a paid plan with Adobe. It's a photography plan. May I know on how many computers I can use this plan? Currently, I'm using a MacBook and I have newly bought a Macmini. I need to know can I use this same plan or do I have to pay for another ? Thanks and Regards,Rasika.

Hello, I have a color with RGB value (20,30,40). The CMYK value of this value is normally (50,25,0,84) but in the illustration, it is seen as CMYK (91,58,64,59) where I wrote this value. What is the reason for this? How can I solve it?

Hi there,I wondered if anyone could help me. I have a number of images that have been sent to me that need cleaning up - especially the removal of a sort of colour banding across the image that I think might have been caused during the original scanning.I have enclosed an image to give you some idea of the problem. Can this be solved with some action or something?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Kind Regards

Hello, I have a few videos I captured while on a trip to Hawaii. I titled the video below "Aerial drone view of Jeep driving along coast Hawaii Big Island". My main question is, is it worth removing Jeep from the title and resubmitting this video? or is it possible that because the Jeep is such a main part of the video that it is considered to be the main focus?  Thank you for your time!

I use image trace to vectorize my hand-drawn sketches. I use the "sketched art" preset. I set corners to "0", expand it, and then use the smooth tool slider. But still I'm left with some sharp, jagged edges, which I do not like. I like curves and round corners. So I have to individually adjust these sharp corners, which can be kind of tedious. Any hints on how I get better results without the sharp corners that I have to correct? Thanks.

How do I cancel my free trail i keep watching videos on how to do so but I do not have the option to.manage subscriptionsand I did not go thru a 3rd party app to subscribe to it I dont want to be charged for something I keep trying to cancel

Hi all,I am trying to update a reinstall of Lightroom 5 on my Mac. Sadly, Lightroom's integrated update functionality is broken, and I cannot seem to find a download link on Adobe's site. The legacy downloads page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-previous-version-apps-download.html only goes to to LR6, no mention of LR5.The deep link at http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/lightroom/mac/5.x/Lightroom_5_LS11_mac_5_7_1.dmg is dead.Adobe chat support actually told me to come here and ask...Can anyone provide a download link to Mac version 5.7.1?Thanks!

I've seen this question asked in other places but have not seen an answer. I'm running InDesign Release 2015.4. I have deleted some files from the development folder and they're still showing up in the Recent Files list. I've searched RegEdit and deleted them from there but they're still in the list when I launch InDesign. How can I remove them from the Recent Files list?Thank you.

Hi everyone,I'm running macOS 15.4.1 and recently moved all my Adobe Creative Cloud apps from the internal hard drive to an external SSD (APFS formatted) to free up space on my Mac.The issue:Since moving the apps, I can’t update them through Creative Cloud, nor can I launch them directly. I’ve correctly set the install location in the Creative Cloud Desktop app to the external SSD, but the apps are still not recognized or updated.Trying to install apps directly to the external drive also doesn’t work – Creative Cloud refuses to install them there.Has anyone found a solution or reliable workaround for running and updating Adobe apps from an external SSD?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I go to print every PDF the pop-up that comes up saying which printer, page etc always comes up too big for the screen with a scroll down the side to get to the actual print button. Every couple of times this scroll doesn't move the page so I can't get down to print and have to wait a while. I have tried resizing the pop-up box however although the arrows come up when I go to the edge, I cannot move it.Is there a different way to permanently make the pop-up smaller, so that each time I go to print it doesn't fill the page?Thank you

Hi I was wondering if there is a way to nest a looping pre-comp into a longer timeline and have it loop?

I am new to InDesign.  Trying to print a tri-fold double sided and the reverse side is printing upside down. I think it is some settings I need to tweak but can't find an easy answer.  Can anyone give guidance?

I can't see the pencil path. I use the pencil a lot to edit existing paths. I've never had an issue before. The existing path would remain highlighted while I edit it, and I would be able to see the path that I was drawing with the pencil. Worked great. Now I can only see the highlighted path that I want to edit, but I can't see the path of the pencil as I draw. I can still edit paths this way, but it makes it more difficult because the highlighted guides all disappear when I start to use the pencil, and I can't see exactly where I'm drawing. It is set to "show edges". I have turned smart guides on and off. I have reset my preferences and even uninstalled and reinstalled illustrator to no avail. Thank you for any help.

Is it from this morning that I'm trying to generate images, but the 80% of the times the system send me image totally different of what is asked. Also explaining better and better what the images must contain.I'm really tired about this. For example, I ask to create an image of Ginger and it generate all images with purple Gingers. The Ginger is white. So I asked to generate "white Ginger" and it continue to show me unusable images of purple Ginger. And many things as this.Really not nice. From this morning, now is evening I was able to create 5 or 6 images, all the images asked are all wrong generated. I hope you can fix this because in this way the service is not working.

I am at Moynihan Hall in NYC, and I uploaded all of my street photography files taken on my Leica CL to edit them on Photoshop and Lightroom. However, neither Lightroom nor Photoshop is able to edit the DNG files as long as I am in Moynihan Hall.I tried all methods, including online tools and the Dxo Mark editor because I'm too impatient to wait to get back home to edit the DNG files (I am assuming that I will be "allowed" by the hackers to edit them when I am back home.)However, as long as I am in Moynihan Hall, I cannot open DNG files whatsover, no matter what kind of application I try to use to edit it on my computer. I tried to re-install the Adobe Creative Cloud out of frustration using the Adobe Cleaner Tool; however, the file became corrupt the moment I open the file.  This is insane.  I recorded partially the video of what was happening on my computer. Is it the government that is preventing me from editing DNG files on my laptop as long as I am in

I'm looking for a workflow that can streamline the process of reviewing and tagging large photo libraries — specifically one that uses AI to automatically generate image descriptions and then inserts those descriptions into the Description field of the metadata (IPTC/XMP), ideally during the post-shoot culling and processing stage. I process my shoots in Lightroom Classic, but am comfortable in the entire Adobe ecosystem if there is a solution outside of LC. So far, everything I’ve found involves manually generating or copying descriptions from external tools and pasting them into Bridge or Lightroom, which becomes unmanageable with large volumes. Is there a way to:Use AI to generate objective, sentence-style descriptions (not just keywords)?Automatically insert those into the IPTC Description or Title fields (not just Keywords)?Keep the workflow efficient and compatible with Adobe Bridge or Lightroom? Ideally the workflow would support batch processing. If there is
