Solved

i am subscribed to a student plan for the whole creative cloud services and i have set up autopay in g-pay for my monthly subscription. this month i did not have money on the date of payment so it got denied on the first attempt and on the next day when i had the money, the payment was successful. i have the invoice on g-pay and from adobe itself, yet whenever i use any adobe product, i still get reminded to clear my dues. they are asking me to update my payment details and pay again and when i try to update my payment details it tells me that the transaction has failed.

problem has been fixed

Howdy folks,   Over some routine system work, my 2023 Illustrator v27.x.x version got a bit fuzzy.  After uninstalling it, I noticed I was unavailable to download anything previous from Illustrator v28.x.x. to the most recent.  Problem is, I need v27.x.x. due to a plugin that won't work on anything past 2023.  Can anyone guide me to a place where I can download any of the 2023 v27.x.x versions of Adobe Illustrator?  thanks

I have lost all my Adobe pdf files in my mobile phone, can I recover it?

Over the last several updates, one problem has persisted: Acrobat lags until it freezes for several seconds on opening any file — gigabyte-sized print files or a tiny invoice, same result. The file displays, but I can't even manage to click "Print" before it locks up, sometimes for 10, sometimes even up to 60 seconds. This isn't a machine problem — I can run InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop simultaneously without issue (13600K, NVIDIA GPU, 64GB RAM, NVMe). I can even fire open all those three apps while Acrobat is in its hibernation status (tested). Once Acrobat is open, it's fast — opening, scrolling, editing multiple files is fine. The freeze only happens on a fresh launch/open.What fixes it (temporarily): Deactivating plugins I don't use — Dropbox integration, Accessibility, etc. — restores performance immediately. But…Every update reintroduces the default plugin set, so the fix has to be repeated (this is now like the 5th time or so for me) The app doesn't handle the missing plu

Table of Contents generated in Adobe Indesign is not being read in the Read Out Loud function in Acrobat. This also applies to PDFs created previously which worked fine on the old version of Acrobat.

I would like to upload a photo from LR mobile on my ipad to Pictorem but my file is too big. I would like to reduce MB from 51MB to 3Mb without losing pixels. The pixels in the original is 6000 x 6000 I don't want to lose that.I have tried changing the pixels by using " custom-,pixels 6000 long side but it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

We have a documentary project whose project file is shared between two different computers. Now the problem is that one computer shows the audio clip in Premiere as zebra striped (white and green) and its audio sync is off. Clearly the audio clip loses the In and Out points along the way.On one computer the project works, but on the other it does not. Both Premiers are version 26.3.I have tried replacing the audio file completely, but it is of no use, because the In and Out have disappeared inside the audio clip, so it just starts the audio clip from the beginning even though the in and out are much later. It is an interview where the audio was recorded on a different device, so it is not tied to the camera audio. This problem is only with this one audio clip.Is there any knowledge why it does this?

I've gone to Preferences and turned off Generative AI in Acrobat..But the App keeps asking me to turn it on when downloading a PDF File.  How can I disable the AI feature once and for all?  I turned it off for a reason...I don't want or need AI help with these PDF FILES.

Is there a setting that has to be changed?

So I need access to a contract I signed using Adobe Acrobat Sign. The email it was linked to no longer exists as it was a student email that was deleted (by university admins) after I graduated. Foolishly, I don’t have a copy of the contract anywhere else and anytime I request a new copy it sends it to the non-existent email. How can I link the contract to my current email so that I can access it again? Thanks!

I subscribed for a 7 days free trial but wasn't able to cancel it before the billing started and it resulted to me being charged of an amount (yearly subscription).  Can it still be refunded because I already cancelled it within the 14 days window? (I just got charged today btw).

Hello Adobe, beggining of may I received a subscription renewal and was charged around 500€ , I cancelled my plan a few days later, as it said on the internet that if I cancel within 14 days of the renewal I will get a refund. It has been around 2 weeks and I have not received a refund and now it says I do not have a pending refund. Please help me fix this issue or connect me to an actual person who can help me. Thank you

I’ve just moved from the uk to USA, I need to change the payment to come out of my us account but I don’t want to loose any of my projects

My free trial ended 3 days ago. I do not want to continue the subscription. My payment failed, and now Adobe blocks me from cancelling because it asks me to update my payment method. I am located in Ukraine and cannot access live chat. Please help me cancel my subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription myself 3 days ago but I am unable to. Please cancel my subscription for me.

I didn't understand this, what's the unique usage.I thought it could be set separately, but always with the last one unifying all four sides. tabSty.properties = {//topBorderStrokeWeight: '0.1mm',//leftBorderStrokeWeight: '0.2mm',//bottomBorderStrokeWeight: '0.5mm',rightBorderStrokeWeight: '0.5mm',}

I’ve just updated to InDesign 21.4.1, although doing this through Creative Cloud I wasn't given the option of an ‘Update’ button, instead I had a ‘Download’ button, which seems like it is a completely new program? But once I downloaded the app, it appeared like an update by overwriting version 24.1.When I launched the new version, all of my preferences and workspace disappeared, I also wasn’t given the option to transfer them over either. So I have just wasted an hour of my time having to set them all up again, trying to remember all of my preferences.

Hello!  In the new update of the New illustrator cc 2020 versions, the Text Direction feature been removed, that supports the Arabic language! any idea's on how to activate this feature? Having said that it's still working in the 2019 version. Text Direction feature is quite helpful when writing in both English and Arabic text in the same paragraph.

Why does Adobe Acrobat PDF keep freezing? It frequently becomes unresponsive, and many times I'm unable to open my PDF files.

When I then open macOS System Preferences, Adobe Premiere Pro shows full disk access, but it’s greyed out, and my Home folder has read and write permissions. Why did this happen between closing and opening the program, and how can I get back to using the program again?
