Solved

Hello! I’m trying to take a sequence that’s in a Premiere Production and move it into a regular Project. I made sure all of the media that’s in the sequence is in my project, and imported the sequence, unchecking the option to bring in duplicates. But when I go into the sequence, select a clip and reveal in project, it opens the Production project the clip originally lived in. Is there a way to ensure it matches back to media in my current project? I was thinking reassociate source clips could work but it was grayed out. Thank you!!

Does anyone know how to turn off this notification for the Learn window in Illustrator? It pops up every single time I open Illustrator, multiple times a day regardless of when I last opened, and it's driving me crazy. It's not useful or interesting, but I can't find anyone that's successfully turned it off.

So, I’ve recently encountered the following problem: Whenever I try to open a RAW photo—whether from the Sony 7CII or an Olympus OMD-5 Mark II—I get this message:"The embedded ICC profile cannot be used because the ICC profile is invalid. The profile will be ignored."In the meantime, I’ve updated my MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro chip to the latest operating system. Photoshop is also up to date, as well as the RAW Converter. After the updates, everything worked fine at first. However, I then switched to HDR mode in the RAW development process (within Photoshop's RAW module). After turning HDR off again, I attempted to open the image in Photoshop, and now I’m getting the same error message again. What could be causing this?

I start pse 26.3, get to the initial splash screen, click on either organizer module or photo editor module; little circle goes around for maybe a minute and then stops but neither module has opened. I’ve downloaded the app again and get same result. I have win 11 with ARM. Help, please.

Want to cancel, I don’t need this app on my phone, I haven’t used it in months, I want my pending payment refunded

When I open my pictures in LRc they seem to be OK in the first second but then the views of a number of ‘damaged’ files changes to a corrupted view. Because the view of these files is not ‘corrupted’ in other browsers (Windows, Canon DPP etc.) and only in Adobe views I prsume this is caused by a kind of Bug in the adobe software. Also the fact that it only happens to a number of files that seem to be damaged during the backup some time ago excludes that the reason is my PC/hardware.Making a copy or exporting from windows view or DPP (to jpg or else) does not result in Adobe readible files either. Then repair software (Stellar or else) shows to be unable to recognise the problem.See below an example of:The view in windows The view in LRc in the first second(s) The view in LRc after that The overview in LRc showing it happens to specific files onlyAny idea how to ‘repair’ the files in a way Adobe keeps the undamaged view?  Thanks,Louis

Clients are using FREE AI tools to remove their watermarks from my online galleries and aren't ordering finals (and thereofre aren't paying for them and are color correcitng or worse- Not color corrrecting and sing/posting.  Pixieset to showcase images inhgi res no mater how small I make them. I'm thinkin low res proof sheets would resolve this- But how do I get my watermark and the proof sheet done in photoshop without hours of extra work?  Also, how would you deliver the proof sheets?  (gmail?  dropbox?).  Quite upsetting- it feels like I've been stolen from - ouch!  And I'm concerned about how time consuming this newprocess could be!  I can't charge more and include- in my market, noone would pay more and i'm already doing too much for too little (modeling industry, kids fashion, etc)

Issue SummaryProblem: Lightroom crashes immediately when applying AI adaptive profiles to images. Affected Devices: iPad Pro M5 (iPadOS 27.0 Beta) iPhone 17 Air (iOS 27.0 Beta) Non-Affected Devices: iPad Pro M4 (2024, iPadOS 27.0 Beta) iPad Mini 7 (2024, iPadOS 27.0 Beta) Mac (M1, macOS 27.0 Beta) Key FindingsOther AI features (e.g., Super Resolution, Generative Fill) work flawlessly on all devices, including the affected ones. The issue only occurs with adaptive profiles, suggesting a specific incompatibility with the Neural Engine cores in M5/A19 chips (2025). All devices run Lightroom v11.4.0 (242) and the latest iOS/iPadOS 27.0 Beta. The problem does not occur on 2024 hardware (M4, A18) or macOS, even with the same OS version.Additional ContextThe synchronization issue mentioned in my previous support request has been resolved. This crash only affects AI adaptive profiles, not other AI tools in Lightroom.

I just upgraded to IND 21.0.2 and Mac OS Tahoe (26.2) and since then my color mixer isn't available. When I click on an object and want to change the color, the mixer is simply grayed out. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a solution?

Hi,I got a new laptop with Windows 11, and now I have to install everything anew. The ESTK seems to be a problem.@Klaus Göbel had said that we can download the ExtendScript Toolkit here:https://github.com/Adobe-CEP/CEP-Resources/tree/master/ExtendScript-Toolkit When I run AdobeExtendScriptToolkit_4_LS22.exe, it unpacks itself into a folder with a setup file. OK.When I run this, I get an error message (in German):The following problems aroseThe installer had noticed that possibly a computer restart is needed.Exit the installer, restart the computer and retry the installation. After I clicked Ignore, the installer did something, but it did not install the ExtendScript Toolkit. It should be here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe ExtendScript Toolkit CC\Does anyone know, how I could install the ESTK on Windows 11?Thank you very much for your help!

