I am trying to create several videos with the same character.  Each time I create a new video, or edit a video, the character changes.  How do I create mulitple videos with consistent characters?

Happens to me in Adobe Premiere. Yesterday the section that monitors the movement in time when you zoom and adjust an image or video just disappeared. Just like that it is gone. Now I tried to get it back. I open the Windows bar and click on a thing that I think is it. Wrong. Wrong! And now I litteraly have to de-instal Adobe Premiere in order to get it back into the screen I was used to. Why is this so complicated? Why did it take me 3 login attempts with 3 different codes, a password change, a Google-account connection to write a gdm message here? Is this feedback system created so people will get to frustrated and just not feedback? Cuz it 100% looks like that.

I am lefthanded and I would like to know how to change the direction for the mouse-pointer IN the pdf documents. I use a software changing the direction of the mouse pointer in general and it works very well everywhere but NOT inside a pdf document. How to get the mousepointer to change direction inside a pdf document?

Hello there,I noticed that there are still serval old Photoshop folders in my hard drive. Some of the files, 2022, and 2024, are only contained small files such as plug in and filter folder. Only the version 2023 contain large files in that folder. I checked creative cloud and found only one Photoshop (2026 version) in the App. Therefore, I won’t be able to uninstall 2023 version via Creative Cloud. How can I get rid of the older version? Can I just directly drag the older version of Photoshop folders to trash can? Thank you.

Hello, I forgot to cancel free trial to a yearly subscription and I got charged on May 26, 2026. The amount was $69.99. Today is May 29, 2026 so I missed the forty eight hour deadline quite literally yesterday, huge mistake. I had called the developers really early in the morning and they told me to try to request a refund in the Google Play store but it will take one through four days and I'm not sure if it's guaranteed. I had the app for less than a month so I really want my refund back, because I got charged for a full yearly subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you will get a full refund. I really need my seventy dollars back because like I said, I had barely even used the app for less than a month I only wanted to test the free trial and I forgot to cancel it yesterday. If I were to cancel with a bank I would most likely get a charge back and Google Play will terminate my account permanently, so I can't even consider that an option.

At the past there was an option to capture video from tape with Adobe Premiere. From 2023/2024 Adobe stoped supporting this option. Is there a way to downgrade Premiere version? Or maybe an alternative software? If I have Premiere CS4, is there a way to activate the serial number during installation? Thanks!Dana

I cannot use Lightroom Classic. Every catalog I try opens in the background. All apps and graphics driver are up-to-date. I'm operating Windows 11 on a Sky Tech gaming machine. I have spent many hours online with several different Adobe techs have been unable to solve the problem. One seems to think that the catalog is corrupt, but I have tried multiple catalogs--backups and new.

Dear Adobe Stock Community & Support Team,I am writing this earnest appeal to request you to please reopen and review my active support case (Case #00514505) regarding my wrongfully deactivated contributor account (ID: 212522697), which has been blocked since May 15, 2026.Despite sending multiple emails with all necessary proofs—including my passport, approved portfolio items, and a history of successful past payouts—I have received no meaningful response or human review to date. Why my case urgently needs a manual human review:Missed Upfront Opportunity: Just days after my account was blocked, Adobe Stock officially emailed me inviting me to nominate my portfolio assets for the "Free Collection" Upfront Payment opportunity (with 4 suggested assets selected for review). Because my account is locked, I couldn't even submit those selected files.Previous False Positive Cleared: A similar automated block happened in February 2026, which your manual team reviewed, found zero violat

A litle help here; today suddenly, I've placed several logos and icons created in Illustrator, and they are showing a white background instead of being transparent. I thought it was a redraw issue so I quit everything and sitll the issue. Then I restarted and I still see it. Have placed other logos and same issue. Worst, the PDF is exporting with this white background!!! • Display is set to high Quality Display• Fill for placed logo is set to none, both on bounding box and object• Other logos placed before today don't have the issue.• Made a new file, placed a different vector, same issue. What gives??? Any clues?   InDesign 19.3 (yes I know there's a new version but it was giving me the issue of not bveing able to save)Mac OSX Sonoma 14.5Appli M1 Max 32GB

Every time I use a radial or linear gradient, lightroom is automatically applying values to the scales in the “Light” box - every option is given a random value, which has no effect on the image but means I cannot see what I’m trying to. This is a 100% reproducing issue:Open an image, Select the Radial or Linear Gradient tool and create your gradient, Resize or attempt to change a value in the light scale Check the values of the options in “Light”, i.e. “exposure”, “contrast”, “highlights” etcResults:The sliders are automatically changed in the light options without making any difference to the image, and ruining any sense of what I am trying to achieve with the gradient. When this bug occurs (all the time) you can’t even delete the gradient. A workaround is click the “Show Original” button twice and this removes the values on the sliders, allowing me to use them as intended. A very annoying bug as it seems to have come in the last couple of updates and wastes a little time with every

Hello,   I have a question regarding my current Adobe Lightroom subscription. Through the Apple Store, I have a Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (100GB). However, I am now interested in using Lightroom Classic on my computer as well.   I noticed that the Photography plan with 1TB storage (https://www.adobe.com/pl/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html) offers both Lightroom Mobile and Classic, and I would like to switch to this plan.   My concern is about the transition. Can I purchase the Photography plan directly from Adobe and then cancel the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription through Apple? I want to make sure that I don't lose any of my data stored in the cloud (as I currently have 30GB filled in the existing plan). I'm uncertain about what will happen if two overlapping plans are active simultaneously.   Has anyone here gone through a similar process? Any insights or advice on how to handle this transition smoothly would be greatly appreciated! &

Every time I try to install the Creative Cloud desktop app, I get Error 205 and the installation stops. My internet connection is stable, and I’ve temporarily disabled my antivirus.Has anyone else experienced this?

I paid for a student plan using GPay, and the payment also went through. But my plan didn't get activated. I didn't get any invoice or billing information. When I contacted support they said there's no active plan on my account. Please help me. I can share the transaction screenshot if I have to

Hallo! Photoshop zeigt sofort an Abonnement erneuern.

I signed up to the adobe pro trial and forgot to cancel it. I literally never use it. I saw the charge today and was reminded to cancel it. I come on to the site to attempt to cancel and am told I'll be charged almost 60 quid for an 'early cancellation' even though it's a monthly subscription!! How is this legal? It's a monthly subscription and it's really not clear that there will be extortionate charges if you want to then cancel the product (that you've never even used).I'm completely appalled and will never use this product again. Has anyone else experienced this?! Is there any way to stop the money coming out of my account? I really can't affort it...

where is my refund?  it was supposed to be a 30 day free trial.  i cancelled within a week.

I'm having the same issue my cancel before free trail was up but they are still charging me and I don't even use it
