I just need to correct a link that was mistyped so that the hyperlink works correctly when someone clicks it. As far as I can tell, the only way to do this is to completely recreate the entire document. Otherwise the link will remain even if you delete the entire line of text it’s in. I’ve been searching adobe’s useless help pages for an hour trying to fix it. You can’t contact them for ANYTHING! Everything is just, “go back to our “customer service” page and tell us how much more money you want to give us!” I think this company is shit and if you can avoid it you should. Honestly how much more difficult does life need to be? They also constantly log you out of the software because god forbid you look at a PDF without a software license. I hate this company and I hate this software.

I just started the free trial by setting Autopay with free trial, I refreshed the page but now I am not able to find any subscription account even if have logged in with same email, it says to start free trial again but I have already started and the auto pay is also updated now not able to cancel or use the account

Hello,I need to get the source width and height of a selected timeline clip to accurately calculate anchor points. Here is what I have tried: Downcasting: Retrieved the ProjectItem base item from the clip and cast it using ppro.ProjectItem.cast(baseItem) to a ClipProjectItem. Checking child objects: * clipProjectItem.getMedia() only exposes start and duration. clipProjectItem.getFootageInterpretation() exposes frame rate and PAR, but no resolution. Metadata: Parsing ppro.Metadata.getProjectMetadata() streams is failing to capture the properties. What is the officially supported UXP method to extract the asset pixel dimensions of a source item?

Hey, Seedance 2.0 model is still not available in my Adobe Firefly Premium Plan account. Can anyone please assist?

I recently upgraded from PPro 24 to 25 and I’m finding some of the small changes strange and frustrating. This one is very particular but in the past when adding markers, I would hit the “add marker” key, hit it again to open the Marker window, type in my text, and then use the “tab” key to cycle through the marker colors before using “spacebar” to select the color and enter to close the window. I thought it was standard behavior on the mac for the “tab” key to jump through all clickable elements in a window, but in PPro 25 about half of the clickable elements in the Marker window are skipped over. I know you can set a shortcut key to change marker color, but that’s not what I need. This has been my workflow for years, is ingrained in my muscle memory, and in my opinion is more efficient and less fussy. Small things like this do add up when working on lengthy projects. I’m wondering why this functionality changed and if it can be fixed (or if I’m missing something!)? Being forced to re

i create this scene, a robot invasion walking from the beach to land, they all shooting later, they have flying machine shooting later as well, they environement is dark, with burned cars, military vehicles not working anymoer are burning, helicopters are burning as well, they metal robots keep marching foward and shooting later nonstop. cinematic, dramatic shot. Hi, I’ve just updated my Mac operating system (MacBook Pro M3 Pro) to macOS Tahoe 26.1, and right after doing so, I noticed that I can’t launch Adobe Illustrator. When I try to open the app, it slows down, freezes, and becomes completely unresponsive (I have to force quit it every time). I’ve read online that this issue might be caused by a conflict with Wacom tablet drivers, so I completely removed them (including all files located in the user library). I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator, but nothing changed and the problem persists. Interestingly, this issue only occurs with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign seem to work correctly. I really need help with this. I have a project deadline and need to get Illustrator running again.

Can someone from billing contact me. I canceled the free trial on 7/23 and it looks like it was just the AI assistant. I just cancelled the adobe pro today (7/24), as I didn’t know there were 2 different adobe to cancel. I don’t want to be charged for a month.

Hi everyone~The 'none' in cell style and object style seems to indicate:noneCellSty = app.documents[0].cellStyles.itemByName('[None]');noneCellSty.duplicate();I tried to copy the None style directly, but it is failed. Perhaps I have to create a new 'trueOne' style based on [None] to control it.another question:how to represent 'basic paragraph style' and 'no paragraph style'?Like this:noneBasePar = app.documents[0].paragraphStyles.itemByName('[None]');And ,How to express the 'basic paragraph'?Thank you.

So inside Firefly’s Generate Image mode, there is a character limit. If you check out Higgsfield AI or Freepik, any AI aggregator today doesn’t have a character limit for your prompt. Firefly does. WTF?  Also, the reference image is too barebone compared to other AI sites. You can’t use @, nor can you specify the reference.  Adobe, you can 100% do better. I’ve been paying your service because I really work well using your software.

I had bought acrobat XI Pro on line for 2 people. I could install on my laptop and cellphone as well. My computer crashed,I managed to recover some information but can’t find anything usefull to reinstall. I want to use it on my new Windows 10 laptop. Hello, Community.   I'm a photography hobbyist who chases the aurora. Novice-level LRC user. Mostly illiterate when it comes to the details of monitors/sRGB color space.  You guys will be lightyears ahead of me in technical acumen, but I’m hoping you will be able to point me to on-line resources or provide “Dummies” level info to help me understand the image discrepancy I find between the RAW image and what I import into LRC.  Currently working on an older MAC (newer more robust MAC sitting here waiting to be unpacked).   When I started post-processing RAW image from my 2026 aurora trip I immediately noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference between the intensity of the RAW image colors (MAC Preview app) compared to the image imported into LRC Develop module. (both displayed on 5-6 year-old DELL monitor, with same discrepancy seen on husband’s newer DELL monitor)   LRC import images are 1:1.   Is it my monitor settings?  Any information or resources for a novice LRC user to help me understand w

If I want a series of images generated using a set of components slightly modified but the same in principle, do I need to repeat the instructions taking the steps to get to finally what I am looking for every time I ask ai to generate? Or can I work hard to get to what I want to generate during the first image then can Firefly generate the second and third image using the same principle for the first image? The components are such as the shop entrance design with one shop signage but slightly different size and scale, and graphic on shopfront glass panel slightly different size but the same design.

I am trying to help someone at our organization get Adobe Pro set up through GoodStack after his first year expired. When we go to pay it says it is invalid because we already own Pro. When I go through his profile he does not have any plan set and trys to get him to purchase Pro at full price. Any idea why the expired one seems to be lingering and blocking us from signing up from the next plan? GoodStack forum insinuates it is an Adobe issue.

Hi there,I am reaching out to request help with canceling my Adobe subscription. I am currently an engineering university student, and unfortunately, my budget is very tight right now. I can no longer afford the monthly payments. When I tried to cancel my plan online, I received a prompt stating that I need to pay a $101 early cancellation fee. I honestly wasn't aware that my subscription was an annual contract billed monthly, and as a student, I simply cannot afford to pay this penalty.Could you please help me cancel my subscription and waive this cancellation fee as a one-time exception? I would really appreciate your understanding and assistance with this matter.Thank you so much for your time and help.Best regards,

In my Lightroom Classic (15.4.1), the icon for each layer mask located next to the mask name has disappeared. Previously, each mask had an eye icon and I could click on the eye which would turn off the mask visibility and change the eye icon to an eye with a slash through it.  Now there is just a dark gray area with no eye. The only way to turn a mask on or off is to control click on the mask and select hide which is clunky. Is there a hidden setting that will restore the eye icon? Thanks

Lightroom 15.4.1 on Windows. As GPU I have an NVIDIA 4070 with 12GB of VRAM, latest studio driver  6.10.62.In the Graphic tab of the NVIDIA App I can choose to "Optimize" LrC, but if I do then in LrC settings under Performance tab it sets automatically CUSTOM under "Use GPU", option "GPU for export" is disabled and greyed out and it says I have only "Partial graphic acceleration".If I manually force AUTO under "Use GPU" than when i go back to NVIDIA App it says LrC is not optimized, and if I select OPTMIZE again than under LrC Performance it goes back to partial accelleration. Any idea?
