Hi Adobe Community,I'm reaching out to ask for advice or assistance regarding a review we received on our Adobe Marketplace listing. We recently received a negative rating from someone who is not a customer of ours. Our plugin is clearly described as requiring an active customer account to function — this is stated in the plugin description. Unfortunately, it seems the reviewer did not read the description before installing, and their feedback is not based on actual use of the product as intended. We are proud of our plugin and work hard to provide value to our customers. This rating unfairly affects our standing and misrepresents the plugin to other potential users.Does anyone know the correct process, contact, or department at Adobe to request removal of such a review? I understand it's sometimes difficult to get in touch with the responsible team, so any guidance or escalation paths would be greatly appreciated.Thank you so much in advance for your help!

I've 100+ layers. I can easily click it in the visual preview, but it's too tough to find every element in the layers panel by scrolling up & down for every other element. Isn't there a hotkey to do this?(not talking about type & search feature here)

Hi There,I am very new to Indesign. I have set spreads for a book in Indesign. In order to insert page numbers, I have added a blue box at bottom of Parent-A and Insert page number from Type>Insert Special Character>Markers>Current Page Number like below: Text frame options of page numbers have been set to Columns=Fixed Number, Width=0.222 in, Align=Top of Vertical Distribution, Unchecked=Ignore Text Wrap and Auto Size=Off.  Page numbers appears in normal position as Parent-A page until the Spread 65-66: But don't know why, digits of page number lower down little bit to bottom from the Spread#67-68 and remain until the last spread of the book: This causes the digit of page number being out of margin for which KDP is issuing Out of Margin error. Can you explain why this is happened and how to correct this issue? Regards,Mamun

Good morning all!I've been working on a project in Premiere Pro 15.4 and when I import my video file, there are areas of the video where a glitch occurs.  This isn't seen in the raw footage/file.  Any thoughts?  It occurs when I playback in Premiere Pro and in exports.   Apologies if this is a redundant question; first time posting/here!

When I use CTRL and + or - keys it zooms way too much. It goes from 100% straight to 200% when going in. When zooming out from 100% it takes smaller steps, but what if I want to have the same steps when zooming it? I would like it to go from 100% to 125% or 150% at the very least. Sometimes the zoom is too much and I know that I can set the exact value in the lower left corner, but I want to work fast and not having to type when painting. Any help, please?

Hi, I just joined as a contributor in January 2025 and currently have 541 assets in my portfolio, but only 3 downloads so far. Is this normal? Do I need to reach a certain number of assets before customers start discovering my portfolio?

I am trying to export a Mogrt with media replacement, which doesn't work with Dynamic Link. That's cool. I'm not using the C4D renderer, Cineware, or C4D files. I'm not even using 3D space at all. But I still get the error message -  "This Motion Graphics template requires Dynamic Link, which does not support Media Replacement controls. Please remove the Media Replacement controls or ensure that Dynamic Link is not required. The Following filetypes, renderers or effects are only supported via Dynamic Link: CINEMA 4D" How do I ensure that Dynamic Link is not required?

Any solutions to InDesign slow performance? It takes 5 seconds to type one character.I have tried the current version and other versions back to 19.5.3 and no difference.I read all the articles and did the things on the lists. (uninstalls, reboots, reset preferences, etc.)I've spent 2 days on this and am getting nowhere.  I've used InDesign since CS2.Company-managed computer is 9 years old, but I think it meets specs: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Dell,  Xeon processor wth AVX2 support , 32GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro M4000.Computer passes all self-diagnistics and no memory-hog programs are running. Task Manager looks normal. All files are on the local SSD drive. Just basic conventional 2 to 4 page docs. This started after installing 20.2. Went back to 19.5.3 and it was fine for a week. Now sluggishness happens all the time, even when reinstalling various versions. Not blaming InDesign since it works fine on my newer home laptop.  I think it's either my old

I'm working on a technical piece in InDesign. The paragraph and character styles have been newly set up and I'm copying and pasting slabs of text from an older document. While making changes or typing in new wording, whenever I type a lower case 'i' the 'i' disappears and the font after that i changes to italic. How can I switch off this feature?

It's not scientific, you can't set the units of the stroke by right clicking on the ruler?I'm going to go ahead and start a suggestion if that's really not possible.

When I go to a library in the creative cloud app and click the three dots and select "Get Link" it pops up a box and offers up a link to copy. I've found that for some reason no matter which library I try to share from, it's sending me and others to the main "files" page and doesn't show any libraries. It seems like if I do this from the browser by viewing the libraries, going to three dots next to the one I want and click "copy link", it works fine, but not from the creative cloud app. I am the owner of most of the libraries. They are not public, but have been shared in the first manor in the past, but none of those links work anymore.Anyone experience this? Any fixes?

Hello everyone,There are some puppets in animate-from-audio that I really like and I have used some of them but now I want to have more control over them so I am switching to character animator and I need to get those puppets into character animator.I looked for them but I did't find them. where to get them?

In Lightroom Mobile it says I have about 6700 files synched. Almost all of these are full size RAW files synched from Lightroom Classic on my Mac. It is also indicated that I am using only 2.7 GB of my 1 TB of cloud storage.  How is this possible?  I don't think Adobe does a very good job of explaining how their cloud storage works with their Mac and iPadOS apps.  Maybe I`m dense, but each article I read gets me more confused. Also: I was synching file from LR classic yesterday.  When I went to bed the app indicated that 450 files were still uploading.  I left the Mac on and the settings were set to prevent sleep while synching.  When I got up this morning it still said 450....WTF?

Hello, I currenly have buttons on my PDF that, when selected, will generate a template after the current page. I want to switch this to a drop down list so it doesn't crowd the PDF. Would someone be able to help me with this? As an example, I have 3 drop down items (MT, UT, RT), when I select one, I want the appropriate template to spawn. The templates are names the same as the drop down item selections. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I have purchased the subscription through PhonePe upi (India). I have received confirmation through email. The account is same which I am logged in both Playstore and Lightroom account. Yet it says no subscription when I open Lightroom app. Please help ! <Images with personal information removed by Moderator>

I use ACR w/ Photoshop 2026. My workflow is to open RAW files from bridge into ACR. Its hard to get a general feel for some images without opening them in ACR and making a few edits. But for images that are open in ACR, is there any way I can save the rating, even if I don't open the image in Photoshop? I may want to come back to the pics later based on rating without opening them in Photoshop.