Hi,I have a new laptop with Windows 11 and want to install also FrameScript. The first part works: Downloaded FrameScript from here: https://framescr.com/wb/downloads.htmlThen installed it as Administrator. And then I got a list with all FrameMaker installations (in my case only FM 18).(This is just RegEsl7A.exe. I ran it also separately as Administrator.)However, I cannot select FrameMaker 18.The other buttons (Select All, Register Selected Installations) cannot be clicked. What could I do?On my old laptop with FrameMaker 18 on Windows 10 this had worked.Best regards, Winfried

This is shown first when I type in a text layer and it replaces some characters with others (such as ‘ with û) or making all of the typing “dddddd.” If I close the file and reopen it, then try restarting the app, and then the computer, the file opens but causes Photoshop to respond very slowly and the text problems continue. The only way to fix this is to discard the new file and reopen an older version (and lose many changes!).

I originally wanted to set the properties for creating a new cell style.But it reminds me that the style is undefined?Can it return sum but not newSty?get('A', 'B');alert(newSty);//alert(sum);//newSty.properties={//}function get(a, b) { var baseSty = app.documents[0].cellStyles.itemByName(a); sum = a + b; var newSty = baseSty.parent.cellStyles.itemByName(b); //return sum; return newSty;}

Hello folks One of our departments had bought the Acrobat Adobe licence so they could use a feature called mail merge in Word. This allowed them to convert multiple documents to PDF’s then email them out in bulk. Since the Win11 upgrade, they no longer see the Adobe add-in in Word, but instead see something called ‘Document Cloud’ in the ribbon, which simply lets you convert one document into a PDF. Has anyone found a way to get the Adobe mail merge option back? We’ve tried disabling and reenabling the add-in, but only the Document Cloud which looks like the replacement for the old add-in disappears and reappears. We’ve ensued Adobe itself is open and the customers are signed in. Any advice? Thank you! Kat

Hello, I wonder if you can help?  I am using Adobe FrameMaker 2022 to create my Technical reports which uses a lot of greek symbols and then creating a pdf using Adobe Acrobat (64 bit).  I use to add WPMathA in previous reports, but I see that this font is no longer to be used and I have been replaced WPMath A with Symbol font.  The issue I am currently having in the Technical reports is, once I generated the FM file into a pdf and view in the Safari browser, the majority of the greek characters that I use from the Equation palette in FrameMaker is not displaying correctly. In Chrome and Edge, the greek characters display fine.Is there a way to get the greek characters to display correctly using the Mac browser Safari please. Thank you.

As described in the help center for your, if you cancel your subscription after 14 days after subscription, you will get a refund of 50%. I rarely use Adobe Acrobat, so I don’t need a subscription for one year, so I wanted to canel it within the 14 days. But unfortunately, I could not adminster my subscription, so I could cancel it. It says, that I need to wait, until I can administer it. Now, on the 15th day, I can adminster it. That is not fair.

I have a “Boeing CC” license installed on my company desktop computer. I wanted to install Creative Cloud on my home computer so I used my Boeing’s credentials which granted me, after second authentication, The Creative Cloud app installation. Now from within the “Creative Cloud Desktop” I hit Install directly under Photoshop or Premiere but nothing happens except a window on the right that says “NO RECENT FILES. Contact your admin, file storage is not included in your account. If I hit Firefly “Open in Browser” it will open. I also tried the “Download” button and it does download a file like “Premiere_Set-Up_707q.exe” or  but when I Run it as an admin the User Account Control window will ask authorization to install but again nothing happens, absolutely nothing, not an error, not a message. When I go in the “Overview” tab it says “Adobe For Enterprise” and under “Included in your plan, Photoshop and Premiere are there. What am I missing?

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone has run into this before because I'm running out of ideas.I recently purchased the Creative Cloud Pro subscription, but every Adobe application I installed (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) displays the following message: What I already did:Uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times. Used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Restarted my PC after every reinstall. Verified my hosts file is clean (no Adobe entries). Confirmed I have internet access and can sign in to my Adobe account through the browser.I did dig around and I noticed that these services (services.msc) are completely missing:Adobe Desktop Service Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service Adobe Genuine Monitor ServiceThey don't appear in the Services list at all. However, the Adobe folders are still present under:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobeincluding folders such as Adobe Desktop Common, AdobeGCClient, and OO

The image is a man crouched down and drawing in the sand with his finger. The face is not seen. The prompt is “the man draws in the sand with his finger.” I’ve tried variations of this prompt like “the hand draws in the sand” or “the man doodles in the sand” but Firefly continues to refuse to animate the video. It’s not giving a community guidelines error (and it shouldn’t since nothing about this image or prompt violates guidelines) but it’s flatly refusing to generate the video.
